The air did not work in the room, and the bathtub was slow to drain.

I just can’t say enough about how kind and accommodating the staff was to us for our stay. I reserved a room because my 10yr old daughter had EOG testing at WCU just up the road. Long story, but I had to bring her from TN to Asheville for the testing over two day. The staff was beyond understanding and helpful with our situation getting to the hotel early and letting us check-in so my daughter could rest and relax before her first test on Tuesday. Then they doubled down and allowed us to check out late so we weren’t just driving around in the truck for a couple hours waiting for her last test to start on Wednesday. I can’t begin to say how grateful we are for their kindness and understanding.

It’s an older hotel but it’s clean. Outstanding breakfast.

Quick overnight stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Airport shuttle does not start until 5am so if yo have a very early flight - you may need to uber. This was not made aware until arrival. Upon arrivcal went to use bathroom in my room and there was a puddle of water on the floor. Went back down and told them about it - I was told they are fully boked and cannot move me.When I went back up the Maint. person was ther and confirmedit was coming from the seal of the toilet. I was told that he does not have any caulking to fix it and their solution was a towel on the floor and asking me If i am going to use the bathroom.. WOW!
