It was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. Air conditioning kicked butt in the room. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. And the location was perfect for my needs during that stay.

The pool was closed and that was the whole reason we stayed there. Looks like it has been closed for awhile so that was disappointing. The breakfast was small so we didn’t even bother and the elevator made noises like it was falling apart. The room was nice but the beds were not very comfortable. Overall if you’re looking for a place to stay to change for the Fairgrounds then I guess this works just don’t expect much more.

If you like a soft bed and a hot shower with pressure, it was great. Breakfast was terrible. The room needed cleaning, glitter was on the bed and the floor looked like it has been months since it was mopped. The lobby needed a sweeping and mopping but the clerk was too busy on their phone to bother to clean. Pool was out of service and only one ice machine for 3 floors, at the end of a long hall. Landscaping outside looked like no one cared enough to pull a weed or sweep up the garbage. Would not have booked here if I knew!

Staff was amazing great people. and hotel was very nice and had breakfast, secure building. Plenty of parking. Helpful with directions. AC worked well tv worked , clean bathroom. It said there was a hot tub on site. But the hot tub and pool were closed. I really wanted to use the hot tub. Very disappointed on that one thing. That was going to make the whole trip worth it.
