Very Clean. Close to everything! Great bedding, Cold A/C. Outstanding breakfast. Felt very safe at night walking dog.

Easy check in. Super quite! Room is very clean, bed comfortable, plenty towels. The pool is very clean, lounge chairs comfortable. Not a piece of trash anywhere! Very clean area. Can tell this property is very maintained! Felt safe the whole stay! Highly recommend staying here!

Friendly clerk checked us in, very nice. Room was great, needed an accessible room and it had a shower chair, grab bars, set up great. Kids enjoyed the pool, loved the removable shower head. .

The pool was dirty. There were people hanging outside. Parking lot had a lot of traffic going in and out like if there were drugs being sold on property by guests. Loud music with rooms doors open.

Charge too much for small dog "friendly "

I was there 11 days and the bottom of the pool was dirty the whole time except for the day I left which was the 1st. I would suggest also if they want patrons to leave by the 11am checkout that they open the pool at the posted time. I asked for late check out since they did not open the pool till 10:40 am on a Saturday. That is 40 minutes late and it was only opened then because I asked housekeeping why it was still locked.

The room was good for a quick one night stay. The bed wasn't great and the rooms felt a little clammy but might just be the humidity. Overall it was good for the price and convenience. Plus they allow pets.

This hotel was very clean and the room didn't have a old room smell. I was able to walk around barefoot in my room without my feet getting dirty. That is a 100 for me! Definitely will stay there again.

Mold on ceiling and smelled like mildew

We had to change rooms after the first night there was a bed bug or bug on the pillow. Was crawling by my face. They did respond immediately and put us in a different room but we on eggshells after that

The stay was Ok. The room looked fairly nice & clean. The microwave was rusty & stained. I couldn't bring myself to use it. Then i felt uncomfortable after killing 2 roaches in the pm & 1 in the am.

I got a room here last night it was great this room however had bugs and it smells like cigarettes and acetone I just had major surgery so the smell alone is taking a major toll on me and I'm scared to get in the bed because there is bugs! The first room was great though oh and the shower is clogged as well

I showered tonight. I got there by the next afternoon my bare feet were black on the bottom from the floor. The rest of the room is clean

Bedding had black stains and some other stains on them. Looked like mold was not very happy.

Originally booked for non smoking room, it’s crazy to me that smoking rooms are still allowed, but we ended up in a “smoking room” due to booking issues. They kindly waived the pet fee for us which I appreciated, however, the room was not great. Immediately overwhelmed with the smell of stale cigarettes, flys everywhere, bed and sheets looked and felt like they were from 76’. I did not feel comfortable sleeping in that space or on that bed. This was among one of the most unkept rooms I have ever stayed in. Honestly considered just driving back to Katy after our event Saturday night because of the conditions. Will not book again. We all smelled disgusting leaving that place.

It’s a great property/room for that $77 price! Spacious room, clean and the bed is nice. It includes a microwave and fridge that I didn’t use but glad it was there. The only thing broken was the toilet seat.

Room was very humid. Toilet leaked when flushed.

Air conditioner very noisy. Resulted in very little sleep. Room never cooled down below 70.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, both on the phone and in person. The rooms were spacious and clean and surprisingly quiet considering their location. Price was just right too. Highly recommend!

The facility was clean and well kept with plenty of space. Our only small complaint is the air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool, but the humidity was very high while we were there so I assume all units struggled

We always enjoy our stay at this Days Inn & Suites. It is well kept, clean, has a very nice lobby where a daily breakfast is provided, and most importantly attentive, friendly, and hard working staff. We want to personally thank Heather at the front desk for being so kind and generous throughout our stay. We checked in late, asked for a late checkout when we checked in. Our 16 yr old daughter and our 6 yrs old son were asleep this morning and they knew we went Christmas shopping before they woke up. Housekeeping was beating down the door at 830 this morning and started my 6yr old! He was crying cause he was scared that she was going to come through the door! My daughter called me and I could hear the housekeeper yelling at my children that they need to leave!! I called the front desk no answer. I raced back to the hotel, MY CHILDREN WHERE SHAKING out of fear!!!! Who does that to children??!!!!! When I went to the front desk to talk to them about the situation they asked which housekeeper it was, my daughter said she was a thicker lady. The front desk snarled and said that we didn’t have to be so rude! I am in complete shock by the customer service at this hotel! I am a GM of a hotel and I would have fired every single one of them! You can’t successfully run a hospitality business on customer service performance like that…. I hope you get your crews attitudes in line before your business goes under. Out of the 18 yrs I’ve been traveling and staying in hotels and running hotels I have NEVER experienced this type of treatment! You should be ashamed!

This is the 3rd or 4th year in a row that was have chosen to stay at this property for our Kolbe Prison Ministry retreat for the Ellis Unit in Huntsville, TX. Our home parish of Christ the Redeemer is in Cypress, TX and about 1.5 hours away from the Ellis Unit where we do a 3 day retreat for the incarcerated. The staff at Day Inn has always been happy to accommodate us as we typically need a block of 10 rooms during our 3 night stay. I needed a lower floor because the guy I was rooming with was a little older and wasn’t comfortable using the stairs. Even though I forgot to ask until the day of arrival, they were able to accommodate. The rooms are VERY clean, the beds are super comfortable and quietly located away from the I-45 N feeder road. Excellent value and friendly staff. Looking forward to next year.

Convenient because it's very near a lot of fast food places and a couple grocery stores are just down the road. Even though it's right by the highway and feeder road, it was still very quiet. The complementary breakfast was the only thing I'd give 3 stars. There was no protein available, everything was a bread option. But overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Ive stayed here before. Staff is always pleasant, its clean, its quiet, lication is convenient.

Room was comfortable, street traffic was loud, as well as truck alarm that went off at 1:30am.

The front desk people where very nice and help us out it was a good time the breakfast was very good too.

The pictures and description on Expedia are misleading. This is an old motel that was rehabed - the vinyl plank flooring and new tub gave it a slightly updated feel. The real disappointment was the breakfast - no protein (except on the weekends I was told). Almost all simple carbs - nothing to eat for anyone on a low carb diet or with diabetes. On the positive note, the front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and apologetic about the limited breakfast. After arriving, we stayed ONLY because of the proximity to our event. Especially for the price they charge, I expected MUCH better.

Great location, great breakfast and convenient. 1 bed didnt seem to be made up but the other was nice and ready to sleep in. It was corrected quickly.

Stayed one night. Everything was clean and maintained. Breakfast was disappointing for a low carb diet. The only option were hard boiled eggs and they were rotten.

The experiance was good, Breakfast was OK. problem is they said breakfast was from 6am to 10am and the two days we stayed. They picked up the food by 9 am ot 9:30 am . or they were out of food

Our room was extremely clean & up to date. It was stocked with the necessities & air conditioning was on already. The pillows were so comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious & plentiful. Definitely recommend this motel.

Our overall stay was excellent. However, the breakfast has a lot to be desired. There were limited choices - few of which were very healthy. Breakfast needs an upgrade. Otherwise, a great stay that I would recommend.
