Walkable to mall, free airport shuttle great service, free coffee and iced water all day in lobby, nice pool and pool bar (open weekends).

Great pool area. The little bar on site is a nice bonus.

Check in slow. 1 elevator worked waits long. Shuttle to airport driver was watching a movie on his phone. Called for shuttle to pick us up when we returned, waited on hold for 33 minutes. We gave up and called for Lyft. Beware not a good experience.

Hotel is close to airport and provides quick shuttle service to airport.Good customer service answering all questions and provide help to all guests!

The indoor pool.

The courtyard feel like a tropical paradise. The only thing I didn’t like was that the AC was really low and the water pressure in the shower was also low. Overall great experience and will go back

After feeling like I was getting bit all night, I kept waking up looking thru everything but didn’t see a BED BUG until the morning when I woke up and it was on my shirt. I have bite marks all on my back. I immediately gathered my belongings and checked out. I showed front desk staff a picture who said the manager would be in touch, but so far no one has contacted me. I stayed in room 703, August 5-6, and left right around 9am, after an actual bug was found crawling on me as I was getting out of the bed. I’m so itchy and grossed out!!!

The bathroom had a roach in it. Me and my girlfriend also got double charged. I gave my id to a worker and he just snatched it out my hand. I am not coming back to the hotel.

The room was stinky ( smells body odor), the bath tub was dirty, old with multiple scratches, the bath tap didn’t work and couldn’t take a shower from shower head! Scrambled eggs in breakfast buffer was stale and dry

Our first impression walking into the hotel was great. The lobby is really clean and nice looking. But the further back you get in the hotel, the worse it got. We had a room towards the back of the last hall, and it stunk and was filthy. Our room was on the left side of the hallway, and our one window pointed into the indoor pool, which was super weird. There is also a door to get to the pool straight from our room, and people were hitting it every time they walked by. It says the pool closes at 11, but people were in there screaming and talking loud well past that, and the walls are thin enough it kept us up. There were hairs all over the bathroom, shower curtain was stained, the sink was chipping, and the rugs were really dirty. The tv remote barely worked, and also felt greasy. The only thing that looked like they cleaned were the beds. We were here as a convention vendor, and stayed for 2 nights. We wont be back.

There was a prescription pill bottle with a controlled substance on the floor by the bed that my 4 year old found. The windows were leaking and there was obvious water damage on the floor and walls by the window.

The second room we got put in had a leaking sink handle. The tub didn’t drain correctly and one of the lights was falling out of the ceiling. Also one of our towels was dirty! The hotel its self looks nice however it could definitely be cleaned better and a lot of repairs are needed. At check out the front desk attendant was very nice but when asked for help he was ignored! The staff just didn’t seem to be very helpful. Definitely won’t be coming back.

The room and hallways smell old and of mildew. We had a suite which was spacious, liked that it had a microwave and fridge, but the couch was dirty and immediately after sitting down my daughters legs broke out and so did the back of my neck, which prompted us to do a through inspect of the room. The white linen was stained and the shower wasnt cleaned, had to do it ourselves. Reviews say alot of money was spent on renovations but they had to be for the lobby and courtyard which were beautiful. Nothing was put into the rooms, which was a shame. Needless to say we wont be back. DONT RECOMMEND

This hotel needs renovation! Everything is tired and old. Thin towels and bedding. The sink and tub had been painted and it’s wearing off. The room was not very clean - lots of dust on the clock and I had to wipe the streaky tv screen. On the third evening, the whole side of the room that contained the tv, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker lost power. Maintenance had to come. There was a lot of noise from the pool and in the hallways. Breakfast was the same every day with overcooked eggs and sad pastries. No waffle maker. The only positives were the friendly,helpful staff, lobby coffee, and location close to the airport and a huge mall.

Rooms are dirty

Very comfortable room. Bed was comfortable. Clean room. The hotel is going through some upgrades. The building has a lot of character. I would stay here again.

When I booked this hotel i asked for a room facing the pool and the option for a balcony facing it. I even called the hotel after booking to confirm I’d get a pool-facing room so I could relax and watch my kids swim. When I checked in after a 6–7 hour drive from NYC, my room overlooked a rooftop, not the pool. The room was also uncomfortably hot — the AC (from the 1970s, according to staff) barely worked. I set it to 60°F and waited, but it never cooled. After complaining, I was told there were no other rooms, but an hour later I was moved to a different room with a partial view of the pool. Sadly, this room was still just as hot. I barely slept the first night because of the heat. Staff at the front desk were polite, but the comfort level and room assignment were both disappointing. For the price, I expected a properly cooled room and the view I booked. Unless the hotel upgrades its AC and honors specific booking requests, I can’t recommend staying here — especially if you’re planning to relax indoors. On top of that, there were people in the lobby asking guests if they had cash so they could send them money electronically via CashApp or Venmo — made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Staff were polite, but the hotel did not deliver the room I reserved, the comfort I expected, or a secure environment. Look elsewhere until they fix the AC, honor room requests, and improve security.

The ac is outdated. It barely blew any air. We had a courtyard room and switched because it was so hot. Rooms were spacious and lots of channels. Close to mall, stores and freeway.

The breakfast included was basic but worth it. The room was very dated and run down looking (some are updated, ours was not) and the carpets + bathroom were a bit dirty. Beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy. The property is in a great location next to malls and shopping. The walls have quite a bit of sound transfer. We couldnt hear anyone above us, but for example directly next to us you could hear the conversation through the wall, as well as their baby crying at night which was loud enough to wake all of us up and keep us up until baby went back to bed.

The room was good, very spacious..courtyard access was a plus though the entrance closest to use was always closed so we had to go to the main one which is fine..breakfast selection was good just they need another toaster. Only thing the bathroom was small but everything else was great. The price was great too

First, the good news. Check in staff was very friendly and personable. Now, the not-so-good news: This property is in need of a serious update. You can tell that this was probably a primier or even luxury property "back in the day", but that day was a long time ago. The decor is dated and dark, and frankly downright depressing. If that wasn't bad enough, the common areas were not very clean. The lobby is dirty and dingy and everywhere you go, the place was just DARK, this includes the guestrooms. The pool area has potential, but again, another spot that is in serious need of an upgrade. The location is right by the area's nicest mall, that's a plus. But the owners really aren't taking full advantage of this in my opinion. I think the place gets the business it does because of its favorable location, but had I known about the other more updated options available, I would have chosen them instead. I do not believe I will ever stay here again.

The pool and area surrounding it had a surreal yet natural quality. Nice workout area. Natel at the front desk was stellar. Breakfast could have been better, but was quite adequate and not oversold. (I was told Continental, but it was better than that.)

Staff not very friendly or greeting. Seem to not like to have conversation or answer questions. No welcome no thank you. Place is in need of serious update. Paid too much for the stay especially with not very good customer service.

I will never again book with this hotel. They did not disclose important information in regards to their new “High Risk security deposit paid only by credit card. They would not accept cash. They expected to collect a $250 high risk security deposit. The room itself was only $88 a night. When I called originally, a staff member told me that the deposit was $100. But after getting to the property, I was told the deposit is $250 for individuals and $100 for “groups.” So unfortunately I was declined the right to stay in the hotel. I was left stranded. It took over an hour to wait for a shuttle from the airport. I had to call the hotel myself and beg for a courtesy shuttle. So overall, this place is not up front with information and they cost me money for a night. I was not able to book another room elsewhere, because I did not have extra funding to do so. And I was declined any refund for the inconvenience. I paid for the room, showed up an hour later and was declined my room based on the fact that I was given incorrect information. I was told to call the third party I booked through and request a refund. However I was not given one. So I just want everyone to be aware, that this place is not informative and they do nothing to assist their customers to fix any mistakes or issues that we encounter. No compassion was shown. I was treated very poorly by staff member. I was spoken down on and treated with an attitude for no reason at all. The hotel didn’t care I was upset.

Reserved king sized room with whirlpool tub for 2 nights, upon check in i had found my reservation cut to only one night and they had given away the room i reserved. i was moved to a smaller room at the same price, told they could reserve a second night in the room i originally asked for. 3 separate times, staff confirmed i would have the whirlpool tub in the room for night two, but on check in there was no tub. Staff stated they had no idea and that my stay would be free due to the inconvenience. At checkout they said i would be charged and reimbursed afterwards. No reimbursement ever occurred. I've contacted hotel management multiple times, left voicemails and emails and nobody ever responded to me. Fed lies and grifted out of my reservation for more money than it was worth. Won't be staying again, and will be attempting to reach out to the corporate offices.

I would have wanted to give 4+* to the M Hotel Buffalo but the staff member who worked the bar was absolutely terrible so that’s why it is average. He ignored customers, left the bar area for extended periods of time, tvs were turned on but without sound, and no music for entertainment. The server didn’t have any interest in bringing in business so we left without ordering food and drove to a restaurant instead. Why bother having a restaurant and bar in the hotel if the server ignores customers? After all the money spent on renovations, customers want a friendly server so they don’t have to drive offsite.

Front staff is very accommodating and pleasant to the guests housekeeping is on their job before 11am

We stayed at the M Hotel, M stands for Millennium, during a holiday weekend. As a result, they were fully booked but guest services were friendly and helpful. Check in time is at 4, which is on the later side of check-in times, but yet rooms were not ready until well after 4:00 which was disappointing. Our Suite was huge and the jet tube was spacious enough for two people. For such an old hotel, the new Millennium owners did a fine job with renovating the inside and outside while keeping the old mid 1980's feel of the tropical and cozy pool courtyard. The rooms had impressive updates like Samsung TVs, Moen bathroom faucets, and comfortable beds! The hot breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast you might find at a roadside chain hotel. They lacked someone to wipe off tables and empty garbage cans regularly. But, they did keep up with replenishing the food which was impressive considering the amount of guests. The gym was a little below average and only consisted of a handful of cardio machines, a couple of exercise balls, a bench and a row of dumbbells. It would have been nice if the bathroom sauna was open/functional and if the gym was cleaner. Location was excellent! The Galleria Mall is a short walk away, across a couple of parking lots, and there are plenty of restaurant options within walking distance as well. Our We enjoyed our stay!

I've stayed here many times. Love that it's nextdoor to Walden Galleria - you can just walk over. I also love that it's close to a lot of my favorite stores and there are good dining options close and also within the surrounding area. The only issue I had is that the bathrooms ie. Tub and tiles could.use some refinishing and updating as the tub peeling, the tile grout was a litte aged/grimey and the tub wasn't draining properly due to the stopper not being able to stay up. The staff and the service they provided was very good.

We went on this stay not planning on being in a hotel room except for sleep. The location was key for my pick of being centrally located to the attractions we wanted to get to. Everyone very friendly and helpful when needed. We had a few issues that could be brushed a side that truly not with naming and easy fixing. Would I recommend this place. Absolutely, courtyard was beautiful with an indoor fountain and swimming pool. Location great, friendly staff, breakfast buffet.

I enjoy this hotel. It’s an older hotel, but still nice and very well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bar is a welcomed respite after a busy day, and the food there is good too. Overall, this is a nice hotel and very centrally located.

Very nice stay- breakfast was amazing

felt kind of dingy....we stayed a few years ago and even though it has been a bit remodeled felt weird... bar restaurant service was terrible...only one or two people at the bar working and they were taking food and bar orders and running food. doing it all. and kudos to them but it could have been done better...the one morning the coffee was cold and not fresh...stayed 3 years ago and thought it was great but so great this time around

It’s a little run-down. Bathroom faucets leaked. Only one cup for coffee. Needed paint work here and there. Breakfast was cold 2 of the four days. No potatoes the 2nd day. Had to remind the attendant to get the bowls and yoghurt toppings out.

Everything was satisfactory, breakfast wasn't edible, but the check in employees were very helpful.

Pool was nice. Breakfast was tasty with both hot and cold options.

The pool and around the pool was amazing and stunning. Facilities for wedsing reception or parties. Restaurant on site. Free breakfast. Rooms with decks overlooking pool and gazebo area were awesome but made it a littke noisy. The smell of weed was string in the halls even though it is s smokefree property. Im alergic so luckily my room was right next to the hallway outside. The staff was stellar. I miss my connection due to amtrak and they held my room and ultimately didn't charge me for it which was a pleasant suprise. I will totally stay here again when im back him in buffalo visiting.
