Breakfast was good. Only thing i didnt like was there was no elevator. Carrying a heavy suitcase up the steps was hard. No one offered to help, but neither did i ask, but i should have.

The hotel has two floors only and does not have an elevator. This maybe understandable however if you are traveling with luggage it is a difficult maneuver. The carpet stinks at mildewed. It is an ok place to stay if you are flying early out Springfield.

Room was Okay, clean and tidy. The ONLY ISSUE I have is they do not have an Elevator to the 2nd Floor. This makes it extremely difficult for some to get thier belongings to their room as well as their selves. Very dangerous for elderly or others who require assiistance

The only negative I have is there is no elevator. I wish I had known this--full disclosure it is probably posted and I missed it--but, having knee issues, it wasn't the easiest climb. But, the hotel itself was extremely clean & in a great area!

Quality Inn Conveniently located off the highway. Adequate parking. However…. The ratings, reviews and pictures were astonishingly inaccurate. I did not experience the 8 star rating that this hotel has. The lobby was clean and night manager was pleasant. However there was wear and tear EVERYWHERE- paint was chipped and peeling off of the walls, it smelled musty and when we got to our room, the gray comforters on each of our beds had dark stains, looked like grease. The cream colored walls had yellow stains dripping down the walls. The metal bases of the lamps were rusty. The lamp shades were stained with yellow and orange spots. The pool had chunks of plaster missing from the bottom. The walls in the pool room were bubbling and peeling off. Floors were dirty with dust and dead bugs along the bottom of the walls and corners. The pool furniture was janky- even one of the small, cheap plastic tables had been repaired with glue and screws. Breakfast was just ok. They had powdered, rehydrated scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits, gravy and waffles. Juice, milk and coffee.

No elevator. The stairs smelled like dog pee and were filthy. Our room was not stinky.... WIN! But, could have been cleaner. Pool was clean and breakfast was good. I will not stay there again. The no elevator and stink made this a $45 room NOT $90.

Only stayed one night but was very happy with the hotel and room. Pool was clean and breakfast was decent for what it was. Place was pretty quiet, only issue was being on the first floor facing the parking lot some jerk in a loud truck parked right outside my window and decided to sit and let it run for over an hour at 9:30 at night. Only other complaint was the employees were not friendly. They were not outright rude, just not friendly. Would stay here again.

This hotel is off the main road in an office park area so it’s fairly safe and quiet. Upon checking in, we were given a room on the second floor and shown to the stairs. I asked the desk clerk if there was an elevator and was simply told “no.” So if you have bad knees or a lot of luggage make sure you get a room on the first floor. The room was decently clean, but the furniture had some wear and tear like broken trim on the desk and other pieces of furniture. Breakfast was pretty good in the morning with waffles, eggs, biscuits, and gravy , etc. The morning staff was friendly and helpful.

We got a great price room is clean and comfortable. Beds are perfect. The breakfast in the morning was hot and fresh. The staff was friendly for our late check-in as well as the early breakfast stayed one night if we're ever in town again I'll definitely come back.

Did not eat breakfast. Parking was decent. While the sink and bathroom were clean, the room smelled musty and stale. Likely the carpet and the upholstered chair. Thought about asking for a different room, but the front desk guy didn’t seem too friendly. He did handle my check in ok. It did the job for a one nighter

Right out the gate I was not given the room I reserved and paid for. I reserved a single king room after Expedia said that 2 were available. Instead I was only offered a double queen room. Being told this was the only room available I was forced to take it. Mind you I was checking in at 3pm. The bathroom was gross with mold in the tub chalking along the bottom and sides. The floor of the tub was also brown like it had never been cleaned. The carpet was very worn and the floor in the room is not level with a significant bump in the middle of the room. The window in the room was also broken with the closure handle missing which left a window cracked open about a half inch letting road noise come in. Way overpriced for the letdown it was. Fairly good location but seriously needs some TLC.

I was traveling alone so upon my arrival I check in and was greeted by a middle aged lady with sunglasses on so dark you couldn’t see her eyes it was dusk outside nonetheless that right off made me realize it wasn’t a good choice for overnight stay but I was tired and hoped it was just not the beginning to issues on my stay so I checked in this lady had no smile no emotion whatsoever no hello nothing after handing me my room key she explained I go down the hall to the second brown door on the left and go up 2 flights of stairs to second floor then it’s on my left so I asked if there was an elevator she said with an emotionless face no there’s not so I asked if there was a room on the ground floor and she said no there’s not so I’m standing there in disbelief that no elevator and nobody around to help with my luggage hell I can’t even use one of the carts because I can’t get it up the stairs so I’m about in tears at this point and my blood is beginning to boil, I am a 60yr old woman I have been battling breast cancer for 6 yrs now and had a mastectomy last July and a total knee replacement this past June nonetheless I am one person and shouldn’t have to walk up 2 flights of stairs with 2 suitcases a duffle bag and my purse and my other bags that I need for my overnight stay, I get my stuff into my room finally and I turn on the lights and it’s like a huge ta dum dum goes off in my head the dust in the room is 1 inch thick on everything and the bedspread was dirty

But I am giving the property itself two stars because I could hear the people in the room next to me talking through the walls, even though they were speaking at a normal volume, and most importantly, there was no hot water in the shower at 7:30 in the morning. Wasn’t happy to not be able to take a comfortable shower before hitting the road.

First time to stay in a Quality Inn and this room was outstanding. Very spacious with a kitchen area, a desk with an office chair and even had a sofa and another comfortable chair. Lots of room for luggage. Breakfast was outstanding with a combination of hot and cold foods including fresh fruits. Would definitely stay here again.

It was fine for what we were there for (College visit) but for the price I was disappointed that there was a door between rooms I was unaware of, the shower had coated cardboard around the top, the shower head was very loose, and the room felt creepy. I probably would’ve considered leaving if my husband wasn’t with me. It wasn’t the staff! They were great. It was just a weird feeling. Probably the door between rooms.

I got to the hotel and my room was double booked somehow and the hotel owner (With a nasty attitude) refused to release one night to Hotels.com after he promised that he would with no problem! The owner lied and decieved me by taking 2 nights from my bank then told me he will not be negotiable at all after lying to me!!!!!! Over 100+ gone! I stay in hotels on average of 20-30 a year and never have been treated so nasty and rudely before!!

The guy at front desk was very rude. We called to ask the pet fee and we were given wrong price. When we reached there, we asked about it and the first reply from the front desk (I think he was manager) was, Do you need it or not?? I was like I am just asking and he said check online and all. Overall ok hotel. Didn’t even do breakfast and left asap in the morning.

Hotel and the rooms were very nice but the older gentleman at the front desk is absolutely terrible and rude. He made us feel uncomfortable our entire stay. I will never refer anyone to this place, the other quality inn on battlefield was wonderful and the woman at the desk was beyond helpful! Definitely recommend that one over this place any day!!!

Person who checked us in didn’t tell us anything except how to get to our room. Nothing about breakfast or WiFi or anything. Couldn’t get tv stations to come on. Had a hard time finding it hotel and how to find front desk not enough signs or large enough. So t stay there again. Breakfast was inadequate for the amount of people in there and not enough seating. Poor experience overall.

The location was fantastic. The property was good. The property owner was an amazing person, Joe Ohg. I had a booking issue that hotels.com wasn’t able to fix immediately, and he gave me recommendations on how to fix my booking, and was amazing at speaking with me, and educating me, then taking the phone calls from Hotels.com, and speaking with them, and working out the issue. Above and beyond serious.

The person who checked me in at night was neither friendly nor forthcoming with information about the amenities, including the time for breakfast. I looked in the room for information but found nothing. I had to go back to the hotels.com description to find out when breakfast ended. The room was clean and well kept. I had all I needed in the room, and it was a really quiet night for sleeping. I enjoyed the breakfast selection, and the morning staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a nice stay.

First time to stay in a Quality Inn and this room was outstanding. Very spacious with a kitchen area, a desk with an office chair and even had a sofa and another comfortable chair. Lots of room for luggage. Breakfast was outstanding with a combination of hot and cold foods including fresh fruits. Would definitely stay here again.

Has such a lovely stay here. Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was very comfortable, breakfast was really good. It had a waffle making station which was a big hit. The area itself was beautiful, felt very safe and went to the pizza restaurant. Highly recommend!

The fire alarms went off 2 nights in a row at 1;30 am . Not very good for sleep or rest. No fire. Also all theyhad was instant coffee from a machine for you. With breakfast. Staff was very nice and helpful..Hope they get their alarm fixed tho.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Some things are out of their control but they did the best they could. I asked for a room on the 1st floor because of equipment I brought in/out daily. But room was very musty from moisture. That’s a hotel maintenance issue. Outside I could see moisture from AC unit above was responsible.
