We loved our stay at Candlewood! The staff was so friendly and helpful!! Our room was super clean and well stocked and we loved the extra touch of the little pantry in the lobby. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

My family and I arrived at midnight, and I personally sanitize my room to find 2 cooked hotdogs in the microwave, confirming that my room was not cleaned! My husband immediately informed the night manager, and requested a refund on our room. The manager indicated this could not be done due to the room being booked through Expedia. From there, no attempt was made for management to inspect the room and have housekeeping clean the room or minimally have the hotdogs taken out of the room. That rotten food remained in our room for our entire stay. Upon checkout, we met with the owner, Mr. Patel, who did nothing but offer us snacks.

I always give a room a good lookover before I start to unpack things. This room was quite possibly the cleanest room I have been in. Underneath mattresses was clean , very clean bathroom, excellent shower head with good pressure and more than enough hot water. Plenty of living space and everything my wife needed was in that room. Will stay at this place again when I am in this area again. Just a couple of miles south of I-75. Really liked this place

Excellent, comfortable beds with a variety of pillows - extra points for pillow choices! You can tell that they made some nice-looking decor choices, but keeping it affordable. There are stovetops, storage containers, microwave, full-size fridges in the rooms as well as kitchen storage drawers and everything you need for a comfortable stay while saving travel expenses or making sure you have healthier meals you can make yourself while on the road. The room I stayed in was smallish, but just fine for a solo traveler. Would definitely choose it again for minding my budget and having a safe and clean stay!

Thin ceilings and hardwood flooring is almost always a problem for the people below. We got little sleep with the noise from upstairs even after calling the desk. Dirty fingerprints on the doors and non working stove top.

She was lovely and I heard her giving many other patrons advice on where to eat, etc. Though we left early in the morning, we were offered drinks (coffee, water, juice, soda to-go) as we left. Overall very pleasant stay!

Stayed with friends 2 nights. Their room popped Circuit breaker lights out. Front desk reset it but kept popping. Changed rooms next day. Noisy late at night overhead from weight lifting who knows? My room had broken coffee maker. No breakfast. No restaurant close by. Inconvenient location. Rooms only cleaned every 5 days. Will not stay here again
