They had the nice extras like towels and wonderful pillows. The place is under renovation so im not going to detail the stuff that needed to be updated. However, one should clean rooms if they are being used. It was black mildew. To make sure it was not a vintage thing, i took a tissue and it came off.i think the cleaners could take time to wipe with a wash cloth. I have pictures of the mildew.

The most annoying part was that the floors were wet! Being a pet friendly , i felt it had fleas. I woke up with several bites on my arms. On the plus side it was super convenient to I 95 and eateries nearby.

Having restaurants and a gas station across the street was extremely convenient. The young male at the front desk was efficient and quick. There were quite a few options for breakfast and the breakfast lady was readily available. Our ground floor room was ideal, however, being adjacent to the patio meant our vehicle was a distance from the room.

While the staff was polite and accommodating I will not stay here again. The room had black grout, bugs and the tub was so dirty I dare not think about getting into it without shower shoes. The linen had black stains and they provided only enough for one person. In addition, there were a group of males hanging out in the parking lot that made me a little uncomfortable.

I’ve stayed in 3rd World countries and cleanliness was never an issue . The soap was used- no shampoo and small conditioner bottle was used - urine in toilet seat- hair on bed sheet.. not sure how this place passes any inspection. Homeless people surround the area- parking lot had a group of men drinking at the back of the property… stayed here 3 hours and continued driving to DC

Front desk clerk was friendly and check in was smooth. When I first got to the room, I noticed dead flies all around the door/ air conditioner. The curtains didn’t even cover the sides of the window, so anyone walking by could see into the room. It looked like the sides were being held to the wall with Velcro but some of the Velcro came off. They have some new furniture, but the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. There was a used washcloth on the desk chair, and there was dirt and hair all over the top blanket. I asked for new bedding and offered to change it myself but I only got a new blanket. The head of housekeeping came to the room and looked at the sheets which looked fine aside from a few hairs. And the down comforter they have under the blanket had SO MANY stains. Some of them were concerning but she said they didn’t have many of those so I went without it. Again, nice staff, but the place was gross. I even went out and bought flip flops to shower in. I wish them luck with the renovations it looks like they’re attempting to make, but unless you’re in a really tight spot financially, I would recommend spending the extra money to stay somewhere else in Savannah.

Outside looks are deceiving. Bathrooms no fan mould, clumps of hair and dozens of cockroaches. I wish I could upload photos, It was disgusting. I’m doing my best to have this property removed from Expedia searches.

Found hair on bed pillow. Dirty socks hanging out behind cabinet. Dirty everywhere, like no cleaning products were used. Mini fridge had dried up food in it. Microwave was filthy. 2 of the 4 lamps worked, 1 of them looked like it had melted? Will not be going back!

This was the worst hotel I've even stayed at. The room had mildew all over it, dust and dirt in the corners, spider webs, the tub was filthy, the toilet set was broken, the furniture was old and outdated, the police was there when I arrived, people were loitering outside, and most of all, it had roaches! When I woke up in the middle of the night and turned n the light, roaches scattered everywhere. My friend had an allergic reaction from the room and got sick. I got a sinus headache from the room from the mildew. The place should be shut down and removed from your site.

The room was extremely dirty. Checked the mattress for bed bugs and there were 3 syringes and a variety of pills under the mattress. Hair everywhere, sink , tub, floors. Booked 2 nights because we had no power from hurricane Helene. Thankfully power came on the next day and we didn’t have to stay the second night. Pay more and look elsewhere!

4 words - do not book here. Rooms are filthy, we asked to change & other rooms were worse. Manager advised "its an old building". Bathroom floor was filthy, had to wipe all table top surfaces, afraid to touch anything. Mirrors were cleaned with dirty rag. After reading reviews barely slept. Econo Lodge sign is down & we were told property is rebranding to Super 8. No healthy choices at breakfast (fruit or yogurt) only carbs! Lesson learned on our part.

To start w the good, very good price for a comfortable bed to sleep in which includes breakfast. Staff was friendly and bed was not bad at all. Bugs in room and ants running from receptacle to overflow hole in sink was pretty gross. I put water in them to kill them. Glad I was by myself and not w the family

This place was bare minimum - clean but not extra clean. Quilt on bed was badly stained which made me feel linen on bed was not clean. Towels on rack seemed used. Had no complaints on noise or complimentary breakfast mostly carbs though.

As has become common, the quality of this brand has left much room for improvement. The air conditioner was extremely loud and had to be turned off when it was time to sleep. While I was in a no-smoking room, the bathtub had what appeared to be cigarette burns on the tub rim. There was a terrible odor that I thought the dumpster was just outside my door. And lastly, there was no refrigerator in the room. I believe in the future I will skip any Wyndham branded hotels.

Very clean. Very friendly staff. We could easily hear people walking outside our room. Nothing wrong with that just be aware the walls are thin. Also, we didnt get a do not disturb sign. Not a big deal but the housekeeping kept coming in whi)e we were getting dressed. Even after i told them we were in there. I get theyre doing their job but next.time would like to have a do not disturb sign for that reason. Other than that it was a comfortable stay!

We got there and they didn’t have my reservation. They kept us holding in the lobby for 45 minutes, with a man who bathed in cologne and was rude as he could be. The place stunk like smoke. We ended up leaving and went to a different hotel. We both got home with Covid and that’s why I haven’t tried to get ounmoney back. Not that Expedia has a way for you to do that. I deserve a refund please!

We were called by the Econo Lodge Hotel and told that there was a glitch in the system and we could NOT get a room with them! Front desk was rude to deal with, said it was our problem that they could not provide us a room....
