Property was under some renovation so that would have been good to know. However, they post that electric charging is on site but that’s a lie. The hotel does NOT have anything on site. Expedia should be made aware of this false advertising. There are Tesla stations nearby and that’s it.

There are no EV charging slots. There are Tesla Supercharging slots down the street, not on site. It is false advertising to include “EV charging” in the listing. I chose this place because of the charging, for the convenience.

Just a heads up, this property is undergoing some pretty major renovations right now. The Sauna, and exercise room are completely shut down, there is black plastic hanging in a couple arears around the lobby, and the sound of construction can be heard during the day. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The included hot breakfast was always hot and fresh. The room was okay, however we could never get the temperature to a comfortable level, and the toilet ran off and on all night. This is definitely an older property, that once renovated will probably be higher rated.

The coffee dispensers in lobby/breakfast area were broken. The gym was under construction, not usable. The cable/TV was not working. View from balcony was of a bunch of fast food restaurants.

The hotel was undergoing renovation. It took me moving to 3 different rooms to find one that everything worked in. very limited parking. I would not stay there again.

The staff is super nice. This place is easy to get to from the highway and there is a Tesla supercharger within walking distance. The place is nice enough for a quick stay but it could be a bit more clean. The carpet in the hallways haven’t been vacuumed in a while it seems. The towels they give you are super tiny and have seen better days. The repairs done over the years are very noticeable, in that the cover plates aren’t put back on properly, the carpets in the rooms have edges that are coming up, etc. for the price, I’d thing it would be a bit nicer, but as I said, it’s nice enough and the proximity to the supercharger are what drew me in.

This property was very clean and comfortable, and it was quiet considering the proximity to a busy access road and highway. The property is within easy walking distance of many restaurants. We liked the professional, friendly, helpful staff who checked us in at the at the front desk. The bathroom fixtures (sink, tub, toilet) were clean, but there were streaks on the walls, dust on baseboards, hair and tiny ants on the bathroom floor.

Easy check in, and property was easy to find. However, the floor in the rooms were extremely dirty. My white socks were black! The shower tub didn't drain, it's completely clogged. Nobody wants standing water while taking a shower. The shower faucet also was dripping all night, the tap does not turn off. This was super annoying throughout the night, and a concern for anyone with a baby or toddler.

Most comfortable night in a hotel that we can remember. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was spacious with room for a couch, sitting area and desk/work area. Second floor in quiet neighborhood meant we could open the window for fresh air, always a plus. Will definitely stay here again if we are traveling through!

I liked the area it was safe and accessible and surrounded by multiple dining options. Property is clean and well maintained with very good staff. However the doors of the property can be quite noisy and it felt like footsteps would reverberate through the property

For a quick pass through, it served its purpose. The layout of our room was odd, the lock on the door didn’t work so we simply used the latch and the vanity mirror light, which was the only light outside of the bathroom and only spot where there was a mirror, did not work.

My bed was severaly worn in on the side I sleep on.I had horrible back pain next AM. The window curtains wouldn’t cover the entire window. Allowing a gap of exposure. Had to ask for a sheet to cover.

Two relatively minor things weren't great...there was more hallway noise if someone was talking as they walked by, and the coffee in the lobby area was not "real" coffee...a vending machine that dispensed per individual order. The room coffee wasn't any better. But the rooms were comfy, tv channels were generous in selection, and everything else was top notch. Most of all, though, major kudos for accepting multiple dogs. Thank you for that!!!!

Sadly, the staff we encountered was rude. The stay was noisy! A real party motel. The only shinning light was Rosa in housekeeping! The halls smelled strongly of weed. The balcony was unusable due to the weed. The room was in need in some serious upkeep. Jordyn charged me for being 90 mins early even though the room was ready and she was very rude when I was checking in acting like I would argue about housekeeping coming in my room. She literally yelled that it was mandatory! I was expecting housekeeping everyday so I had no problem with it but Jordyn acted like I was against it! It was so weird. Then when the bathroom door locked because of the missing door stop the desk agent wouldn’t help me. He acted like it was my fault even though it happens so often they have a handmade tool to solve the problem. Again, very weird. It was a very sorry stay for sure.

Their system was down when we got here at 9:30 pm, so we had to wait 30 minutes. Then it came back up and they couldn’t find the Expedia reservation. No amount of confirmation info or calls with Expedia would help speed up the process. We spent over 1.5 hours in the lobby getting it worked out. My first mistake was going with Best Western rather than a more customer friendly facility. Overall, the room was OK, it smelled nice and seemed to be clean, though the basic facilities are dated. On a good note, they kindly opened breakfast for us a little bit early so we could make it to a tournament on time. I never leave bad reviews but this was a mess.

Our stay was lovely. There was continental breakfast offered every day. Christina who worked weekdays in the dining was always so friendly, helpful and just a joy every morning. Aaron originally checked us in and he was friendly, informative about things to do during our stay. Ricky helped us get some new towels and was so considerate and cared that our comforts were met. Overall every person at the hotel we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Kudos to the 24/7 coffee machine in the lobby! This was a very nice amenity. Thank you!

When we arrived at 4:00pm which is our check in time the room was not ready. We waited 1/2 hour to get in our room. It was beautiful with an extra bedroom which was perfect. Then later that evening when I used to toilet it was clogged. I called down to the desk and was told he would send up a plunger for ME to unplug it. I tried multiple times but it did not work . The man at the desk told me he could not help me because it made him sick. He said there was no one to help me so we could just come downstairs and use the public bathroom until the next morning. Then there were ants on the counter by the sink I washed them off and found something sticky on the counter. In the morning maintenance brought up a new toilet while we were still in the room, so we just checked out.

I will certainly stay at this hotel again. The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. They display an energy that says that they like working at this hotel and are concerned with your comfort. The room, breakfast and gym were all top notch. Complimentary cookies and coffee in the lobby was a very nice amenity.

Hotel is conveniently located off I-5 in Springfield, OR. EMX bus stop is 1 block away with easy access to downtown Eugene and UofO. Numerous chain restaurants within walking distance. Best Western Grand Manor is undergoing remodeling but it is very comfortable and a nice hotel while work is underway.

Very nice! Located conveniently off of I5 and right next to a shopping mall and restaurants. The room was much bigger than anticipated. Very clean and spacious! The breakfast was an excellent bonus to the stay. Reasonably priced for all that you get!

Came for Eugene Marathon, and it was great central stay. Was it a fancy five star hotel? No, but the room was clean and bed was really comfortable with different types of pillows. Breakfast was simple but with multiple options, perfectly convenient for a busy weekend stay. Loved the computerized coffee machine in the lobby available 24 hours, it came in so handy! They also have a handy text message service, that checks in with you and answers any questions you have. The only thing that bugged me was the water temperature for the shower, one day I couldn't get it warm enough and the next day is was so hot I could barely handle it.

Check in was great-super fast and friendly. I had to yell to get the clerks attention for checking out at 6am. She was in the back with headphones on. Breakfast was ok-didn’t like the interesting texture of the “eggs”
