Nice staff...Clean Room... Beautiful Pool...Good Continental Breakfast

Parking was easy and the room was clean

The fat lady that works in the office harassed my sister and me at the pool, assuming we did not have a room. Then the manager came outside and he started harassing us, explaining that because we had SC car tags then we must be using their pool with out a room. He threatened to call the police on us. He then started making up rules that there's no smoking or drinking. The only sign barring anything was a sign that said "No Glass". The rooms are disgusting and nasty. We only came for the only clean thing there; the swimming pool!! Don't bother wasting your time in this DUMP!

Should have been informed that the pool was still winterized.

Wouldnt allow visiter to get in the pool. Manager was rude and everytime my mother in law went to talk to front office the Manager was always peeking around the corner listening to conversation. Taking Deposit and not able to return it right away. Also mattresses had signs of bed bugs.

Bugs in the room the counter in the bathroom was falling off the wall and the person at the front desk was rude i rented the room so my kids could go swimming and i was told that if they were see in or around the pool i was going to be told to leave Immediately with no refund. Do not recommend

It will be better if they improve and upgrade their facilities, furniture, pictures on the website are different…

This hotel was completely Disgusting and has refused to issue me a refund, are first room was infested with Bed Bugs and Roaches then we were moved into another room that was not much better it was Disgusting and Filthy. So we left completely i suggest not to stop here you are better off sleeping in your car, than this nasty hotel

The toilet was broken. Body hair was everywhere and the room was roach infested.

I'm disabled so I requested a first floor non smoking room as stairs are very difficult for me and a king bed. I was given a room that was filthy and smelled horrible, there was a 2' roach in the shower, fridge was iced over with leg broken off. Sticky stuff on sheets and dirty stains on loveseat. I called front desk, the phone didn't work so I called on my cell. The desk clerk came and agreed this room should never have been booked. She gave me another room but it was a smoking room, she said that was all she had on the ground floor. She offered to spray the room. I accepted as I needed a room and had no vehicle at the time to leave. After a little bit the spray no longer helped and I spent the night irritated by the cigarette smell. The next morning I went to get the "breakfast" they were supposed to have which was only waffles, cereal and coffee but on the way noticed only about a dozen cars in the whole parking lot and curtains were open on non smoking rooms that would have been available. Their ad is totally misleading and this hotel , which used to be really nice is now absolutely awful.

I was appreciative to the staff for allowing me to check in a little bit earlier than my 3p arrival. I don't have too much to gripe. I liked the complimentary breakfast waffle and hot showers, and the bed, with multiple pillows, was firm. But the floors were dirty as my socks and feet were filthy, the bed had bloodstains on the edge, the face towel was ripped, and to find a roach in my bag that was NOT in it when the restaurant gave me was a put off. I only used this place because of closeness to business and the inexpensive cost so, I get what I paid for, I guess. I don't hate the spot but I won't ever recommend it.

The room we booked was given to someone else, they put us in a room with mold on the bed skirt, a pop bottle under the edge of the bed, the toilet was clogged, and there was a hairball in the tub. Would not recommend!

Nasty property. Rooms were dirty, moldy furniture looked like they got it out of a dump pile. Mold growing in all the crevices. Moved to a “upgraded room” and just as bad if not worse. Paid for 2 notes but checked out after first night and left. Slept in our clothes with shoes on. Don’t spend a dime here.

Our blankets had cigarette burns in them. There was a giant cockroach that ran across the floor of our room (I understand they are normal in the south, but still). I would not stay here again

I was in room 101. This room was outdated with old refrigerator, old microwave, TV had spots on the picture screen, furniture was pealing and had tape on some parts. Floors were dirty and there was hair left in bathroom from previous tenant. Also there was a stale smell to the room.

The check in staff was polite. No issues there. But man, this hotel is beyond terrible. So much was broken or falling apart in our room it’s not worth even listing it out. Pieces of the sink missing. Faucet in the shower falling out of the wall. Moldy caulking. Little roaches in the room crawling on the microwave. I have no idea what the governing body of hotel sanitation is but avoid this place. You get what you pay for. Again, pleasant staff, but the place is absolutely awful.

The owener and the ladies were amazing. Now the bad. My microwave didnt work, all the furniture was peeling. The tv was impossible. They have all the apps but unless you pay for the movies and sign in with your password theres only a handful of channels. This is funny but the curtain was floating cause of the ac unit and it would scare me once in a while lol. The bathroom cielings been fixed a few times, it happeneds, and the fixtures in the shower moved like really moved.

TV had something wrong with the display.

The room was dusty with a hole in the wall and bathroom was a little grungy looking and needed to be updated. There was no tub, just a tiny shower and water only worked on cold or super hot. There were burn holes in the comforter on the bed. I selected a pet friendly room but wasn’t told until I arrived that there is an additional $20 per day fee to have a small pet there and also a deposit I wasn’t made aware of when I made the reservation. I was arriving later in the day due to working late and had my adult son go ahead to the hotel. I had asked him to wait for me in the lobby because temps outside were close to 100 degrees. The check in attendant who had a personal friend visiting with her at work at the time made my guest leave even after he showed her the reservation I had made and they already had my credit card info on file. I found that rude and unprofessional since the room was already reserved and I was being charged for the room starting at check in time of 3pm even though I wouldn’t arrive until 5 to check in. He was just quietly sitting in the lobby not bothering anyone so I am not sure why she made him leave. He was not attempting to access the room before my arrival, just didn’t want to sit in the heat. She also told him he couldn’t wait outside and had to leave the property until I arrived. My reservation said my total charge for a 2 night stay would be around $150, but after the deposit and additional pet fee it was around $250. 2 out of 5 stars.

Worst place I ever stayed I do not recommend to anyone. The roof started leaking, sleeping on bed so uncomfortable, you could feel springs stabbing you in the back. The plaster on the ceiling fell all over our bathroom floor and in the toilet. There was rust everywhere. The lady that worked night was very rude. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had with renting a hotel room. Go anywhere but there.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I stay in hotels and motels around the world all year. This is one of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in. The room just stank. Like old cigarette smoke. We got the King Jacuzzi Suite and there was no way we were getting in that tub. The chair looked like it was from the 70's, was badly worn and had stains all over it. the comforter was equally old and disgusting and the sheets had holes in them. Every piece of furniture (desk, side tables etc) were literally delaminating with the particle board wood underneath coming apart.

The room was farely decent, but had a musty smell. Bedding was thin and the pillows were not comfortable. The area was a bit sketchy. The fridge was broke. Loved that they had a smart TV, but the wifi wouldn't connect. Housekeeping banged on the door, loudly, in the morning. Had to run to the door quickly to move them on. They should have known the room was occupied until checkout.

Room smelled like cigarettes but we cranked the AC and didn’t bother saying anything because we knew we wouldn’t be there much. Hot water barely there and then not there on Sunday morning.

The first room smelled like smoke and the door did not close properly. The second room had fruit flies and no hot water.

The room smelled like a nursing home. Fridge was totally unstable and I could hear everything coming from the room beside me. Overall it felt dirty and unsafe. I actually did not stay either night. I was only there for 1 hour and part of that time was driving to check my seminar location. I tried to find how to get refund for at least the second night unsuccessfully. Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe I spoke too soon, and I can’t undo my other review on this motel. The owner is very nice and made everything right. Other than the misstep I had with my booking and the hotel this place is fine. Not to expensive. Not cheap and there’s a lot of places around d to eat and of shopping if need be. Room is clean, and everything’s working properly. No issues with the room.

My stay was good but when I got there they had to have a 50 dollar deposit which I had not gotten back yet

The lady at the front desk in the mornings is horrible! Not only was she being rude and mean to me she was being rude to the Expedia people when they called her. I paid $66 for a king room Under Expedia and still she charged me $89 for the same room even though my reservation didn’t get canceled! Don’t use 3rd party reservations here because this hotel hates to have to actually do work and help Someone when the time comes. She wouldn’t even call hotel support, said it wasn’t her job but it is I can’t call cause she’s the one behind the computer. Terrible experience and this is my 3rd day here!

The most disgusting hotel! Smells awful! Holes in sheets and blankets! Dog hair from previous stay on blankets! Toilet didn’t work once! Checked out after one night and after paying for three nights. The front desk refused any refund and even refused to return the deposit! Most awful experience! Not sure how this place is open!

I needed a place near the airport the night before a very early flight. This place filled that requirement. The bed was ok. The room could have been cleaner and better taken care of.

Didn't real like the area

The place is nice and quiet

Loved the motel and location. Sheets were clean but had cigarette burns. Two vagrants outside by the back fence asking for money all night.

Old run down hotel in a sketchy part of town. Super nice staff though.

Felt safe when going in and out in the night . Room very clean and comfortable. Loved having a cpuch to sit on instead of the bed .

The front desk attendant was nice and the breakfast was good. The room was gross. I did request a refund for the remainder of the reservation, which I thought had been handled. I'm waiting for a call back to address why they've removed my credit and billed my card. Not ok.

I had my reservation and checked in. Stay was $142 with $50 deposit. My bank calls right away wanting to know if I want to approve charges from Days inn for $13,996.62 (NO) then bank wanted to put a block on the card. This was the manager trying to run this fraudulent charge. The rest of the staff was great. I chose a non-smoking room so I would not have to deal with smoking, but the person right beside me stands outside all day and night smoking, and all the smoke went right into my room through the air condition. I asked front desk to come down and he brought air freshener. The last thing you want to do is pick up and move to another room when you’re dead tired so I suffered through it now with a sinus infection today. First thing I rolled over to see this morning was grape jelly on the bed skirt with someone’s biscuit on the floor. I washed the bathtub and shower out to get rid of the hair and showered and got out of there. Continental breakfast is a waffle or some cereal with a gallon of milk sitting out on the counter, for Lord knows how long. No fruits, yogurt or muffin's. They have a machine with concentrated orange juice that has the door taped up to keep it shut and the push button to dispense the juice has got a short in it so you must punch it a 100 times to get a 1/2 cup of juice. The cups are as big as mouthwash cups from a bathroom. Note: Bring your own cup! The coffee cups were so tiny I just went across the street to the waffle House to get coffee.

It was a decent stay however they should have diabetic options for breakfast the staff was friendly and greeted us upon arrival and every morning
