No blankets or trash can Moldy No ice broken No toilet paper had to get it the next morning Bathtub couldn’t be use the floor of the tub was covered with a coat of caulk and would not drain the toilet was grossly stained

The property is being totally renovated. It looks abandoned. My room was not available because they had water pipes break during the renovation so my room wasn’t available. I spent an hour and a half working with the receptionist who was trying to get her company to find me another hotel.

Please be mindful of this property. It does NOT Have breakfast but there's plenty of places in the area. parking security is on duty and the maintenance man LIVES on property so he WILL be as accommodating as possible . I truly believe that when this establishment gets done .. it will be wonderful.

This stay was subpar. There were no courtesy hygiene items. There were only sheets on the bed, no blankets. The worker at the front desk that morning said they had new comforters but they're not issuing them to the rooms because she doesn't want them messed up. I do not recommend to anyone regardless of budget. They also don't bother to tell anyone that the pool is closed, so we weren't even able to enjoy at least that.

Definitly in need of repairs and upgrades. The bed was very comfortable but under the bed looks to have never been cleaned/swept. Need to take the pool out off the location because its a complete mess and disgusting to even look at. The lady at the front desk was the friendliest person though. For the price and only needing a couple hours sleep it wasn't that big of a disappointnent.

The staff were amazing. I have zero complaints about the staff. My issues is that it was never reported on the hotels.com app that this hotel was going through major renovations. I had booked a king non smoking but because of the renovations, i was stuck with 2 doubles and it was a a smoking room. The door to the room was damaged, it latched but did not close completely. The inside door handle was surrounded by duct tape. I did not sleep well because of the issue with the door. We were traveling from PA to College Station, TX because my step daughter was graduating. It was late and we were too exhaused to look for another one. smoking room.

Nothing about the way this motel is described in Expedia is true. There is no breakfast. There is no gym. The room had garbage under the bed. There was no toilet paper, no plastic cups, and no coffee. The door to the room looked like someone had kicked it in—it was loose when locked. No working WiFi and terrible cell signal. AND NO REFUND. I left after 3 hours and never stayed the night.

Just within 15-20 seconds in the room I spotted 3 cockroaches. We were offered another room but no. They need to take care of that infestation. The clerk working was very nice and did a great job checking us in and none of it was his fault but we couldn't stay here.

I booked a hotel here for the night as I was driving back to Cleveland from Houston and needed to rest for the night. Literally as soon as we walked into the room we saw a roach scurry under the bed, we turned the light on and found there was also one on the bed pillow, one on the bedsheet and one on the table. I pulled out my cellphone and shined the light around the room and discovered several shiny little bed bugs in multiple places. As soon as we saw that we immediately ran out of the room. The lady at the counter said that as we booked through expedia, we would have to go through them for the refund, so I called them and was told their process was to reach out to management, and that it was up to them for approval. The lady was incredibly apologetic and assured me that the boss would review and approve my refund the next day. 3 days later when I returned to Cleveland I called to ask why I had not yet received my refund and reached the same lady I spoke to at the counter, her entire attitude was totally different and she rudely told me that i will most likely not get a refund. I asked to speak to management and was told they were gone for the next 45 days. The lady then said she was done speaking to me and hung up on me. Please do not make the same mistake we did and book a hotel here, you will leave with a huge problem that will potentially cost you all your furniture and clothes!!

Pink mold on shower curtain. A million hairs on sink, shower, bed, pillows, sheets, floors. Cleaning staff doesn’t have any actual cleaning spray or a vacuum. This place is disgusting and the state should shut it down.

I was supposed to have a non-smoking room but it was very strong with a smoke smell that kept me awake half of the night. Second, there were roaches in the room, including on the bed. Third, the bathroom was not very clean and the bathroom door was falling apart. Fourth, there was no way to close curtains where people outside couldn’t look in. Fifth, the electric plugs for the most part were unusable. Sixth, the bedding was torn and had burn holes in it. The first thing the clerk said was we don’t do breakfast anymore. It was a very disappointing stay. The only positive was the bed itself was pretty comfortable.

NASTY, blood on shower curtain, hair in shower, smells bad, dirty bedding, bad lighting, used snot towels under the bed, no hot water, were woken up early pre-checkout, staff was okay.

Very DIRTY, the room had burn marks on the bedspread’s, bugs were everywhere including roaches. The motel does not have a safe looking environment. Smelled like marijuana when passing several rooms

This hotel was extreamly unclean. I would not even wash my dog in the shower and the first room they gave us there was no bathroom door. They also had nothing but a pot of coffee out at 8am. I will never stay at this hotel again. And i will tell my frinds the same.

The room was a disaster.. no pillows no cover only a nasty dirty sheet was available. The shower was disgusting. Had bugs in it and he toilet looked as if it hadn't been cleaned since it was put there. By far the worst experience I've ever had staying anywhere. The only reason I stayed was they refused a refund and wouldn't accommodate me in anyway.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.....

There were cigarettes holes in the sheets. The towels were dirty and also had holes. The room had a stench of cigarettes. It was unbearable. We asked for pillows and we're told that maintenance had them so we had to wait and couldn't get any. When we checked in there was actual feces on the toilet seat.

No curtains on windows just pul down blinds that lets all the light in. No blankets for the bed just a white sheet.

The website clearly shows breakfast and Wi-Fi. There's no breakfast and the Wi-Fi was not working at all. Also Dusty or dirty towels folded like fresh.

First of all the hotel doesn’t look like the picture. I booked a smoking room and the lady put me in a non smoking room so I guess they didn’t have smoking rooms. The floor in the room was dirty I had to sweep before I put my things in the room. No blanket on bed just a fitted and flat sheet. It had spiders and crickets. I went to take a shower that night and no hot water. Microwave made noise and WiFi sucks. I will never book here again.

The Grand had purchased the hotel, but not all of the hotel had been converted per the photos displayed on the listing. Only a limited number of rooms were available, and none were on the 1st floor or had a king bed, as I had booked. I was told the 1st-floor doors were being painted. The bed only had a sheet and a bolster. The bathroom outlet cover is missing and is exposed. New flooring had been installed. Shower needed repairs. No hot or warm water available in sink or shower. Continental Breakfast was not available but was advertised to be included. All of this info was given at check-in but room had already been booked, paid for and could not cancel. New electronic locks for the doors, but deadbolt did not line up to work.

The staff was very friendly, but the cleanliness lacked a lot, and the doors do not secure well. Also, it was a non-smoking room. That definitely was a smoking room in the past.

When I got to my room, the door didn’t opened up. The door had to even opened up with a key. When I got time to go to sleep, there was a bunch of Mexicans with their truck having a tailgating party literally right in front of my room and blasting music. I called the staff twice and they had to remind these people to turn the music down. Noise level exceeded past 10 o’clock. Not a safe area for children.

I booked and paid for 2 rooms online. When trying to check in we were told there were no rooms in my name. The next morning I get charged with no show. The hotel was outdated and just nasty. I tried to call and get my money back but I was told they would call me back but never did! Stay away!

We checked in late. Around 10. About 4 am. The staff along with the previous renters of the room we were in open our door without knocking and let themselves in because the woman left something in the room. After it was returned to her from her hidden spot she leaves then 10 min later returns with a police officer claiming we stole something out of her notebook that we retired from the hidden spot she indicated. She caused a scene I caused a scene. When they finally left about 440 am. We packed up and left.. will never stay there again

Arrived at 1130pm to find no one working in the hotel, hotel was open but not the first employee. Knocked on employee doors, called the number listed for the hotel and their company to find no assistance until 30 minutes later I finally got through to a person in their corporate office who couldnt remedy the situation either. I ended up going across the street to the Best Western who luckily had room.

I did an online reservation prepaid. Upon arrival, I told the female at the counter I was traveling by myself and I have a service animal. She had me sign a contract admission paper I suppose. She told me a pet fee was $10 that I had to pay, I told her it was a service animal due to the fact that I was tired. I needed a place to stay with the payment was nonrefundable. I decided to pay her the $10 asking for a receipt. She refused to let me have a receipt for the $10. So it is my interpretation they do not follow their policies.

After a very long drive across the country, I got to this hotel and they told me my reservation didn’t exist. I showed them proof and they sent me away. Very rude staff. They left me stranded. The assistant manager‘s name was Michelle and she charged me even though she turned me away at the door with a reservation number! This place has some of the worst reviews I’ve ever seen online and there is a reason! Very suspicious characters all outside the hotel and it is absolutely not safe and it is without question the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen

This location was absolutely terrible as the location was hard to locate and the signage was not visible anywhere. There was only a sheet on the bed with no top cover. The shower was dirty as well as the floors within the room. I understand that they were doing renovations but, this was not ready to rent as I had to wait 30 minutes or more to even get my room key after checking in.

However, the front desk told me breakfast was not included. That was wrong and it is on my reservation. Room has smell, the toilet flush got leak. The front desk guy was friendly. Location was OK. There was not blankets in the room. I asked and the front desk guy said they did not provide but gave me a few bed sheets.

Pulled into the parking lot and instantly feared for my safety. This place looks nothing like the pictures! I quickly left the parking lot, drove to a safe location at a nearby restaurant & booked a night at another hotel as there was no option to cancel at that point.

It was a dump and when I got there the police had people in cuffs for selling meth. The owner is foreign and runs a dump. I didnt stay and got no refund.

This is a crackhead hotel. The rooms smelled disgusting. The room was not cleaned. Sketchy area. Just gross. I didn’t stay here, I found something else. Never again.

The breakfast is not a thing only coffee. the night time security is annoying, rude,nosey, and a lier. He told me stories of him shooting black and brown people while he was on the force in Florida. There is so much more like not having a blanket on the first night, my door not latching all the way Please if you do get a room here be there before 10pm the day shift was amazing.
