We did not like the fact we had to pay for our parking space in the hotels parking lot. Never heard of any hotel doing this before. Will never book with Hilton again because of this! The room was very noisy as well.

We were unable to check in after driving for 3 hours with small kids due to Hilton’s system outage. Hotel staff was rude and no empathy for guests waiting in line for hours to only be told they couldn’t check in. Lower Level said pool and gym so I thought I could take the kids there to unwind while we wait for the system to allow us to check in only to get to the pool and it’s covered in tarps.

The overall hotel stay was great. The gym was nice . I was unhappy that the indoor pool was not open. I was very disappointed that there was one elevator working my entire stay .the elevator was very slow at time.

Only one elevator was working and the pool is not been open since 2020. They also charge 15$ per person for a breakfast buffet that is limited -basically what you would get for free at similar places. Each time I was at the front desk there was someone with a complaint about service for towels or cleaning not completed as requested. The only thing good I can say was that they did accommodate an early check in and my room was clean upon arrival.

It looks pretty and we had to pay $10 just to park for the night. As soon as we walked through the door to our room it started to go down hill. There was trash on the floor and it looked like the foyer hadn't been swept. It also looked like the room had not been vacuumed. We tried to call the front desk but the phone didn't work. So, we went to the front desk and asked for clean sheets (because why would the sheets be clean when the rest is not?). We went to dinner and came back about 3.5 hours later, only to find that we still had no clean sheets. Went BACK to the front desk. This time David from house keeping showed up. David was the bright spot of the stay. It was his first day, but he figured out how to change the sheets. While he was doing that, I tried to get some ice... of course the ice machine was broken. Why wouldn't it be? The next morning when my wife took her suitcase off of the luggage rack, it fell apart. Seriously? You don't choose to stay at a Hilton if you want a Motel 8 experience.

I checked in , gave my tag number, card etc and when I got ready to check out they couldn’t find my name, although I had a key. They weren’t able to check me out bc the system showed I never checked in and now I’m charged 167.00 two times directly from the hotel although I booked through hotels.com. In addition to all of this, there was a toothbrush left in the room from the prior people who stayed, a stain on the bed and trash in the trash can

I have issues with the cleanliness of my room. It needs a deep cleaning...dusty vents, dirty baseboards, hallway carpet that needs to be vacuumed daily. Small things that make a big difference. Also, why charge $10 per night for a parking lot that is NOT monitored and was reeking of Marijuana for the five days i was a guest. Small suggestion: Consider a magnet that a guest could put on the outside of the door that would indicate if housekeeping services are needed. A guest should not have to call daily for towels, water, etc. Housekeeping did not come near my room unless i called for assistance. This was my first time in Greenville but I'm not new to the Hilton properties. Thanks for reading my review.

Dirty, vents disgusting, bathroom had a weird smell, shower curtain on backwards, I’d expect a lot more for $250 a night when we stayed. And charged $10 to park. No better than a comfort inn honestly. Getting really tired of paying more and getting the same or less than cheaper places And what’s the point in complaining anymore, or asking for the things to get fixed. Everyone has so much attitude and doesn’t care. Good luck

The room was dusty and the worst Hilton I ever stayed in. The carpet looked dirty, toilet paper holder broken, hair in the tub, dirty rag from previous guest was left on shower rod. The view from the room was horrible. It’s the most outdated hotel I’ve seen in a long time. The elevator was dingy and needed to be polished. I expected much more from a Hilton hotel! Not sure if they give guest that book through Expedia the worst rooms. This was my first and last time booking through Expedia. :-(

This hotel is a bit tired. My room had dust bunnies in the foyer and the bathroom. The dresser had stuck on food. The bed only had a thin blanket more of a heavy sheet. Not what I associate with a Hilton.

The water in shower temp was scolding hot even the cold water was hot!! I thought I was going to have 3rd degree burns but this stay was better than the last stay here! Also no microwaves in the room which was weird it’s a safe in the area where fridge is !! But other than that staff always friendly !!

I paid extra for a corner room and was placed on the 7th floor. I checked in around 10pm and asked for a late check out and was denied. I entered the room and my name was misspelled on the TV, there was also a loud rattling sound coming from the AC unit that never stopped while on. I received a text from the hotel with my name spelled wrong asking if I needed anything, I replied that my name was wrong and provided the correct spelling. The only response I got was "ok" and the spelling was never changed. Then I noticed how loud the room was from automobile noise and sirens outside, it was loud with no option for peace and quiet, playing background the whole time helped. The soap holder in the shower was broken, there was a stain on carpet in the middle of the room, and the mini fridge was loud when running and had to be unplugged. I checked out at their time and there was no one near by trying to get into the room, an extra hour before check out would have made a big difference for.me on such a short stay. I won't be returning.

The hotel and staff were all fine. My problem has to do with being charged twice as there is some comfy issue between the hotels system and hotels.com. I was told to reach out to hotels.com bc I have a paid receipt from the for $124.00 but the desk at check out made me pay another $101.82 and now I need to call the hotel again, so I did and they told me they can’t help me. I have paid for my room twice and cannot get a refund from anyone. Beyond frustrated.

The bartender at the bar/restaurant was absolutely horrible. I had to wait 5 minutes before she acknowledged me and another 10 to get service. Mind you there were 6 people there, so it wasn’t like she was just. She’s got the personality of an alley cat and I will never eat or drink anything at that bar again as long as she works there and I stay on a regular basis.

Apon arrival and checking in they took forever to check me in after my flight. Also checked me into a room that was filthy!! And had not been cleaned. The whole experience was terrible. Then when explained it to the staff they had an attitude with me like I had wronged them. And the room was to expensive to have these issue!

Me and my girlfriend decided to book this hotel for our 2 year anniversary. I\'m only 18 currently so we looked until we found a hotel with a minimum check-in age of 18. We booked through Expedia which says check in age at this Hilton is 18. Upon arrival The lady at the front desk takes a long look at my I.D and tells me that min. check-in age is 21, I proceded to show her the hotel check-in policy on the Expedia app and the Hilton Honors app. She says "you have to go on the website for the correct check-in policy." I walked out the hotel and looked up the check-in policy on the Hilton website and it also said minimum check-in age is 18, she then switched up and said "check-in is and always has been 21 for this hotel, I cannot let you check in" with an attitude. Why would your policy online clearly say 18 but your own made up in hotel policy is 21? Makes no sense and we\'ve stayed at Hilton Hotels before with no issue checking in.

We chose this property partly because there was a restaurant/bar and breakfast availability. We tried to have dinner at 6:30 (open 5-10) and they were out of all chicken, which is half of the menu. The breakfast was basic and $18 per person. The bedding was so thin, cheap and uncomfortable. Definitely disappointed.
