Definitely a second-rate hotel. Room I requested not available, no elevator to the second floor, panel covering the access area to the plumbing had fallen off the wall and wall laying on the bathroom floor, no soap in the room, desk clerk had to come up and turn on the refrigerator. Don't recommend.

Pool not open. Parking lot was not good: not smooth, but bumpy. One patron had a very large dog (over 100 pounds) with her, and a smaller dog was barking in one of the rooms. There was no elevator and I was on the second floor, carrying all or my luggage. Furnishings were very outdated, but everything worked. Overall, it was worth $78 / night. If I had to pay more, this review would be worse.

We had black mold on bathroom ceiling. When i told them about it, they guessed it was in the bathroom, they cleaned it but didn't give us a different room. Pool was very dirty.

Unfortunately, It just was not a great stay. dirty room with a smell of urine in bathroom, pool was not clean to use and breakfast served cold. We had to heat in microwave. Just disappointed, normally we are pretty happy with days inn. Just not this time.

Good facilities. Faucets didn't drip, fans didn't squeak, no odd smells, mattress was good. Quiet area. Cleaning, however, is not their strong suit. Hair on the bathroom floor, cobwebs in the corners, the carpet between the beds and the nightstand hadn't been vacuumed in quite a while, so there was a collection of hair, toenail clippings and other detritis. A small additional effort in cleaning would go a long way toward making this a top-notch facility. I would suggest skipping the breakfast.

The front desk clerk tried and was extremely courteous. But, the rooms floors were filthy, the mattress cover was stained, the air conditioner/heater grid was missing and dirt where the vent was supposed to be. Thankfully my daughter lived close and I left and stayed at her house. Didn't get a refund.

Hotel is not clean overall and you can tell they do not do a good job cleaning the rooms. When looking for the tv remote I found what seemed to be hospital supplies in one of the drawers. Room was very dusty and when I looked behind a nightstand to plug in a charger it look like it had not been cleaned in ages. Shower didn’t work properly, bathroom door did not close all the way, and carpets had stains you would rather not think about too much. Staff was nice.

Rooms do not look like the photos. It was quaint, was much older than I expected. The beds were clean but instantly it smelled like cigarette smoke. I asked the front desk about it and they insisted jt was smoke free. It does not feel smoke free.

Wasn’t what we expecting.The room had a musty smell to it. Very basic room, only. Two towels for 3 travelers. Only one of the three key cards worked and it was very fickle. The breakfast was cold.! The check-in was as expected, late but not too late, greeted by the property manager. The poor experience started when arriving at the room. We were greeted by only one key card that actually worked! I, of course, grabbed the one that didn’t work; it may be rated a non-important experience but was annoying! The room itself was decent, but you could tell it may not have been checked in some days as it appeared to be clean. The wall a/c unit was left in the cool position set on low! It was warmer where we were earlier in the week, so that told me quite a bit since it’s now 18 outside and was a high of 23 for the day. The room was cold but not like super freezing, just annoying. The bathroom contained one bath towel and one washcloth, four hand towels at the sink area, and two Kleenex in the sink area. Both my gf and I were getting over a cold, so that was definitely annoying. The toilet and tub area appeared clean and sanitary. The bed appeared decent, but laying in it was not comfortable at all, mind you, sleeping in it. My gf smokes and went out to smoke, no issue at night, but in the morning, she was being harassed by who appeared to be someone who worked there. She had to keep telling the guy what room she was in, etc. She followed all signs about smoking around or by the building, so that behavior sealed the deal: we will not be back!

Our room was on the second floor. Once you enter the hallway it smelled like “skunk”. Fortunately our room didn’t smell. Several of our lamps didn’t work. Everything looked like it needed a desperate facelift.

Very comfortable bed was perfect after a long day of driving. Lots of room in this floor plan. A short walk away are a few restaurants and a grocery store. There is also a movie theater and IMAX if you’d rather not watch TV. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Wish I had picked this place last year on my cross country drive.

While this property is a price leader it is below standard even for that. I can’t even imagine when it was last refreshed. The carpet in the room had many stains. Trim was falling off of some of the furniture. The air conditioner is so old the controls are not digital. The toilet doesn’t flush right. I don’t expect much from Days inns but this one is extra bad.

At check in they said breakfast was till 10:00. They said that to several people. 3 people including myself arrived at 9:05 and the lady said they closed at 9:00. She did not reopen after we all said we were told 10;00 and was vey rude about it. Never stay at this hotel.

Easily the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I've never experienced worse customer service, it was truly appalling. I urge you, choose somewhere else - the tiny discount you get staying here is absolutely not worth it.

Our only rant was lack of breakfast. When a place advertises breakfast from 6-9am (or whatever the hours are) and they run out of food at 8am, if you call it a breakfast buffet, shouldn’t you refill the food up until 9am? I’m on vacation and not getting up at 6am just to make sure I’m first in line to get food.
