Friendly at check in, hotel was clean room was big and the beds were so comfortable. Check out was just as friendly. Would definitely stay again. Parking was not an issue and they have security.

This was the absolute worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. With a Holiday Inn, you expect a certain level of service and cleanliness. We did not feel safe parking our car in the parking lot. The entire 4th floor where we were housed had the strongest damp mold smell and the hallways were very dirty. The only place I have experienced a similiar smell was in a hut in the middle of the Belizian rain forest. The room was not much better. It also smelled of mold with visible mold on the ceiling of not just the bathroom, but also the bedroom. It's almost like they had some major flooding and never took the proper measures to mitigate the mold. The shower never got hot. The sheets were stained. We slept with our clothes on due to fear of bedbugs or scabies. Free breakfast was supposed to be included, but instead we were given a menu to order off of and pay for individually unless we had breakfast vouchers- which we were never given. With all the issues, at this hotel, we decided it wasn't worth the effort to see about getting breakfast onsite and ran as fast as we could out of there. Holiday Inn should take a look at this property and take their name off of it!

Bath tub had mold in corners and you can tell was just painted over. The second night after being in the heat all day we wanted to get in the pool but there seem to be a pool party going on with loud music and adults acting inappropriately. They weren't even staying at the hotel. Several other people staying there called to complain and nothing was done. I will never book again with this property.

Everything my was fine. Parking was not bad. The only real issue I had was the breakfast. Very subpar. Had a sign for an omelette station but the guy would go to the back, make it and bring it out. Also the eggs and all the meats were Luke warm. They didn’t have anything else out. No fruit, cereal or anything

Staff was rude, property has no rules at the pool. People not from property/guest were at the pool. Public indecency , public intoxication in front of children was experienced at the pool and when talked to management they could care less! , They do not care about your childrens safety/well being!!! DO NOT STAY!!!!!!

When you walk up the dingy, dark hallways, there's an odor that should have warned us what was to come. The bedrooms had a matching smell and feel. Everything felt dusty and grimy. We got back late and immediately crashed out. When I woke up and was putting on my shoes, I saw a couple of these bugs crawling around the bed. I looked it up, and they matched stage 1 bed bugs. I told the staff and emailed the video and photos like they said, but never heard a word back from the hotel, so I'm leaving this review so people know.

Upon first getting to the hotel I thought the area wouldn't be the best. It was decent enough and we didn't have any issues. The lady for the night shift check-in very nice and checked me in fast. Overall the loby was in decent shape. Upon entering room 200 it was clean; however, it could use a light remodel in the next few years coming. The bed was super comfy, that was the plus that made the stay comfortable. Down fall was the bathroom. The ceiling was oddly lowered and the wallpaper had been scotched tapped together to stick the seam back together. The problem is the steam in the bathroom had the wallpaper bubbling and looked like it was melting in the whole bathroom. Tubs facucey was super lose as well. The bathroom with some tlc could be fixed but it was the only yucky negative for me.

Grabbed a room on my way to California. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Rooms clean, beds and pillows very comfortable! Nice breakfast buffet. Only drawback was the noise from Rt. 10 and the folks down the hall.

The bathroom door striker could not click into its hole making the bathroom door unable to lock. I believe the fan blower motor in the room with the two beds rattled a little too much. Other than those issues it was a nice spacious room and nice hotel.

Terrible customer service would not turn the lights on in the breakfast area for us to eat our cereal she said it was grab and go you had to pour a cup of milk and juice, take your cereal since when do you have 3 hands and can drive eating a bowl of cereal? We ate our cereal in the dark that was pitiful. Will not stay there again

Recent stay consisted of cockroaches in my room. I communicated it to the morning receptionist and she changed my room in her system and reassigned me but did not leave messages or convey it to the oncoming receptionist. As for the oncoming receptionist, I returned that afternoon and she was utilizing her e-cigarette (vaping) right at the front desk. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. IGH International, what a TOTAL embarrasment!
