Horrible parking, 1st room AC didn’t work, no shade on window, no towel hooks, had to get in the shower and stand in freezing water to turn on because door was put on backwards and you could reach the faucet without getting in and shower floors were like standing on glass. Asked for a new room because I’d AC. Next room, still had to finally go to buy a fan same problems. Also one bartender for a packed hotel during happy hour. And the carpets by conference area were never vacuumed the whole 3 days we were there and it was obvious!

The suite was absolutely amazing! We really enjoyed having a room to lounge in and a room to sleep in and being able to just shut the door and take a nap while someone else was watching tv or on the phone was so nice. Housekeeping was really good and we had everything we needed. We were in town for a basketball tournament and there were a lot of people at the hotel. The guest laundry was very accessible and there were 3 washers and 3 dryers so we all managed to get our laundry done. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing!!! The food was so good, and the made to order pancakes, French toast, waffles, and omelets was a real treat. People were really loading up on the breakfast items. We didn't get a chance to use the pool during our 3 day 2 night stay. The biggest complaint was about the elevators, they seem rather old and lots of noises. One was shut down sometime after we arrived the first day so that left 2 elevators for 16 floors. One of the two still open was stuck with people inside for a while on our second day. I tried the stairs and they were okay on one end of the hall but the other set of stairs had obviously patched concrete and they moved and made noise when you walked down them. Just didn't make me feel real confident infusing them, but the elevators took forever to get to the upper floors and we got tired of waiting. If I could give a 5 star to everything but the elevators, and a 3 star for the elevators I would.

The hotel room was amazing, the staff was great, and breakfast was phenomenal. The pool however needed to be cleaned, it was green and cloudy. The last time we were there it was crystal clear so I’m not sure what happened.

Breakfast options were amazing and delicious, service was wonderful at the front desk and at the bar, room was clean. Pool area was really really hot and humid like the ventilation wasn’t working but the kids have fun either way. I would definitely stay here again.

Cannot complain at all about this hotel stay other than our backs hurt a bit from the bed and pool was closed at least a day of our stay. Everything was spot on otherwise. Big shout out to the gal making omelettes, French toast, etc. food was great and she is fast!

The hotel was really nice and clean. My room needs a good deep cleaning (see previous post regarding check in). The breakfast was wonderful. But, I believe there should be 2 breakfast cooks during the busy times. And having to stand in line for 20 minutes to receive my cocktail hour drinks was ridiculous!!! Should have been 2 bartenders during that time or the manager could have stepped up and talked about us, explaining why we were having to wait so long. The line was backed up to the elevators, it ruined what was supposed to be a fun time. By the time it was my turn I had the girl make both my drinks and took them to my room just to get away from the craziness!!!

The staff were fantastic and overall the hotel was great. The only issue was the elevator. Even when all 3 were working the wait was sometimes 20 minutes to get up or down. A few times one of the 3 weren’t working and the wait was 45 minutes to get on the elevator. We had to carry all of our luggage down 9 flights of stairs. Families said they had to walk up 12 flights of stairs.

The suite was updated and very clean. Front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. The bed was extremely firm, so I didn’t sleep well. The grounds in the garden sitting area and at the front entrance, never got the trash emptied the two days I was there and it was full. Indoor pool area was clean but the pool was freezing and it was outdated.

Wasn’t given the room I reserved. Happy hour was a joke. The bathroom was dirty. The couch was stained and dirty. The whole building was very hot. We started sweating just standing there waiting for an elevator. The only thing worth the stay was breakfast. I Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. When I told them I was given the wrong room they stressed the fact that I rented through a third party as if that was a bad thing. Basically they used that reason to not even try to be accommodating. We will not stay there again and we will not book through hotels.com again.

I've stayed at this location previously and had only positive things to say. Perhaps it was due to spring break, but the pool area was packed and very dirty. Our room was nice, but smelled like cigarette smoke and made it hard to breathe.

This hotel blew my expectations out of the water. The staff was very friendly and so helpful! They answered any and all questions with smiles on their face and kindness in their hearts. We felt very safe here. The room was spotless, stocked with coffee, cups, and anything we may need. The restaurant/bar had delicious food and drinks! Parking was easy and safe. This is an excellent hotel. I give it 10/10 stars and recommend you stay here too!

Great staff and hotel. Efrain was kind, personable and helpful at check in and throughout the stay. Zahara and the entire breakfast staff was amazing! Food was stocked and clean and the order line moved quickly with quality food. Maria in housekeeping was so kind and talked to my kids every time she saw them. They loved joking with her. The room was clean and well kept.

They gave us a room where there was no ability to keep the weighted sliding bathroom door closed. The toilet was facing the bed and less than 6 feet away. We had maintenance man come night one and told us hardware was never installed and that our only option was to find some sort of wedge but that he couldn’t not fix it. We tried cardboard but it kept falling out. We ended up having to use the lobby bathroom.

We only stayed one night, but I honestly wish we had stayed longer. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff made us feel welcome excellent customer service all around. We booked a suite, and it was perfect. It had two separate rooms: • A living room with a large wall mounted TV, a sofa that could be turned into a bed, and a desk area. • A bedroom with two queen beds and another big wall mounted TV. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, and the lighted mirror was a highlight my husband was very impressed with it! Overall, it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in a long time. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town!

This hotel will give you a hard time andnpoor service if your booking is thru Expedia and they will tell you that. My rooms H&A is jot working and when I called the front desk to change to another room I was told that she cant do it because I booked the room thru Expedia. She will make me wait for hours unril maintenance can go and try to fix it. Only after I told her that it doesnt matter wher I did my booking since I paid for the room and aervice and ahoukd not make a difference. Hilton apparently is discouraging booking from other website Then when I checked out I rceived a bill from apparently buying something from the market which is their little store for srinka and anacks. Had to go thru a lotnof trouble to get it corrected.

I loved the room, but front desk staff wasn’t very friendly. I wasn’t offered water when I checked in (unlike the Medical Center property). The woman at the front desk looked at me like I was a real annoyance when I asked for a few bottles. I also called guest services to ask for additional creamer for my room. I was told someone would bring it up, but it never happened.

Excellent location and Excellent Staff. Plenty of things to do along NW Expressway. All other locations further away is just a short drive. The room is perfect (14th floor). Nice views.

This hotel had the best Included breakfast Ever from a hotel. With made to order omelet's, eggs, waffles and pancakes made to your requests, standard fare was also included as self-serve potato's, sausage, bacon, biscuits & gravy, oatmeal, fresh fruit, muffins, cold cereal's and more. Yogurt's, coffee with ALL the add-ins available including flavors... Juice machine and soda's too. The rooms were spacious and clean. Although we were NOT in suite, our room had a mini fridge, microwave, small safe and great climate control system. The only "Stain" on this particular hotel was the last day with the hot water ran low, probably due to the complete SOLD out occupancy but came back in a few minutes. That is the ONLY reason why I did NOT give this a Hotel a FANTASTIC Rating. Staff was great and the people in the breakfast area and bar were absolutely Fantastic!!!

Breakfast is a zoo...feel like flow could be addressed with everyone waiting on food in the middle and blocking walkway. Set waffles out for everyone. Food was good, just a lot in small space.

We have stayed at this hotel many times due to how excellent it is. My only complaint was the breakfast. Used to I boasted how wonderful the omelettes tasted and other food selections. I don’t know if they have changed their egg mixture or if the grill was having issues but my omelette was not fluffy and was slightly charred. Please go back to the other mixtures.

The hotel was amazing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had asked for a room on a higher floor and they upgraded me to a mini suite on the 15th floor overlooking the lake. It had a spacious living room with sweeping windows that really accentuated the view, and a comfortable king size bed in the adjoining room. I learned that the hotel had been renovated in recent years, and updated finishes were amazing - I would’ve thought it was a brand new. The amenities looked nice, though I was only able to enjoy the made to order omelettes for breakfast, and a steakhouse quality pork chop for a late dinner. I usually try to offer one recommendation for improvement, and I struggled to think of anything. Perhaps the one thing that would’ve been nice would have been a softer nighttime setting for the lights in the bathroom. If you turned the light in the middle of the night you were blinded for minutes afterwards.
