The pool was clean and warm. Breakfast wasn't the best, but okay. Rooms had fridge and microwave. Wasn't able to get a room with a bathtub, which my child requires. Also, pool closed day we were leaving unexpectedly, leaving LOTS of tears!

Excellent front desk staff. Beds very comfy and room clean. Just wish they had a hot tub and that the pool was open later but the staff are absolutely excellent so I’d probably stay here again.

Everything was great in the room and for breakfast. The elevator was not working. I am glad we were only staying one night and didn't have much to carry up the stairs. Check in person just said "elevator is busted, there are the stairs" I thought she might have offered a room on the first level, but she seemed too distracted to pay any attention to us. She started asking me questions that I had already answered with the online check in. I asked why, then she stopped asking for more information, said something about not uploading my id, which I had already handed to her. Why spend the time filling out online if they aren't going to use it for check in? I would stay there again, hopefully the check in person gets training in customer service and how to welcome and pay attention. She can read whatever she wants on the computer when a customer isn't standing there waiting.

Friendly staff. Next door to local brew and restaurant with great food. Clean. Fantastic breakfast included. Will definitely stay here again, and hopefully enjoy nice indoor pool too.

The sheets on both beds had not been changed, hairs on the pillowcase, etc. Staff brought up fresh sheets so we changed the beds ourselves (it was 9 pm Sunday). We were given credit of $49 for the inconvenience.

Loud hotel. Expected better for the price. The walls were thin and you could clearly hear the conversations in the next room. The window AC heater unit was also very loud. You could also hear people walking down the hallway that sounded like elephants. Would expect better quality for this price. Beds were comfortable.

We were given an ADA room designed for wheelchair access in the shower. While the idea is fantastic, the execution was horrible. The water from the shower flooded the entire bathroom floor. We needed 7 towels the first night, and 9 towels the 2nd night to dry the floor. When I spoke with the front desk, their only response was that the city signed off on it. When I asked about a liability issue, she literally shrugged her shoulders at me. While we didn't have an ADA member with us, this lack of attention to detail is amazing. The attached photos show how much water leaks out. This was the initial cleaning so that we wouldn't slip, fall, and break our necks. Please avoid this hotel at all costs.

Walkable to Outback Steakhouse if you want to indulge in their drinks and they also offer discounts on other bearby restaurants. Also very short drive to Chick-fil-A. Inly issues I had had a board below my nightstand covering up very recent elctronic updating which I accidentally bumped while searching for z dropped itwm. It then fell. Electonic charging options are fantastic!. Only real problem was that internet kept disconnecting on my tablet. Couldn't even tapvand try to connect again. Could be my room's location. Bed was top notch. Long time since I've had such a great mattress atca hotel.

The room was spotless! The beds were comfy & they had good pillows & nice towels. We did find the room quite dark, however. Even with all of the lights on--it was very dark & difficult to see--even during daylight hours. I'd like to see some better/brighter lighting in there. And the TV signal went out on a few channels. Of course--on the channel we were watching. It wasn't the end of the world--but a little frustrating. Overall no serious complaints... we would stay again.

A few observations. The laundry is fairly dirty. The carpets seem to be stained throughout the halls. The vent above the toilet should be cleaned regularly- it accumulates dust/ dirt quickly. The lighting in the room is TERRIBLE. The fancy wall lights (LED) on a dimmer? Terrible. A single bedside lamp between 2 beds, with no dimmer very bright. The only decent light was in the bathroom, with the mirror light. In addition, there was a medical emergency in the parking lot on Tuesday morning. It was clear the staff did not have a plan/ understanding of how to deal with this. They stood outside watching, and after, stood outside discussing what they would do "next time". Lastly- your night staff/ manager on Tuesday night was very very nice. But she (a petite woman) works alone. Given the area, that the lobby is open 24/7, my opinion is that there should be 2 people at night, or one and a security guard at the minimum. If she had to respond to a guest at their room, who would man the desk? Food was good, kitchen staff was great/ underappreciated by other guests. Coffee bar a nice touch.

We arrived after 11pm and there was no one at the reception. We waited, called, looked around for about 20 minutes. Went knocking on the bathroom and she came out. No hello, no nothing. That was just weird! The rooms were clean but the carpet felt/smelt dusty. breakfast is served until 10am.

Expedia cancelled our reservation and when I contacted the property they rebooked it but when we checked in it wasn’t a queen room it was a very tiny double bed room . The woman at the counter insisted that was what I booked and did not offer a queen room. In the morning I showed the woman at the desk my reservation for a queen bed and she changed our room. What a mess!! I contacted Expedia for a refund for the wrong room and they said someone would call me the next day but they never did!

The gal at the front desk was so kind, friendly and helpful. We were worried about checking in so late. We called to make sure it would be okay and were greeted kindly and told to come on in. Close to Peace Health Hospital which was purpose for my stay. Walking distance if you enjoy a short walk (.85 mile). Clean and quiet. ALL hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Many amenities are very near: shopping, restaurants, etc

Great location for getting to and from the game. Plenty of restaurant and amenity choices nearby even within walking distance. Encountered a couple house keeping folks who really did not want to be there…. But maybe it was just a not so hot day for them. Front desk was great.

For unknown reason, Expedia messed up our reservation, La Quinta didn’t have the room type we reserved available which wasn’t a big deal but additional time spent at resolving the issue was a bit annoying. The staff was very friendly. Room is clean but more lighting is needed. The weird light switch between the bed requires a call to front desk to figure it out. Free breakfast was very disappointing comparing to past stay in California locations. Very limited hot entrees and the scrambled eggs was very salty . Waffle was too sweet. Coffee not impressive.

The room had been redone recently and seemed nice. The floor had no carpet so it seemed cleaner. The kids enjoyed the pool. The staff made an effort with breakfast by adding available toppings like Tabasco and cheese to bring a traditional hotel breakfast up a notch.
