I paid $40 for valet parking at 6:30 AM, but there was no staff present to take my car. After waiting with my kids, I finally had to walk to the parking lot myself. It took about 15 minutes to find my car, and when I tried to exit, the gate was unattended as well. I waited another 15 minutes before anyone arrived. Staff finally showed up at 7:00 AM to open the gate for us because I did not have an access ticket. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress, especially because we had an important doctor’s appointment at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and were traveling from out of town. The lack of service and communication was unbelievable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had some last minute vacation plans and stayed here. It was great. Breakfast buffet was nice, and front desk person that checked me in was so nice. The only complaint I have was parking. Scanner didn't work when I was leaving. Then after about 5 minutes of struggling, gate was opened. But then I had to circle back to return the key. Was a little annoyed by that. Wish they had something like a QR code to send to use as a scanner instead of a card.

Enjoyed this hotel. Room was fantastic. Staff was helpful and kind. Only downside was the pool was cold and not clean.

In three days time, i exchanged 6 tickets for parking, none of which worked, at all. Also stopped by for a later dinner on a Saturday in January, forced to wait almost 2 hours for order, and most of food was cold. Server/manager waived cost of the meal. Place was very clean and staff were very attentive otherwise, but could not solve parking problem.

Valet was quick and convenient. Room was comfortable and spacious. Really liked that there was a potable water dispenser next to the ice machine and the room included a carafe to fill with said water. Very nice touch. Only downside is they don’t provide any complimentary breakfast items. Coffee and pastries would suffice.

Clean rooms, comfy beds and pillows, easily adjustable temperature, friendly staff, and delicious dinner and takeaway morning coffee will have us booking this hotel again if we're ever in the area. Easy in- and- out adjacent parking (no waiting and tipping a valet!) was a bonus. Although Cincy definitely has some rough spots we felt very safe at this hotel in a walkable area.

Please vacuum the floors! Also the valet situation is a mess, I had to leave at 6; front desk just gave me my keys and I had to go find my own vehicle. This new valet set up is a mess.

Kudos for using reusable glasses, having filtered water available. We would have appreciated recycling bin.

They don’t have enough staff. My room was not cleaned. The maids were in long enough to remove dirty towels but did not replace them. When I got back to my room hot and sweaty and went to take a shower I could not. They did not have anyone to bring me towels so I had to get dressed and go to the front desk to get them. Also the coffee and tea was not replaced and I was given some teabags and as I later found out rancid half and half. Also there was garbage under the sink console from a previous guest so I was not impressed with their housekeeping. This is an IHG hotel and I will be avoiding them in the future.

The staff is incredibly kind and the room was really clean. The only problem we had was that the room smelled extremely musty. The restaurant was amazing on every single level.

We found hair on the bed and pillow, which made it clear the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. The sheets smelled unpleasant, and the toilet also had hair on it. We only stayed one night after driving nine hours for a meeting, so we were too exhausted to argue, but it was a very disappointing experience. We left early the next morning and will not be returning. This was the worst IHG property we’ve ever stayed at.

The smell of cleaning solution was so strong in the room it was hard to even be in there, and not a good kind of clean, but noxious. Then the fire alarm went off at 6am waking everyone up, but just as we were headed out it went off so we didn't know what to do. Fire trucks showed up but there was no explanation or clarification from staff. It was also cold, and there were no blankets on the bed or in the closet, nor were there any instructions on how to use the heat/ac unit, which was an old fashioned one under the window but was operated by the thermostat on the wall. Upside, the bathroom and shower were nicely remodeled and the bed was comfortable. Oh, and it also would have been nice to have it explained that the room key needed to be swiped to use the elevator. We stood in there wondering why it wasn't working until another couple came in. No signage and the three people at the check in desk never mentioned it.

The room was very clean however there are not towels available in the room, we had to ask for them after already turning on the shower. There are also no band aids available at the front desk. Otherwise it was very quiet and walkable to restaurants and activities.

Water was not hot in room. Luke Warm showers only. Other than that i enjoyed the property and it was a retro/modern look. Bed was very comfy and bug free. Felt safe and comfortable to sleep.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We had a king room with a sofa bed and the sofa bed was in a different room with a closing door between them and 2 TVs which was really nice for our 13-year-old. There was also a mini fridge and a kitchen area and the shower was huge. It was in pretty good shape but not brand new, clean but not spotless. The quality of the sofa and chairs were actually really nice and comfortable. The king bed was comfortable but so high it was hard for me to get into (I’m 5’6” but my 6’2” husband was fine). My son said the sofa bed was the most comfortable he had ever been on- memory foam. The bedding for the sofa bed was high-quality and adequate, rare. Our view could’ve been good but unfortunately we had a room that overlooked the trash containers in the alley to the side. It’s not a super tall hotel so I’m not sure any view would’ve been that great. We were only a few blocks from the Reds stadium, Mt. Adams, and CAC So we mostly walked everywhere including the riverfront. There were several restaurants close by (Bru was absolutely delicious- burgers and salads). We had nothing but trouble with our parking key card in the deck next door (paid for and programmed at hotel). I wouldn’t say the hotel staff went out of their way to provide a wow experience but they were nice and friendly. The lobby looked slightly rundown and there was no air conditioning where the Front Desk was (which was really rough on them!) I never smelled a luxury hotel scent (vetiver, etc).

This hotel was lovely. My bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing! It had three heads and felt like a full body massage. The shower alone was worth the stay.

Beautifully renovated with mid-Century modern design and modern touches. Pristine lobby, bar, restaurant & rooms. Very comfy bed and love the jets in the shower. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

We would have had a 5 star stay but we couldn’t adjust the thermostat. Our teeth were chattering it was so cold. There were also a couple things that didn’t work in the room. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We also were greeted with a smile which so many places are lacking these days.

We only stayed one night but we really enjoyed it! Hotel was cute, clean, and staff was friendly. Check in and check out was easy. Beds were extremely comfortable and rooms were spacious!

Staff were all fantastic - very attentive. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Great check in process, very hospitable staff, great room.

Room was comfortable and housekeeping did an excellent job. It was also very quiet, no hallway noise or road noise. Service at the bar was TERRIBLE. The bartender was supposedly the manager and he was rude to everyone multiple days in a row. Also they kept closing the restaurant and bar early. If the sign said it was open until 10 they gave you greif when you ordered food to go at 10 mins to NINE. When we stated the restaurant was supposed to be open until 10 that night the bartender (manager) said he decides and almost always closes it at 9:30. The restaurant was closed early almost every night we were there. Restaurant wait staff was friendly and helpful but that manager ruined it by being rude and sour every single night. Front desk had 2 very friendly customer service representatives and 1 very foul tempered one. She worked the day shift most days of the week and nobody wanted to ask her anything because she was awful to everyone that dared to disturb her. Service is hard to rate because some of them were very good but the ones that weren't really ruined it. Also not having your restaurant adhere to the advertised open hours really made people mad when they tried to get dinner after a full day and got attitude for daring to try and get food an hour and 15 mins before closing, they acted like they were doing you a favor by "keeping the kitchen open". We were nowhere near the time you'd expect them to be closing the kitchen with advertised hours of being 10pm close.

We arrived to check in and found that they had overbooked the hotel and we didnt have a room! On labor day weekend! No warning, nothing! We then went to 5 other hotels to try and find anywhere that had a room. Ended up finally finding something in KY for almost 200 dollars more than we were supposed to pay. Horrible experience!

Great location! A lot of dining within walking distance.

Walking access to shops and restaurants, it is on the further end of the city so not ideal for walking at night.

Had a nice stay with check-in and out being very easy and fast. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The parking garage is right across the street and well priced. The location is walking distance to Great American Ballpark and that area. Also great, easy access to the highway.

Excellent customer service, very good location. Easy walk to several Catholic churches, ballpark, bars and restaurants. Will stay here again!

This hotel is very near to the Taft Theater, just 3 blocks away. Very good location to park and walk to eat and go yo a show.

We couldn't have choose a better Hotel for our two night stay in Cincinnati. Easy to arrive off major highway with parking garage right next to lobby. Very friendly staff made us feel welcome right from our arrival. Small and cozy hotel with everything you could ask for. Super clean and very quiet. Even took advantage of the five foot indoor pool. Hard Rock Casino three blocks away and Paycor Stadium 20 minute walk. Parked my car on arrival and never had to use it till driving home. This place gets a A+.

In a great location, walking distance to the casino, in the heart of downtown. Genuinely enjoyed my stay.

Very easy check in, the staff was friendly and helpful. We prepaid for parking and the parking garage was conveniently right next door to the hotel. We went to Cincinnati for the Tastefest and we were in walking distance. It was a perfect hotel for a quick weekend trip.

Staff was amazing & professional. The room was very clean and as expected. The restaurant has a nice drink selection & their food was outstanding.

Everything was great. The food was amazing and great cocktails. We had the house salad and the Mushroom lasagna. Nick was our server. The staff was friendly.

Mold on food that was served for breakfast. (Premade waffles) Pointed it out to server and she rushed it away to only bring back the and container within minutes. Probably wash the container the waffles were in. When I notified hotel staff they could care less. Had to order food else where and paid double the price. The day before I ordered fries and when I paid the cashier walked away and picketed the money and threw away my receipt without asking if I wanted it. The manager at the hotel after mentioning this 2xs didn’t really care. Not a trustworthy hotel AT ALL

Wonderful service, friendly staff and great location in downtown near a stop for the free Connector train which the staff told us about. Nice bar, breakfast was an expensive buffet with lukewarm food. It was the only negative.

Close to casino. Modern hotel. We’ve stayed at 3-4 IHG hotels and they are cool places. EXCELLENT dinner at the hotel restaurant.

The service was amazing and wanted to recognize Jessica in the restaurant. She was especially kind and helpful. Great personality and made our stay wonderful!!

Great reasonably priced hotel with great parking and easy to walk to the connector, museum area, restaurants, the river and other sites. Room was comfortable and clean, staff was friendly, everything was easy and nice. Only thing is the breakfast, it's not included which is fine, but don't pay for it, not worth it and terrible food. Not sure if it's run by the hotel but definitely find another spot nearby.

Great location and the restaurant’s food was amazing!! They staff was very friendly and the check in process was very quick. While I don’t overnight in Cincinnati often, I will certainly keep this place in mind when I return.

Poor breakfast service waiting more than 20 minutes to get bacon for breakfast on a buffet when there was only 2 tables in the restaurant is a joke
