It was ok. Clean at a glance and quiet enough. Carpet and chair in room was stained upon arrival. Linens clean. Housekeeping was friendly. Larger mini fridge in room and microwave. Pool is not heated and was very cold (which is fine when it’s super hot out). “Dog friendly” but no real grass on property; just a dead weedy area next to the lot with Thorn bushes and a dead bird. Concerns about security, especially at night. Front Doors were unlocked and random people milling about when I left for my very early am flight.

The bed was so comfortable we didn’t want to leave! The pool was clean, had nice loungers and was the perfect temperature. Breakfast was really nice. Hot food and the waffle machine even had blueberry waffle. We will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was fine, the availability of a king size bed was none, even though the motel was basically empty. Rooms being painted was the explanation. This motel is quite dated. The pool and spa were cold and unavailable. I spent the week before in Palm Springs at a different brand motel that was MUCH better.

The staff were amazing and super great! They opened the pool gate for us, answered all of our questions. Very helpful and responsive. The room was also great! However the outdoor pool was pretty dirty (I totally understand because the season was almost over) and i began my google search of all the things that could go wrong with a dirty hotel pool...don't do that. Just say no to swimming in dirty pools.

I gave such a poor rating to this property, because it was just very filthy. The room smelled that we had to sleep with opened windows. Also, the sofa bed that is there is very dirty stains all over. When checking in there was no one at the reception desk and stood there for about 5 minutes. Front desk should have some kind of a bell for notification. The lady didn’t even provided my receipt. I will not reserve at Quality Inn. Hopefully, they can improve!!

This was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in ever. It had blood on the wall and it didn't even look like the sheets were clean. And there were little bebes all over the floor, dead flies in the window sill. I would never stay here again.

The room was dirty, Carpet had big stains on it and room smelled really bad. I talked to the clerk and they had no problem with giving us different room, it was much better. But had I a Dr. Appointment at hospital and didn't feel like canceling room and find another motel! I defiantly will not be staying there again in the future!

My room was very dirty and smelled strongly of the last guest’s cologne on one of the beds which made me wonder about the sheets and blankets. The walls and paint were dinged up everywhere. I found medicine and old Q-tips on the floor. The bathroom lights flickered every time I turned them on, and the hallway smelled. I booked two nights, but checked out early and didn’t stay the second night.

The property was overall good. It’s the typical 3 star hotel that is on the 20 year mark (I would guess). Walls are thin so make sure to bring ear plugs. The wall fan/ac/heater is loud so again plugs because it turns off and on about every 10 minutes. The breakfast is the usual one or two hot items (my days were biscuits and hot country gravy and sausage), waffles, cereal and fruit. If I have to really nitpick the door to my room seemed like it was about to break the frame away from the wall. That is because the self closing door is set too strong and that banging over the years has caused the frame to come loose. Also, the beds are getting to the point that the springs in the mattress are squeaking. The frame on the bed is also squeaky from the years of use.

My husband used to live in Springfield the staff didn't believe he doesn't and refused to rent to us. I asked to have reservations in my name I had lits of ID. They said no we couldn't stay even under my name. Wouldn't stay here if they gave me a room for free. They discriminated against me and basically called us liars.

I travel for work: I was so impressed with the staff, anything I requested was done. They had hot cookies in the evening for the guest and Gatorade to grab and go. Lets talk about location, close to the freeway but quite. This will be my new go to hotel. Much thanks again to the staff.

This hotel will not rent to anyone within 30 miles of the hotel. I needed to get a hotel for the night due to a divorce and I could not stay here despite Expedia allowing me to book it. I then had to have two charges on my credit card due to policy of the hotel that contradicts with Expedia's policy.

There really aren't "dining options" but there's a breakfast room which offers eggs, bacon, sausage, and waffles along with the usual continental fare. The rooms are clean and comfortable. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. Ive stayed here before and would certainly syay here again
