Sleep Inn

Front desk staff was stellar! He pulled an overnight shift & maintained a kind, attentive & professional attitude. (he deserves a raise!) Hotel was a bit far from LEX, but convenient to shopping/dining. Sleep Inn is an older hotel remodeled, & just the basics, but sufficient. I was traveling solo & felt safe. Breakfast menu was extraordinary- but I had to check out early so didn’t get to try it. Toilet had leaking/kept running constantly & it was addressed quickly. (Hopefully the problem gets fixed)

Always travel with 2 standard poodle service animals and the hotel was great with the pets

Staff was great. The room was good but the water did not get as hot as we like. The area was great for restaurants and shopping.

The showers had mold growing that should be dealt with. The refrigerator came stocked with someone else's milk, soda and left over McDonald's. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was decent. Overall, it was a comfortable place to sleep. That was our main goal.

Overall the property had some issues, for example the heat didn’t work in our room. But the evening and morning front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.
