Overall this was an excellent hotel. It is a little walk to the center of Heraklion. The showers could use drain cleaner.

Rooms very comfortable. Raki was a nice touch with the snack. All staff to be commended. Did find the draft beer price high; sorry to say. Housekeeping efficient. Front desk very helpful and pleasant. Breakfasts were great variety
