More construction! Another hotel that is under construction and is not noted by Expedia. Check out is 12 so we thought we could sleep in but then hammering started at 8am. We checked in just before midnight and really wanted to sleep in. Expedia should REALLY let us know what we are getting before paying!

We arrived to the hotel a little bit before the 3pm check in. The lady who assisted us in the process was ok and was kind enough. The issues we saw were the following: no working ice machine, pool was under "construction " until fall, LOUD construction starting at approximately 7:45 am, and really outdated....everything. Apparently the hotel offers complimentary wake up calls. The "soothing" sound of intense instruction.

Due to a fire alarm emergency that went on for hours I did not stay at comfort Suites. The staff was unable to clean rooms due to the evacuation. Comfort Suites sent me and others who were supposed to check-in after 3:00 pm on July 07, 2024 to LaQuinta. I finally was checked into a comfortable, clean quiet room around 7:30 pm. This did not make for a good start for my medical procedure the morning of July 08, 2024. The medical prep could not be started at 5:00 pm on the 7th as scheduled. This caused a domino effect and delayed my procedure a couple of hours. I was charged for a 2-night stay at Comfort Suites which due to circumstances beyond my control I did not get. I was also charged for a 2-night stay a LaQuinta which I did use. I was told Comfort Suites, LaQuinta, and Expedia would work this out so I would not be double charged. I look forward to seeing the refund for Comfort Suites. Thanks, Trina Halpain

There was remodeling happening that I think they should disclose on their website. They said they would stop working at 8 o’clock and there was hammering and sawing and wouldn’t start again until 8 o’clock this morning. While all the workers were very nice and courteous, they did start working about 7:20 with sawing that vibrated the walls in our room. We did get a refurbished room that was very nice and very clean.

We only stayed for an evening. I understood that there was construction, but the room did not have a sofa, it was on back order. Also, the fitness center was down and I was looking forward to getting a workout in. The bathroom is small, as the door almost hits the toilet. You would not be able to sit on it and close the door at the same time without swinging your legs to either side. Other than that it was comfortable and good for a night's rest before leaving back home the next morning.

Front desk staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast hostess was very timely replacing items and keeping things fresh and clean. Beds are comfortable. Construction on the building, mixed with the 2 floors of children running around all night (literally), made for lack of sleep. Very noisy stay for us. Also, much of the parking lot was taken by construction materials and equipment which made parking a nuisance because there weren’t enough spaces for guest vehicles.

The air vents near the ceiling in the bathrooms need to be cleaned. They are extremely dusty need new filters obviously. None of the exterior lights on the outside of the hotel worked. Therefore, parking lot is dark not lit up. Not great when you're a single woman as daughter is. The heater in the room is very noisy, we had to turn it off at one point just to get some sleep- then turn back on in the middle of the night for heat in the room.

We rented two rooms and both rooms had ants. They were everywhere. I complained to the front desk and they could not place us anywhere else because the hotel was filled up. The next day my husband asked if they could help get rid of the ants and they said they would send someone. No one came. One of the staff came in and wiped the bathroom floors that was about it even though we had asked if they could vacuum our rooms. I took photos to document it and I was bitten twice in my sleep. I highly do not recommend this hotel. When I initially complained on the first hour we arrived to our room the lady said an exterminator was going to arrive the next day but we never saw anyone.

I’ve stayed here a few times and when I stayed the other day I got put into a room FULL of stains. Me and my partner wore black socks on the first day so we didn’t realize until the next day, but the floors were filthy. We both wore white socks the next day and the bottoms of them were COMPLETELY black. I tried to call the front desk and let them know and she was very rude. First told me that it was because I had a do not disturb sign on the door and I let her know it’s definitely not from and from them not shampooing the floor. She then blamed the construction crew and said that they haven’t been able to clean the rooms but construction was on the floor above us… she then started asking if the floor was sticky? And I was like what… the carpets need shampooed. Anywhere we walked in there our feet got so dirty. We had a pillow fall off the bed and it was covered it black marks from the floor. I didn’t even ask her for a discount either I was just letting them know and she rudely was telling me she basically can’t help me because I waited to say something. The rooms shouldn’t be that way and I had no idea until the last day of my stay when I wore white socks.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Dirty floors, bathroom had black mold on the ceiling and the pool was really dirty. Our fire alarm started going off after taking a shower ( that was at about 9:30 at night). Then while trying to sleep, the neighbors tv was so loud and it sounded like someone was running upstairs all at the same time.

The staff was over the top friendly. Not fake, but genuinely went out of their way to provide great customer service. The only downside was our room smelt like a wet dog. I honestly didnt want to say anything becuase the staff was so friendly, but the smell was so bad.

the staff was great. they really tried to help us with the smell that was in our room. i think it smelled like BO(body odor) but my two adult boys said it smell like a**. the staff gave us some spray that worked for about 10 min. we were in room 114.

The vinyl on the desk chair in my room is half gone, the other half is falling off the chair onto the floor of my room so there are little black pieces of vinyl everywhere on the floor sticking to our feet. The chair needs to be replaced.

It’s pretty loud. The windows are very old and the noise was like the window was open. I could feel the breeze coming in between them. There was loud footsteps and stuff moving above me all night for three nights straight. The carpet had stains all over it and the chair upholstery was worn way down and torn up. It’s just real old and hasn’t been updated in a very long time. The bed was comfortable.

Staff were professional, kind, and courteous. Hotel room had the following issues:1) No functional fan in bathroom, 2)Very poor fit of entry door to room that is difficult to open and makes a very loud noise upon opening and closing, 3) shower backing up with gross water up to ankles, 4)Worn out chair with dirty vinyl peeling away and sloughing off.

The rooms could use some maintenance updated bathroom doors and furniture. The carpet had a damp feel to it on the first floor where we were staying. Although we asked for a third floor quiet room at the time we reserved the stay online we were told we would be staying on the first floor. It turned out it was noisy from customers using the pool & other facilities on that floor late hours and early morning. Other than that, the bed was comfortable. room was clean and the price of the room was good. Staff is always very nice and accomodating.

Front Desk staff were excellent, even able to accommodate a late-minute request for adjoining rooms during Xmas shopping and college basketball season. They gave us a mid-day wakeup call after airport mixups made some of our party arrive late and forgave our failure to return the room keys (discovered 50 miles down the road after we'd left).

We arrived around 11pm with three kids, after driving for 9 hours. The front door was locked and no one was at the front desk. We knocked, called multiple times, and waited for over 10-15 min with all our luggage and a tired family. One of us walked to another hotel and they had walkie-talkies and contacted someone who was “in the pool area.” The employee (Markus) stood behind the desk and glared at us. All he said was “ID please” firmly. We looked at each other and laughed saying “we were getting worried no one was coming.” He repeated “ID please.” He was extremely rude & was short & annoyed. When I told him I didn’t appreciate his tone with what had happened he got defensive and fired back that he wasn’t wrong and he was supposed to be dealing with something else and the door was to be locked so what was he supposed to do? I wanted to leave immediately and if it weren’t for being so late and my kids so exhausted behind me, I would have! We mentioned this to the manager in the morning who seemed receptive to looking into this behavior. Even still, we won’t be back.

All staff members were great and friendly. Room was amazing.. shower had great water pressure. Love vending and ice on all floors. Continental breakfast was so good and lots of options. We were there on a sunday so it was biscuits and gravy, sausage eggs, waffles. Plus lots more to choose from.

I stay at this hotel whenever I need to access the Eugene airport. It’s easy and not too busy. The parking can be a little small and the breakfast is just a standard continental, which I don’t love. Even with those factors, coming back accommodating.

Our room was clean and bed was comfortable. We stayed for two nights. The second night, the room next door was very noisy with loud music. But, thankfully, it went low at 10 pm and we were not bothered any further and did not need to call the front desk. The breakfast was well stocked with cereals, oatmeal packets, fresh fruit and fruit cups, yogurts, waffle, Danish, bagels, English muffuns and bread. The hot breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon and potatoes the first day, with cheese and salsa. The second morning hot breakfast was cheese omelets, bacon and French toast. There are also coffees, teas, hot chocolate, juices, chocolate milk and almond Milk. There were also hard cooked and peeled eggs in the cooler. Upon checking in there were delicious cookies offered at the counter. We will be back next time we stay over in Eugene/Springfield.

The best part about the room was the plentiful wonderful seating! There was a sofa, plus two comfortable upholstered chairs. Usually, similar hotels with a sofa will only have a desk chair, and those without a sofa will only have one comfortable chair, which doesn't work for two people. The only negative is the breakfast. Both the scrambled eggs and the turkey sausage tasted like paper. The microwave in the kitchen area is a nice feature. We recently stayed at another Comfort Inn in the Willamette Valley where they had a couple different cooked egg options plus some potato options, which was much better than at this location.

Had a great stay overall. Breakfast biscuts and gravy better than the IHOP across the street. Great staff and the little blonde dude working in the dining room was working. Guy keep it rolling despite a large crowd. Give that guy a raise for real! Great location for surrounding food, drinks and random stuff. We would stay again on our next visit. Price was great as well.
