Hot tub was down and that was a bummer. Went to swim in the pool with my son and shortly thereafter received text saying it would be closing for maintenance too. Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable... Need to install signal boosters in hallways. And then guests above me were a bit rambunctious the first night. Otherwise, everything was great. Breakfast was a highlight and room cleaners did well to slide in while we were gone briefly. Both great surprises.

Our stay was fine. The hotel is in a great location with dining options & convenience stores close. The ceilings, floors & walls are extremely thin so you will hear everything from people taking, to their televisions to them dealing back & forth. Our poll & hpt tub had to be closed for one day during the stay & they did find us an alternative of we wanted to use it which was nice. Great breakfast & really wonderful staff.

I would stay here again. Hotel and its ammenuties were very clean. Hot tub was perfect! The only negative I could speak of would be some of the bread items at breakfast were stale and the breakfast attendents were not friendly.

One of the best stays we've had. It was super clean. The beds were very comfortable, HVAC worked accurately(!), bath & showwr were excellent & the food was fresh. The only drawback is getting to the property. It is very convenient geographically but getting to it is not terribly easy. That is minor in light of All the good features and staff at this property.

Hotel was mediocre in amenities. Room was not vacuumed before our check-in. Someone clipped their toe nails and they were still laying all over the carpet in a corner. Pool was very small with rowdy, unruly group of boys rough playing. Parents completely ignored the bad behavior. Breakfast was fair. No variety in selection. I will never stay there again.

We chose this hotel because of the positive reviews for cleanliness. And it was very clean- I would stay here again. I was a little disappointed in the breakfast only having bananas and apples for fruit, but the staff was very friendly, tables were cleaned as soon as people finished, and the shower had great water pressure! The bed was a little uncomfortable as it was too soft. We also used the pool which was kept at a good temperature and very clean.

Comfortable beds, quiet and fantastic breakfast each morning. However, the room was not clean. Staff clearly did not vacuum or pick up - there were large crumbs on the floor, pieces of food wrappers, dental floss pick, plastic bowl from previous guests. All that said, it's location is convenient so we will try again with hopes of a clean room.

I slept in another room one night bc the air conditioning kept clicking. My other family members slept through it but service was super nice and let me sleep in a room next door. Super clean hotel, awesome breakfast, close to FD grill house which is super good and reasonable. Very nice service. I would go back.

The room had a distinct odor of dog. The temperature control on the HVAC system was not able to be adjusted other than the fan. When we turned the heat on, it literally smelled like something inside there it was burning.

So my stay was business related. I called and talked to someone and they said the hotel gave shuttle rides. After I booked an arrived, I was informed by Jordan that we did not do that. Jordan was awesome. If the shuttle ride would’ve been there I gave it five stars. With Jordan‘s hospitality he is too good for that hotel.

Friendly check in. The room was clean and up to date. The other staff that we encountered were courteous. We enjoyed the breakfast. Every person that we talked to at the front desk was incredibly helpful with recommendations where to eat and to have some drinks.

Very clean, modern, quiet, and in a nice safe looking area with 2 nice restaurants within walking distance. Lots of other dining/shopping options within 2-3 minutes of hotel. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.
