Property has cameras everywhere. Felt secured.

Kids wanted to swim and i called prior to make sure it was open. Kids went to swim and pool was too nasty to get into.

Parking was easy staff friendly clean

Walls were dirty. pool closed in July? Wasn’t very upfront about a $100 deposit before you check in.

The property is very well kept and the rooms are very clean. I’m not too big on hotel stays, but this location is great. The surrounding area isn’t the best looking, but it is close to the city. I have stayed a few times and have never had any issue with crime or damage to my property. The property itself is very well surveilled, as well.

Bright lights and video cameras made me feel safer, but also worried that the area was sketchy. The room was clean and comfortable. The grab and go brown paper bag breakfast wasn't awful. Would stay again.

The only issue no swimming pool available but rather than that great customer service, all clean everything super good thank you very much

I liked that there was plenty of parking and staff was nice. The bath tub needs to be upgraded. The room didn't smell fresh but was okay for the one night I was there.

Burn marks everywhere, black mold in the shower ceiling, no tissues on the tissue box, the blanket had a big hole (probably burned). Broken TV remote patched with electrical tape. Breakfast is a to go bag with a granola bar, a sunny delight, and two mini-muffins... If you are considering this hotel based on the breakfast-included feature, be aware that's what you get. As a positive thing, they have USB-A and USB-C charging ports on the power outlets.

Really dirty, roaches, and the so called fresh bed sheets had a horrible smell to them.

The water was slimey and there’s mold spots on the roof as well as ants in the bathroom. On the water topic it almost coats your skin with a slimey substance that stays on your skin all day!

The living conditions of the room was horrible. Broken Mirror. Insects on bed and tables. Hair in bathtub and dirt ring around bathtub. Human feces on the wall in front of bed. There was no breakfast. I will not be staying at this hotel again. I definitely think you should not as well. I have pictures to prove that the room was horrible and Manager refused to give me a refund.

Me and my sister booked a room for two days for my wedding and when we arrived we were only in the room for 30 minutes before we did an early check out and booked somewhere else else . We found food left in the microwave from whomever previously stayed and when my sister went to lay in bed we discovered three blood spots on her sheets which let us know that the room was not properly cleaned . I informed the front staff and i didn’t catch his name but he was very polite and apologetic about the situation and that I could speak with the manager in the morning for a refund but I know that I would have not received one since i booked online and am doing a very early check out . overall the experience was very bad and I will not be returning

There is spiderwebs on the corners. There was hair in the tub that was not mine and the door looked like somebody broke it open and they just rigged it to lock, but still would open up.

I was very unhappy with how dirty the rooms are. There was a lot of insects and bugs and it was full of hair on the bed and the floors. It was also very unsafe and they did not even provide breakfast properly. The breakfast was provided in a bag with only orange juice and a cookie, which is false advertising. Would never go there or recommend anybody going there - fake information and poor services from dining, to cleanliness, and facilities.

I ordered a room for 1 without pets and got surprised with 5 cockroaches that the staff was trying to say were crickets… spend a total of 3 hours in the room for a 2 days stay and was welcomed every time I returned by the uninvited crawlers in room.

No hot water in the shower; AC control could use some updating

Water felt really oily, walls too thin could hear everything both nights neighbors were pretty loud, would stay up until 3/4 in the morning due to the noise. Lots of crickets in room. Man in front desk was nice.

Room was nothing like the photos, it was not updated at all. It was fine for the money spent but I don’t think I would stay again.

The building seems pretty old, the room was very clean. Only small criticisms, the TV volume was hard to adjust and the mini fridge was a bit wobbly. And the heater/ air conditioner ran just a little loud. Great price for the room, that always helps. Wish they had cereal & pancakes for breakfast.

Check in was easy, the room was decent enough for the price. There was a lot of overnight “traffic” coming and going that kept me up most nights. 2 of the 4 nights I stayed, I was woken up at 1-2 am by shouting and slamming doors.

Biggest gripe about this place is the “continental breakfast.” We walked in to grab a bite to eat before hitting the road, and the front desk guy pulled two paper brown lunch bags from a black crate and plopped them down on the counter. We had to provide two tickets we received at our check-in in order to receive the bag. Contents included a sunny delight juice bottle, package of mini muffins, and a granola bar. Nice stay but I wouldn’t not return again.

The water is too soft because when you take shower it looks like soap still in your body after shower

I read numerous reviews prior to this posting. When I stayed early July 2024, they may have been renovating and under new management. There were wet paint signs everywhere. I stayed with my two young kids because of hurricane in Houston. The staff were slow. I asked for a receipt at checkout and after 20 minutes of waiting and being told that the one employee had logged out and the next would need to login, but he was in the bathroom, he came and wanted my ID again despite having a photocopy already, which was weird and then asked me to sign for payment of the $100ish dollar deposit that they were supposed to refund. The sun total of interactions with the staff were at beat awkward. I ended up leaving without receipt and telling them I never had an experience like this at a motel or hotel or anything in any country over decades of travel. The breakfast was a bag of two tiny muffins a granola bar and SunndyD that leaked when I shook it before opening my daughter's so We tossed them all. The water pressure was more than adequate in my opinion though I acknowledge others complained. We had a few of crickets in the room and this comes after feedback comments from motel staff addressed pest control in prior review feedback. it seems they may have regular or routine, but inadequate ways of addressing it and it seems to be a persistent problem. I didn't feel unsafe, but maybe I was being naive. I wouldn't stay here again, but if you are in a bind, you could do worse.

I live far and needed a place to stay that was close to downtown. I picked here because the price was reasonable and not completely unsafe. Before check in I receive a message from the front desk stating there is a 100 dollar deposit. Something that was not shared on the Expedia website. In the chat she stated I was able to cancel my reservation with no penalties. Days later and I was charged when I didn’t even stay there, I don’t know how this particular place does business but by false advertising and not being transparent with their fees, I see more and more 1 star reviews

The lady at the desk was slightly rude and really lacks customer service and people skills. First, they put me a room that had a door that looked like someone tries to kick it in before, so the door was slightly defective. We asked to change rooms. Then she put me in a room where the bathroom door was completely off the hinges at the top with a cracked mirror. Mind you, I was I had give them a $100 security deposit just for her to put me in a room that already had damage. I felt the the front desk clerk was trying to set me up to keep my security deposit. The woman came off very untrustworthy, so when as I checked out, I got my security deposit back and turned off my card so she wouldn't tey to charge for for damages that I didn't do. I will never be going back there.

Everything was good until the sun went down. Typical Austin drama in the hood people yelling and hollering about killing somebody. Car alarms steadily going off. I’m am a hard sleeper. But it woke me up scared my girlfriend. I told her to relax it’s just that Austin drama. Welcome to Austin Tx

Everyone hanging out around this hotel was on drugs and I felt very unsafe. Definitely not a safe place to bring children. The outlets in the bathroom did not work nor did the sound on the tv. Staff was friendly. We were given a non smoking room but it smelled heavily of smoke

This was a great spot for our weekend trip! The lights are super bright outside the rooms which I loved. IHOP next door is lit! AC was perfect and cold! Nice cute rooms. Def would stay again.

Nice enough rooms, staff were friendly enough, no chairs, breakfast was a bag lunch which is ok. Good for the price, quick drive to access other stuff, but not much around.

They asked for a $100 deposit which was odd, the door in my unit would not lock, sketchy area & dirty as hell. Don’t waste your time here.

No breakfast, there was a grab bag, coffee was cold and in a Styrofoam cup. Pillows were very hard, around the bathtub was dirty.

We found the hotel good and clean and great value for money. The breakfast options could be better (may be include a sandwich etc) and may be increase the time when coffee would be available in the lobby.

Check in was very quick and I was given little raffle tickets for the gas station brown bag special breakfast for the next morning. The motel listed a pool as part of their amenities and that did not exist. The room was clean and it was fully stocked with towels, so that was a plus. The door needed some work on closing. The pictures of the hotel did not match the pictures online so severe false advertising. The walls are super thin and I could hear my neighbor talking all night. There are still old doors that will lead into another room that they just pushed a desk in front of. So americas best , I don't think so

The motel is in a safe location, very basic, but it was clean, friendly and great value for the price. Breakfast is a small paper bag containing 2 muffins, orange juice and a snack - perfect for neat breakfast on the go. AC was good, no pests around, and nice modern furnishings. Very pleasant night!

We chose this hotel for location, price and because breakfast was offered. Breakfast was horrible - it was a nasty muffin in a bag with water and weak over sweetened orange drink- no choice only this 1 bag per guest. Agent laughed when I said the breakfast was pitiful.

They should change the breakfast, because what they really give is a snack.

They did not have breakfast set up Only provided a brown bag with what assumed was breakfast type food I didn't bother to get it.
