This was a great location to visit Old Town Heraklion. Near the Venetian Fortress and the pedestrian avenues. Provides bottled and filtered water, endless. Provides free parking. Very clean. Elevator. Great deal.

Staff was very helpful. Good facility right by the ocean. Clean and quiet. Good location to local food and shopping. Call before arrival to coordinate parking if renting a car. Drop off bags at entry on side street then park at port 1 area and 7 minute walk to hotel.

The website says they have parking. BUT this is limited and we were told we’d have to drive to this offsite parking lot and walk back (about 10 minutes). Not a good option for walking to get your car in the dark at 6 am in unknown area, driving back to the hotel to then load up your luggage.

The staff were wonderful, and helped us make a tee time when we couldn’t figure out the phone. Breakfast was plentiful with something for every taste. The free parking consists of three spaces but we were always able to squeeze in. I felt very safe staying there. We bought hop on - off bus tickets rather than drive to Knossos and are glad we did. We stayed 4 nights, but 3 would have been enough for us.

Nice breakfast, A lift. Very clean rooms. Mr Kostas was very nice and helpful,also arranged transport for us as we were 3 and had alot of luggage and needed to be at the ferry port early in the morning.too far to walk with alot of luggage .The hotel is in a great location, short walk to restaurants,main mall, bars,tourist attractions,hop on hop off a couple of hundred meters away.All in all ,we enjoyed our stay in the KRONOS hotel.

The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and nicely furnished! Parking is available at the hotel, but it is street parking and renting a smaller car is advised!

Very welcoming, friendly and informative staff who were always willing to help. Even helped us to bring our luggage out of your car and bring it up the elevator to our room as we had several. Offered complimentary coffee and a water refill station. Room was a good size for 3 people. Central location to the port, shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Leider hat es in diesem Zimmer sehr gestunken. Ich denke es waren Gerüche vom Kanal, trotzdem widerlich. Für eine Nacht muss man aber durch. Es war auch im Hotel nachts ziemlich laut, wobei das natürlich meist eher an anderen Gästen liegt. Das Frühstück war nichts besonderes aber ok.

Kronos is an excellent location for connecting to a ferry or walking into the old town center. Our room had a balcony with a very nice sea view. Unfortunately the road below is pretty noisy. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good. Basic amenities and the bedspread was a little old/stained but all seemed clean. We would recommend it for a short stopover.

The people working there were very friendly and explained everything I wanted to know. The location was perfect, right on the coastline and near the city center, airport and Knossos bus stops, and major museums -- particularly the archeological, a MUST. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Plenty of hot water whenever needed, excellent wifi, abundant breakfast buffet including fresh fruit.

The room was plain but had excellent facilities. Air conditioning and a fridge. A balcony with a sea view. The breakfast was perfectly adequate and it was only a very short walk to the harbour and shops. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Great position in Heraklion as it is very close to the port. Our room was on the first floor right on the corner at the front of the hotel so had a nice view of the fort and sunrise. We only stayed the one night as we had an early ferry to Santotini and it is a convenient 10-15 minute walk to Seajets. The hotel offers a breakfast from 6.30am served by the staff or you can take breakfast to your room. There is a road between the hotel and sea but it didnt affect our sleep as it gets quiet later at night. Conveniently situated for all the sights of Heraklion - fort, old town, restaurant and the sea.

Staff were delightful and helpful. They arranged a car rental for us, held our luggage and made us comfortable after checkout, and offered friendly advice. Property is a little dated but was walkable from the pier and the view from our balcony was unbeatable.

The shower was almost cold. The breakfast was great, the staff, particularly sylvia were friendly and helpful. Sylvia gave us excellent advice as to what was possible to do and the actual driving time it would take to get places. She was also very kind in helping us learn Greek, she's an excellent teacher. We had a wonderful time and want to come back

The superb staff were incredibly friendly and super helpful, provided great recommendations for restaurants and excellent insights about archaeological and museum visits, and what to do around town. Had a fantastic view of sea and Koule Fortress from our balcony, and the room was clean and exactly what we needed for our stay. Easy location for taxi to drop us off and pick us up, and close walking distance to museums and city attractions. Would absolutely stay there again whenever visiting Heraklion.
