My phone charger was taken from my room. I confronted the front desk staff and I did get it back. They said they thought I checked out except for the fact they only took my charger not my suitcase or my bathroom items. Will never go back.

The rooms were clean and smelled fresh . The staff was friendly. Breakfast was adequate and fresh. This is a no frills hotel but meets the needs sufficiently.

This Hotel looks and feels brand new. Rooms are clean, area quiet, feels and appears safe. Check in was simple and quick. Visited Columbia Sc for a Funeral and stayed Thursday-Sunday and have zero complaints. Restaurants, gas stations, department stores within walking distance. Didn't try the breakfast but it was present and smelled good. Pool is clean. And cash is excepted you just have to book with a credit card or debit. Can book the room with Chime credit card but the hotel does not except Chime or Cash App as payment option at check in. Im picky when it comes to where I lay my head and searched through all the discounted "cheaper" 3-4 star hotels and Econo Lodge Inn and Suits was the best option. So, if you can afford the extra 8-12 per night (over the cheaper hotels) and just looking to be somewhere clean quiet and safe this is definitely a great choice
