Breakfast was bla (sloppy cold eggs & no coffee at times) We needed towels for the room, we spoke to the maid about getting more, but she didn’t understand English. Her boss was rightly frustrated (how can you run a business if you cannot communicate with anyone - English please!) but was not pleasant to speak with to let him know the issue.

No deep soaking tub like advertised ( I turned down a jetted tub because of this). Room didn't smell clean but didn't smell awful either. Traveled from FL just to soak in your deep soaking tub. Only to be disappointed.
