The staff was so friendly! The pool is still being finished, which was a shame, but the staff recommended us taking our kids to this amazing public splash pad less than 10 minutes away. They were quick and kind and we had a great visit! Everything was clean and quiet. If we are back in the area, we’ll absolutely be staying here again.

I am not impressed at all with the room. I paid double the price and the 2nd floor smell like feet. The bathroom is run down and i feel like i could fall through the floor. The pool is shut down and im not happy.

The room had food crumbs on the floor, desk and chair. Three flies were enjoying the crumbs. The hotel elevator and pool were out of service. Jon at the front desk was friendly and apologized for the issues. He offered me another room but instead I cleaned up the room. I commend Jon because he was dealing with many frustrated guests. The owners of this property need to improve their housekeeping and maintenance.

Giving this property an average rating due too, our toilet not flushing properly and also because we drove 2 hours and my daughter was so excited to get to swim once we got there just to get checked in and them tell us the pool is under construction.. She had talked about it the whole ride up. That should be on the websites.

I booked this hotel for a work trip based on the location which overall was a good choice. Unfortunately, my room was filthy. I had a thirteen hour travel day and didn't check in until after 10:00PM or I would have requested a different room. The bathroom door jamb had a smear of what I assume is poop on it. Both beds had smears of what I think was red lipstick on the comforter and sheets. I packed sanitizing wipes so I cleaned the "poop" and hoped the lipstick was from being washed. I had to leave at 6AM the next day to meet with my customer. By the time I got back to the room I was too tired to pack up and request a new one. Later that night I noticed the counter with the coffee maker had something spilled all over it so I cleaned that as well. I also discovered something spilled all over the air conditioning unit. This was by far the dirtiest room I've ever stayed in. If anyone from the hotel would like to contact me I can provide pictures of all of this. I'd recommend staying at another hotel in the area.

Just a few thoughts. The check-in was easy and the desk person quite friendly and efficient. The hotel is apparently undergoing some remodeling. Across from our room, a room was under repair, leaving the hallway dirty, all the way down to the elevator. We had to be careful not to track the dirt into our room. Slept well. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast room floors were dirty.

Room was quiet, comfortable and spacious. The HVAC was quiet and efficient. Only issue I had was the body wash dispenser was empty but that was remedied quickly once the management was made aware of it. The breakfast was decent and the coffee was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Choose this property as we've generally had good experiences. 1. Desk agent couldn't find reservation-internet problems. Took more time to get room. 2. Inconsistent heating/cooling system. 3. TV controls not working properly. This room was highest cost among our choices and it shows that highest cost doesn't mean the best. You expect more given the cost.

Staff was very friendly! Dog was barking in the next room, very loud people and stomping around in the room above us until 2am. Bathroom door was not inline so couldn’t get it to shut. This is the worst Holiday Inn we’ve stayed in.

The staff was not the friendliest of staff. I normally never have issues but they were not very welcoming. We checked into our room and the left for our party. We arrived back at the hotel very late and our rooms ac didn’t work. Had to go down stairs and have our room changed and it was like we were bothering her. They were finally able to move us rooms but this should not have ever been an issue to start with.

Our stay was good…my major complaint is communicating with the facility after our departure. We left an item at the facility and attempted to call the number on the invoice to speak to the front desk…this was a complete mess, after multiple calls that connected me to reservations they were unable to connect me with the front desk and my issue was never resolved. Completely unacceptable!

The desk attendant sits out in his car. The guy ahead of me had to wait on him to show up. He sent that guy to an occupied room. The first room he gave me was a dirty room with unmade beds. I go back to the front desk and he’s disappeared back to sitting in his car. Then he acted like he didn’t remember who I was.

The woman that worked the front desk during the day was very friendly and somewhat helpful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was standard for IHG Holliday Inn. My coworker and I came in late one night and had to collaborate on finishing paper work on our laptop so we decided to set up in the breakfast area since there not much room to sit in the lobby. The tv was on but we were quiet. We were approached by one of the two night front desk ladies and told that the are was closed and we couldn’t be in there, even though the TV was on and we were louder than the tv as so not to bother anyone. We left though it was an inconvenience to us. When my coworker came down to the lobby later in the middle of the night the two girls were playing music loudly and the lobby reeked of marijuana. The following night when my coworker came down again late in the night the same front desk lady was outside in her car blasting music while apparently nobody was attending the front desk…? I guess good late night help is hard to find.
