Great location! Historic building. be prepared for 83 stairs (no elevator) to get into the room. Not the hotel's fault - just the way the building is built. Housekeeper is awesome. You have to go downstairs to get to the bathroom in this suite and the stairs are steep and tight. Shower does not have a door/curtain. Front desk staff is helpful except for the lady in the evening with a big tattoo on her chest. Don't expect her to be helpful. The other two are great!

Gammelt, men fin og rent hotel lige i centrum med spise steder rundt om hjørnet. Der er meget lydt og mange trapper til de fleste værelser og ingen elevator. Et hotel der kan anbefales til ikke gangbesværet.

There was a lot of stairs to get to our room. -over 70 to haul up luggage with no elevator. Would not recommend for an elder person or one with any injuries !

Hotellet havde en fantastisk placering midt i den gamle by. Man kunne gå til alt. Vores værelser lå på 3 og 4 sal op af en meget smal trappe. Der var 57 trin op til 4 sal. Det store værelse på 4 sal hvor vi kunne sove 4, var med smukke synlige tværgående bjælker/spær. Disse var så lave at det var umuligt at gå oprejst mere end 2 meter før det næste spær. Super farligt. Der ud over havde vi ikke noget varmt vand i 26 timer. Morgenmaden var ligeledes sparsom og jævn kvalitet desværre.

Great location Staff was not helpful--requested extra pillows 7 times b4 we received them They gave us a room on the top with 5 sets of stairs with loose/broken hand rails. Otel oldukça merkezi bir konumda ama kaldığımız oda 4. Katsaydı ve küçücük bir merdivenden çıkmak zorunda kaldık. Bavulla seyahat ediyorsanız kesinlikle dikkate alın. Ayrıca kahvaltısı çok kötü kesinlikle kahvaltı dahil alıp paranızı heba etmeyin.

Stort charmerende loftsværelse med udsigt til klokketårnet. Bygningen er fra 1409 og har derfor en unik autentisk stemning. Man skal dog være opmærksom på at loftværelserne ligger på 3. sal uden elevator. Det betyder til gengæld at det er ret stille, selvom det ligger midt i centrum. Basismorgenmad: toast, brød, skinke, pølse, marmelade, smørreost, cornflakes, chokopops honning og musli samt små pølser med sennep og ketchup. 掲載の写真とは、現状がかけ離れていました。部屋に入ると、強烈な下水の匂いがしました。多分洗面台の配管の匂いだと思います。床はミシミシときしみ、とても古く写真のような部屋ではありません。受付の対応も、チェックインにもかなり時間を要したり、無愛想なスタッフもいたり…で、そういうものだと思えば不都合はないですが、ホテルのサービスマンではありません。朝食はついていますが、最低限の朝食です。 ただ、ロケーションはびっくりするくらいいいです。街の中心地に近いので観光が楽でした。

Tudo que falam sobre os atendentes serem arrogantes é verdade (não todos, mas maioria). Assim que cheguei fui atendida por uma mulher extremamente rude e desrespeitosa. A interação só melhorou quando eu fui grossa de volta com ela, aí ela começou a me tratar com um pouco mais de respeito. As moças da limpeza também são completamente arrogantes e parece que trabalham a força, a energia é como se todo mundo estivesse trabalhando forçado e todos são contra todo mundo lá, até os colegas de trabalho. A localização é excelente, não tenho o que reclamar disso. Porém esse é o único ponto positivo. Os quartos são sujos, você consegue ouvir tudo que todo mundo faz nos outros quartos, não tem placa de não perturbe no quarto, então se você não quer ninguém entrando você precisa ir falar com a recepcionista rude. Sempre que você quiser entrar no hotel, você tem que rodar uma campainha pra recepcionista abrir pra você, ou seja, você precisa dela para tudo!! E o fato de você ter que tocar a campainha e esperar alguém abrir pra você entrar no hotel que você reservou é beeeem chato.

Emotionless and unfriendly staff. The bed mattress was god awful, to be honest I’ve felt concrete softer than the bed. Pillows were cheap and barely cushioned. Breakfast was very basic. Did not want to risk it with the yogurts or the meats because those were served room temp without anything keeping them cold. The floor in the room looked like it hasn’t been deep cleaned for ages and turned white socks black. The shower pressure is non existant as well and the water temperature jumps between ice cold and boiling hot. And by the way pack your own shower gel since the hotel doesn’t include it. 👍 The location was 10/10 though.

Wir waren schon zwei Mal in diesem Hotel (2 Erw. 3 Kinder). Die Kids sind von den großen Zimmern im Dachgeschoss mit Balken und Fachwerk-Elementen einfach begeistert. Das Zimmer war warm, Bad/WC sind neu und sauber. Zimmer-Service ist fleißig. In der Nähe gibt es jede Menge Sehenswürdigkeiten: Karlsbrücke, Orloj, Rudolfinum, etc. Es ist eine klare Empfehlung. Danke und gerne wieder!

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichen. Leider war das Zimmer sehr staubig und abgewohnt, auch eine Dusche wäre schön gewesen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, man sollte aber keine großen Erwartungen haben.

Location top! Right to Staromestske namesti and the Orloi. Close too everything (Vaclavak, Karluv most, Hradcany) Old hotel very noisy (from outside, floors, neighbor rooms). Simple breakfast (ok for us who are lokal) Not sure about fire safety (on top floors) Overall old, weary, simple but ok for us.

Location is incredibly good. Stayed in the loft. Pretty sure the spiral stairs within loft would not comply with any building standards. Halfway up only just enough room to walk up if turn to your side. And I am slim. Was scarey at night as stairs were steep too. Three floors; NO lift! Also was very hot at night despite having no heating on. Toilet seat kept slipping. Shower head very low- so not much good if you are tall. Also shower within bath so be careful here. Breakfast was adequate.. but no eggs. Reception staff not at all welcoming or helpful. Except when we were leaving. Also walls are thin and we had noisy neighbours on both sides. Ladies cleaning rooms and in the breakfast room worked hard all day and their efforts were appreciated. However; location is brilliant as stated before.

Udmærket Hotel hvis du er turist og ønsker at bo centralt. Vi boede i en suite på 1. sal med meget plads og 3 vinduer og et flot badeværelse, kunne tydeligt høre overboer. En ven i vort selskab havde fået et værelse uden vinduer men med et fint badeværelse. Der er stor forskel på værelsernes kvalitet.

Hotellet är mycket vackert utvändigt och trappan upp är väldigt estetiskt tilltalande, rummet hade mycket högt i tak med bjälkar, djupa fönsternisher, der var rymligt och hade ett stort badkar. Rummet var verkligen fint. Hela upplevelsen av hotellet förstördes däremot av otroligt dåliga sängar helt utan stoppning, det var en utmaning minst sagt att försöka sova i dem. Vi kontaktade personalen men de hade ingen lösning annat än att bädda med de tunna täckena som bäddmadrass - hotellet är liksom helt utan engagemang. Kan man välja att inte frukost är inkluderat ska man göra det - frukosten är nämligen usel, torrt bröd, ljummen juice, ingen ost osv... undvik frukosten. Men i övrigt är prag otroligt vackert och hotellet är snyggt på utsidan och har ett bra läge.

Väldigt centralt och funkar för en kortare vistelse. Sängarna var dock så hårda så man lika gärna kunde sovit på golvet. Frukosten var inget speciellt med ganska tafatt utbud.

I stayed here with family in 2018 and had a great experience so decided to stay here again. I was extremely disappointed. Cons - I encountered two different front desk girls and both were very unfriendly, unhelpful and just looked like they didn’t want to be there. I suggest customers service training or new staff - the cleaning ladies were friendlier. We had to store our luggage as our room wasn’t ready and were charged for the storage room even though the website clearly states free luggage storage. She tried to say we had too many bags. There was 4 of us and 4 bags. We didn’t argue and just paid as it wasn’t worth it and the attitude of the girl was extremely bad. Pro - only pro to the experience was the breakfast. There was a lot to choose from, fresh and tasty. Overall, I won’t be returning to this property in the future.

The blond lady at the reception was rude and in a bad mood, both at time of check in and check out. I’m not sure if she likes her job but a little smile or at least a good customer service would have done the job.

Emotionless and unfriendly staff. The bed mattress was god awful, to be honest I’ve felt concrete softer than the bed. Pillows were cheap and barely cushioned. Breakfast was very basic. Did not want to risk it with the yogurts or the meats because those were served room temp without anything keeping them cold. The floor in the room looked like it hasn’t been deep cleaned for ages and turned white socks black. The shower pressure is non existant as well and the water temperature jumps between ice cold and boiling hot. And by the way pack your own shower gel since the hotel doesn’t include it. 👍 The location was 10/10 though.

The hotel was extremely bad in many ways, but where they truly managed to be the worst—something that still surprises me and will for a long time—was their service. You could do the bare minimum and still be a million times better than what they managed to accomplish. The workers were outright rude, had a terrible attitude, threw insults, and scrolled on their phones while you stood there waiting for them to buzz you in through the door. The breakfast was awful in every possible way. To keep it short, the buffet was as small as it could be, and most of the food was old. You could tell from miles away that the bread was several days old because it was completely dry. Overall, do not stay at this hotel! If you can’t afford something slightly more expensive, take the absolute cheapest option elsewhere, and I promise you it will still be better.

Good location, but staff are unhelpful and rude. Said we used a bottle of water from the mini bar, which we hadn’t, kept arguing with us, then told us to go. We later saw they had put thru a $7 on our credit card. The floors creak terribly you cannot move without waking up everyone else in the room and probably the people below, I know we heard every move the people above us made. I would give this place a miss.

Awesome location in a busy area. Everything was so close. We really enjoyed our stay, complimentary breakfast was a nice convenience. It is noisy on the street below, with all the tourists, but that comes with the location.

Massere af plads på værelset, dog kunne det bruge noget modernisering, da badeværelset ikke havde andre bademuligheder end et badekar uden badeforhæng. Morgenmaden var horribel, så der misser du intet, medmindre en plastik yoghurt kan stille appetitten og lysten. En parably kan man dog låne, hvis vejret fejler én.

Hotellet är mycket vackert utvändigt och trappan upp är väldigt estetiskt tilltalande, rummet hade mycket högt i tak med bjälkar, djupa fönsternisher, der var rymligt och hade ett stort badkar. This hotel was in an excellent central location in the Old Town in a very charming old building. The building was clean with breakfast and WiFi included. However, travellers should be aware that there is no elevator, which means carrying luggage all the way up the stairs to whatever assigned room (we were on the top floor!). The hotel is not air conditioned but they did provide a fan, which would have been adequate except during a heat wave!
