Room was clean which is the most important thing to me. Staff tried in every way to be helpful. There are a couple suggestions: 1. Desk in room needs lamp, preferably with outlets built into it. 2. Full body mirror outside of bathroom needed lighting. Mirror in daughters' room also was placed on a wall that lacked lighting. 3. On a sold out weekend, one of the elevators wasn't operating, causing very long, and very inconvenient waits. 4. The hotel drop-off semi-circle at entrance was a blocked mess, by cars, by valet parked cars, and by buses. And it was pouring rain! This situation needed hotel staff to take charge, to direct the traffic jam, because it caused patrons an long wait to unload luggage or to seek parking off site, then drag their luggage through the drenching rain.

It was conveniently located to walk to keybank center. We parked across the street for $22-ish for 24 hours. The front desk staff was very helpful and the property was very nice. The room, specifically the bathroom, didn’t seem super clean. The hand towels had hairs on them and a washcloth had something blue on it. That made me wonder if everything else was as clean as it could be. There were also no usb outlets which now seem standard in hotel rooms…so I was unprepared to charge my Apple Watch. Overall it was a nice stay, but maybe not for the high price.

I will always choose the Hyatt if and when I can. The rooms are always very clean and the staff is great. I just wish they had continental breakfast.

Upon check in to the room, I noticed an ant in the bathroom. The thermostat did not work at all. The closest working ice machine was at least 4 floors away. When trying to eat at the restaurant it took a very long time to be acknowledged and served.
