Nice stay. Could not get local tv stations which was disappointing. I went out for dinner and came back to hotel a little after 9:00 and I could not find a parking place on the property. I had to park in the restaurant parking lot. Cheryl Washington

Wonderful staff, clean and spacious rooms, great breakfast with lots of hot and cold items to choose from. Room was quiet. Great little Mexican food restaurant just steps away. However, the indoor swimming pool was green and cold. The hot tub area and been cemented over.

The needed some work many things were worn out or broken like back door. Had to walk around if you parked in the back to get in the building. Twice my card key stopped working and also my wife had issues with her key card. The pool area also needs work. While the pool seemed clean the area around and the bathroom was not the best in that area.

Overheard front desk staff using the “F” word. Both elevators have “F” word scratched into doors on inside. Parking in front of Hotel is too small. Entry from access road to hotel is not very nice.

It was clean and the room was nice and large. It needed some updating, there was serious damage to the wall in the bathroom. The beds were very firm. And there is no hot tub! The pictures are not accurate! And the pool is no longer heated!

This hotel was rated high but I was not impressed. There was trash in the bathroom and the towels had not been restocked. The room overall seemed to be as it was spot cleaned. The linens were wrinkled and looked worn. I have stayed at Holiday Inn before but not this location. This was my last time staying at this location. Totally overpriced!!!

The girl who checked us in was very sweet. But our room didn't seem very clean. Our bathtub had lots of hair in it. The facets were separated from the tub wall and all of the facets were corroded and needed replaced extremely badly. When you turned on the water the it just swiveled around and around not knowing what was hot or cold because it needed to be replaced, there for water never got hot in the shower and there was no pressure at all. So cold shower it was and could barely get soap out of my hair because of how poor the water pressure was. Also room was hot and humid all night long even with turning air down low. Not a very relaxing or pleasant experience.

Included breakfast was pretty good. Rooms were a little dated. Would have been nice to see more usb power ports around the room. Wifi didn't work the whole time either. That being said, the room and bed were comfortable. The shower and bath were nice and have good soaps. For just a quick place to stay a night or two, would come again.

First the elevator was out of order, we get to our room and the mattress in that room was maybe 4 inches thick, and it’s a spring mattress so you can imagine how comfortable it was. The Tv must of been from 2005, had to go to the front desk to get a remote for the tv. Overall it just looks like they spent the least amount of money on the hotel and it’s like staying at a Red Roof Inn.

I loved how spacious the 2 bed suite was. It had a let out couch as well. So, we were able to sleep 6 people easily. The beds were comfortable but i didn't like that the outside lights shined in our windows all night. I couldn't close the curtains that would've blocked the lights. Only the white see through curtains closed all the way. So, I did not get a good night's sleep because of that. Bathroom was clean and spaciousness but there was empty bottle of body wash and ran out of tissue paper quickly. I had to ask for some. Breakfast was pretty good.

The Tesla supercharger was the biggest attraction for us to reserve the hotel as we drive a Tesla. It saved time & effort to find another supercharger & to charge. The room was clean, spacious & nice. However, the shower was dripping even after closing in full. It had both hot & cold water.

Very nice king room with lots of seating & good bed. Newly remodeled, it looked nice, but plumbing was still old & both the tub & toilet had constant drips. The added closet door full length mirror was a useful add although it appeared to have been a quick fix to cover the original open recessed hanging rack. The clothes had to be hung off the overhead rack bars to allow the door to shut on its magnetic latch…just an observation on the upgrade was dot’s.

I booked this hotel knowing that I’d be checking in very late, as in 7am. I called ahead to let the hotel know. When I arrived, my booking was canceled by the manager. The person at the front desk was incredibly rude and uninterested in helping. Thankfully Expedia solved the problem and we left. From the very limited time I was there, I’m glad we didn’t stay. It was hard to find, hard to get to, and smelled musty. I had an unfortunate and unusual experience and the staff did nothing to help. She was extremely rude.

We arrived after midnight to check in after a long day of travel. The front desk attendant gave us keys to a room that was either occupied or hadn’t been cleaned yet. I opened the door and saw towels on the floor, unmade beds, and full trash cans. We went back downstairs and were assigned to a different room. Although the new room was in a better state, there was still garbage on the floor that had been left behind by the previous guests in 2 corners of the room. For a family of 3, there was only one towel in the room. When we attempted to retrieve more towels, we were told that there were none available. I have never written a bad review before and wouldn’t be considered a complainer. Knowing we spent close to $200 for what was ultimately a 6-hour stay left us feeling a little frustrated. A clean room with 3 towels is not an unreasonable expectation.

I have stayed in a LOT of hotels in my life but have never been as impressed as I was with Emily at this Holiday Inn! She greeted me by name when I checked in, found us a better rate than advertised, helped coordinate an additional room for family, and made me feel like I was a VIP! The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was great, we felt safe, and special. Great experience! We will stay here every time we are in Huntsville!

Check in was fine. I get to my room. The card doesn’t work. I go back down to the lobby. Clerk told me oh that’s the room I have to let you in. We proceeded to the room he let me in. I said are you going to fix it he said no I’ve told the manager several times that the lock doesn’t work. I have to let you in every time, I asked if he can change my room he said no. When I got in the room, I had to call him because I needed ice. The phone didn’t work. He couldn’t hear me. I had to prop the door open and try to find an ice machine. The next morning, I leave for work forgot something in the room went down to find a clerk at 4:30 AM. There was nobody to be found this is unacceptable. I tried calling several times the next day with a busy signal.

I arrived at the hotel and was told there was no room available for me because the hotel was overbooked. There were no other rooms available in Huntsville due to a low officer appreciation function. I had to drive 45 miles at 9:30 at night to find an available room in Crockett, TX. I was very tired after driving all day. I will be hesitant to use Hotels.com in the future. When I tried to get my prepaid amount refunded and the process is long and not handled well. Finally I was able to talk to a person who spoke very poor English. He said he was having trouble contacting the hotel to verify That I did not stay and I would be sent a email within 72 hours. I’m supposed to call back to find out the status of my refund. I’m very unhappy with the whole ordeal. I’m just hoping that I will be refunded for the prepaid reservation because I had th direct book with the hotel I did stay in and pay for another stay.

We arrived at the hotel to find out our room that was paid for months ago was given away. The hotel staff claimed it was Expedia’s job to notify us they overbooked. Expedia took no responsibility for this. I will NEVER book with Expedia or the Holiday Inn Express again.

check in was easy but bedding and pillows were too firm and the breakfast was not very good and worker was not able to keep up with having food and coffee ready. Both containers of regular coffee was out and the worker had no idea. Had to wait for food while items came out one at a time - best thing was the bagel and yogurt - dissappointing

Easy to find and quiet hotel. Breakfast spread left much to desire -- milk served was expired, pancake machine was out of order, no oatmeal and no butter or cream cheese for toast and bagels on offer. We ended up having to get breakfast outside of hotel.

solid but not great. Hotel was very clean, and staff were very accommodating and polite. The rooms were very dim, not really enough light to put on your make up, and the showerhead was a bit like taking a shower from a water hose, although the temperature was great. The complementary breakfast was, very good not just your average continental breakfast. Solid place to stay, The price is good, I’ve just come to expect a little bit more from Holiday Inn.
