Great location to be able to walk downtown to a variety of restaurants and shops. Our room was ready for us and it was very clean. They do not have soap bars in the bathroom but they have soap in containers along with lotion, I like that because the counter stay cleaner. You can hear some traffic noise but does not disturb your sleep. The only real complaint and it’s an important one to those of us who do not like Hard beds, to my husband and myself the king size bed was very uncomfortable! A pillow top would have made our stay great! The Breaskfast for Saturday and Sunday (weekend) was a great variety of food, eggs, sausages, potatoes, gravy, French toast, cereal, cinnamon buns, muffins, danishes, toast, you get the idea the selection was wonderful. They have available all the time coffee, hot tea regular and decaf, and hot Chocolate. The pool was closed for the season. The work out area was nice to have. The staff were very helpful in answering our questions about downtown. Oh and the special treat set out for everyone on Friday night because it was Halloween was Candy! That was a nice touch.

Staff was excellent.very friendly. Unfirtunately i needed to use the printer for work and after three days tbe staff still couldnt get the computer to connect to it. Very frustrating.

Location was great with easy walk to Main Street and falls on the reedy. Only disappointment was the pool was closed however they made accommodations to use the Hilton pool across the street.

Expedia advertised about the hotel including a pool and laundry services. The pool was green and closed off to the guests and laundry services were not offered in the hotel. They offered laundry services at a sister hotel up the block. How inconvenient! In addition, the elevator wasn’t in use for several days. I wouldn’t be booking this hotel in the future.

Or stay was fine. We chose this hotel because it was a convenient walking distance to the concert venue. Staff was polite, helpful. Room very clean. Breakfast was decent. Although we were not intending to use the pool, it was disgusting just to walk past. It looked like green jello. There were no signs stating that it was out of order, which would have made sense. If I had brought children to this hotel, I would be angry because the children would have been extremely disappointed to not have this amenity up and running.

The bathroom floor was dirty, and the toilet was not stable on the floor. Also, the toilet paper holder was unstable on the wall. Having a dirty bathroom floor seemed unacceptable and made us wonder of the carpet was dirty also. We have been in Greenville three times in the last six months, and this was the most unclean of the three hotels we resided in.

Very clean, bed could be upgraded not the best but doable , only coffee cups in room available, no cups for bathroom, Keurig in room a plus, bathroom nice, towels good, shower hot. Carpet was clean. Looks like it was refurbished. Staff very nice. Walking distance from Peace Center. On site parking a plus.

Everything about this property, except for the bed, was perfect. But the bed was so hard… SO HARD, I was ruined for the 4 long nights I was there, and I’m still recovering from that experience. But IF a concrete slab is something you are good with, this hotel is exceptional. Its location is awesome with easy access to shopping, restaurants, the highway to Raleigh & Durham. I’ve never stayed at a Hampton that didn’t have a wonderful bed, until this one, and all I can say is; I sure hope y’all fix that issue… Room 320 needs a bed, not a concrete slab!

The mattress needs to be replaced in room 105, it’s not firm and feels like it’s sinking in the middle and it “creeks”. I could hear constant noise from the upstairs area (not really sure what it is) - but it’s a nascence. I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the property.

The room was great , however the mattress was trash. Couldn't sleep well. Mattress was so old and worn that my wife and I woke up in pain. Our hip and back was aching from the mattress.

We loved the accessibility to downtown and the free parking. Our room with a King sized bed was on the small side as compared with other places we have stayed, but everything worked well, and there was good water pressure in the shower. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast selections for the hot bar were limited, and the food seemed to originally have been prepackaged. Staff was friendly and very outgoing. A good place to stay downtown, especially if you are on a budget

Nathaniel (I think is his name 😬) at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Our room key was not working despite being remade , but they discovered a batch of room keys was defective. Nathaniel was very apologetic, kind and courteous. His customer service skills were excellent! Thankyou for making us feel welcomed despite the little hiccups we encountered. The room was clean , beds comfortable and good location.

Front desk Nathaniel was absolutely fabulous. professional kind made you feel welcome and appreciate as a guest. Thank you for that. Every staff member was very pleasant. The rooms nice clean, normal hotel rooms. My only complaint and recommendation is they keep the breakfast open to 10 AM especially on weekends. They close at 9:30 other than that I will be back. Great location park your car for your stay to all the attractions downtown. I repeat do not try to drive downtown look for parking by the time you do your vacation is over. walk a block and a half to all the stores and restaurants take a break and after that enjoy Reed River.

The General Manager Rodney Brown was an exceptional host. He went above and beyond to ensure that the two rooms we reserved were located next to each other, and were clean & comfortable. He was very helpful with information and directions to make our visit to Greenville the best!! Will definitely stay there again!!

It was a good weekend and a great stay overall. We had excellent service from Julia and Ms. Anita. A very walkable location for the gorgeous downtown Greenville Main Street, and very convenient to our event at The Poinsett Club.

Barbara greeted us with a smile and the best service of any other hotel I’ve stayed in! Such a professional & friendly staff including housekeeping! Our room was spotless, the pool clean, the breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the cookies in the evening! You could walk everywhere too! I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Barbara (and staff) for making our stay so memorable!

The hotel was at a convenient location to be able to walk Main Street to check out the shops/restaurants. Walked to Reedy Falls Park and walked along the river and across Liberty Bridge. Parking was included and had no issues. Also, this was one of the better breakfasts provided - warm cinnamon rolls, pancakes, french toast, omelet and potatoes, along with other breakfast necessities. My husband and I are not coffee drinkers but they provided white and chocolate milk to drink - which was appreciated.

Everything was great. We have found Holiday Inn Express to be very consistent in providing excellent service, and we love their breakfast options. The best Blu slight negative about this stay was that not all of the breakfast options were ready and available at 8am. They never put the sausage gravy out, the biscuits were not warm, and the pancakes were not available. Those are our favorite items. :) Nevertheless, everything else was great.
