Indoor pool was closed, remodeling going on and only 1 elevator was in service.

Multiple lights (4) were out in the parking lot. This was away from the main entrance. A little unnerving walking into the hotel after dark alone. Back doors locked at 11 pm.

They were renovating this property. There were several dogs there which i didn't care for. There was a cord going across the desk to the plug in instead of having something on the wall to plug the lamp, fridge and microwave.

We were only staying a night… en route toward our vacation destination and chose it for its location next to the highway and its free breakfast. Everything was clean and quiet. Sadly the ice machine wasnt working

Very disappointed to find that the pool area was under construction. They had it on their website but it wasn’t on this one. I would never have paid this price for hotel without pool.

Staff was great, as was the complimentary breakfast. Disappointed the pool was down for remodel. I did not see a mention of this on the website. I would understand if it was unforeseen, but this is scheduled renovation. The room seemed a little damp. It was very hot and humid outside. In all, great stay at a great price.

The renovation are great but taking to long. The last time I was there the rooms were being done. This time it was the pool which I didn’t know until we arrived. Very disappointed. The new beds and pillows were very comfortable. I like the fact the coffee pot is a keurig. I was there for 4 days visiting family and still don’t know how to work the remote for the TV. Breakfast was as usual and good for a quick bite before your out for the day. Will go back but I will check on the renovation next time.

The hotel is very outdated. Renovations are currently being done. It was hard to open and close the door to the hotel room. There was black mold in the pool area. The back of the building had so many old mattresses, furniture and lamps. The place looked like trash!

The property is under renovations. It was quite area. Right off parkway convient to everything lots of restaurants. The manager couldn't locate my reservation but he went all out to find so I appreciate his customer service above and beyond

Cockroaches, dirt sheets, unfinished rooms Continental breakfast cold and damp.

We was to stay for 2 days for a soccer tournament, us and the rest of our team checked out after the first night. There was bed bugs and roaches in all the rooms. The housekeeping cart was fill with roaches crawling in and out. The ac/heat was not working either. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel unless you like sleeping with critters.

Staff was welcoming. Property clearly underwent recent refresh. Room was newly appointed. Room was very dark. Recessed area that contained coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge was enveloped in darkness, no light at all. Bathroom, not good....tub was dirty and paint peeling, no toilet paper holder. roll was just set on counter. Light switch covered in dirty fingerprints. Swimming pool closed for maintenance. :-(. "Hot Breakfast" fair....Hot items were cool at best.

It looks very nice from the outside and the lobby but after that we were very unhappy. Yes they are remodeling but I should not see a room opened day and night with the light on so you can see the complete disarray of this room used as storage. Please turn off the light and shut the door. It was horrible. Our room was clean but the Oder was horrendous. We stayed 2 nights and didn’t want to have to walk into that smell after our first day. The only place to park was around the side and I only got the card reader to work once. All the other times we had to walk around. The bed was okay and the only thing we liked was it had a Keurig in the room. Sorry never again! We’ll stay across the street

Easy access from highway and lots of local dining..room was clean and smelled good, hallways not so much.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Room was very clean. Some renovations currently underway.

Loved the room, loved the staff, but the noise from both outside and inside kept me up almost the entire first night of our two night stay. Also loved that our dog, Ruby, was treated so kindly by guests and staff as this was her very first family trip.

Very nice for a dog-friendly hotel. We've become accustomed to 'run down' rooms when booking 'pet friendly' accommodations, but these were updated and carpeted with comfortable bedding. And since we were placed at the end of the long hallway but near a rear elevator, it was easy to take my pups outside to greenspace to do their business. The hot breakfast was excellent!!! We'll be back.

Desk staff (Ernest) was very welcoming. Our room was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good also with good options. We will stay again when in the area.

The thermostat was broken, torn off the wall. The tv from the wall was gone and a smaller tv was sitting way down low on the suitcase area. We couldn’t lift it higher as the cord wouldn’t go any higher and you couldn’t see it from the bed unless you were sitting straight up.

Bath tub needs to be replaced. Black marks on floor of tub. drain looked disgusting. Furniture was dated. Bed was clean and comfortable

The room was a good sized room seemed to be clean but it took all night before the A/C actually cooled off the room.

The lift was noisy, room door was not opening, had to push forcibly to open and AC vent was noisy all night!!

I stepped into a dark bedroom to see a duct-tape wrapped wire hanging out of the wall where the lightswitch should be. Knowing this is a luxury room, I figured it MUST be like this to make guests go to sleep faster. What a great feature! I got dressed down and in bed quickly in the dark, though didn’t realize why I could still see well enough to do so until I noticed the seedy red light district directly across the street from my room was shining through the sheer curtains. Thinking Las Vegas level brightness wasn’t conducive for sleep, I got back up to close the heavy curtains that were pulled to the side, only to realize they weren’t made to close. No, they were on little half foot tracks, giving the illusion of functional, but completely useless. I attempted to sleep, but the 3rd time the same noisy staff vehicle slowly crept past my window with a driver looking in, I figured I should do something. I pressed my asscheeks to the window, gave the finger, and tied the heavy curtains together to block the window with my belt. I KINDA slept. Bed was comfy, but stunk. Got up extra early thinking if I can’t sleep, I’ll workout. Elevator was broken. Gym was closed for repairs. Pool was closed. I just checked out at 6am and waited on the comp breakfast, which I can say was delightful. 2/5 stars, better than sleeping outside. Breakfast was 5/5.

The room was clean, but needed a little maintenance. It appears there is some updating going on, so hopefully the few issues are being handled.

The two people at the front desk were not very professional upon our arrival. Both were on their phones and seem to be bothered by us.

The key cards stopped working EVERY DAY!! I stayed there 3 nights so I had to get a new key or the key reset every night. One night I had to go to the desk THREE different times in order to get in my room. That’s extremely inconvenient and frustrating!

Checking in was a nightmare. I booked through Expedia and they told me that it was not pre-paid. After showing them the receipt where it was paid the manger literally told me I had to pay again. So I explained to her that I would be paying more than double for the room. She told me that’s how it works like I’m an idiot. She then told me they couldn’t help me that I had to pay. I then messaged Expedia who called the hotel directly. Expedia had to refund me and I had to pay at the hotel $30 more than advertised on Expedia. I would not recommend based on the rude customer service I received.

My trip was very well received and service was excellent. Very accommodating and even changed our room to first floor for convenience. Checkout very smooth. Breakfast well spread. Couldn’t be more pleased,

It was close to midnight and I waited more then 15 min for hotel attendant to come and check me in.

Quick stop while driving south. Dog friendly with fee. Good customer service. Comfortable room.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Elizabeth checked us in both times and could not have more pleasant, welcoming and helpful. We will definately be back on our next trip from Canada.

Staff was great. Trouble with keys. After we checked in the keys worked, but we left for a family event and when we returned, the keys didn’t work. We had to go down from the fourth floor two times until we finally got one that let us get back into our room. Another lodger told me he had to the same problem and it took him two trips down too to get keys that worked. May have been a glitch in their system.

Well, they had no breakfast, no manager showed up to get the breakfast going. They gave us an option to go next door to Macdonalds and bring back the teceipt for crefit. The hotel is going thru renovations which might explain some of the shoty look. Staff was however very friendly and courteous.
