There was plenty of room for parking. I used the self check in service that was really easy to use. The room was clean and the water was hot. I would consider using this location again. I got a good price and I was satisfied with my purchase. This is a simple room but it had an entire refrigerator, a microwave, good size TV and a comfortable bed. It had everything I needed.

After bouncing around Seattle looking for an affordable and descent place finally found this hotel. Extremely clean as it just opened. Convenient location, walking distance to restaurants, groceries and shopping center. Plenty of parking space. Excellent customer service and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. It is new and there are little things that were immediately taken care of by maintenance. Would recommend 100%

The property location is good with easy access to the freeway, shops and restaurants. The hotel has been operating for two weeks, so there will be some growing pains. Upon arrival there were two police vehicles speaking with a female in the parking lot. I don’t know what that was about. The doors to the property is not automatic so you have to open it yourself. There’s no handicap button to activate the doors, so getting into the property with your luggage may be cumbersome. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable. Overall a nice overnight stay.

This facility is not set up to support handicapped guests. There are no push button door openers on any entrance or exit. There are no support rails to get into or out of a relatively high sided bath tub. The towel rack is flimsy and doesn't feel well attached to the wall. Corners on cupboards are sharp pointed not rounded. To secure the door at night there is a flip latch that is up high and there is no deadbolt mechanism.

I recently stayed at this brand new hotel (open for only about three weeks when I visited) and found it by chance — what a great find! The location is perfect, within walking distance to The Landing shopping area, Topgolf, Target, and several restaurants. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The gym is small but convenient and well-kept. Housekeeping is bi-weekly, which didn’t bother me, but good to know in advance. Overall, a great stay and excellent value for the area. Highly recommend!

Very simple check-in/check-out process that did not require any human interaction. Vending machines are located on-site, the 1st floor, a snack, a drink (out of service during my stay), and an ice machine. The room was quiet, very clean, and efficient for my needs. This was a no frills stay. Great for minimalist and introverts. I’ll return for all of my solo stays in Seattle. Thumbs up!

When we went to go to bed for the night, we noticed the sheets had a really bad body odor smell. Not sure if they weren't washed or had lots of sweat that didn't come out in the wash. Tried to find someone and even call the hotel itself but couldn't find anyone, just had a sign up that basically said they will be back and no one answered the phone. Tried going down to the front desk multiple times through out the night but no luck. Ended up sleeping on top of the blanket and comforter because even with the sheets removed the mattress also smelled. Also the water in the shower was really unstable and weak, it took a long time to get soap out of our hair and it would get cold because there wasn't enough water coming out to keep you warm while showering. As for any of the positives, I would say the room size being large and a kitchen area which would be nice for longer stays.

Everything was new which was nice! Although the first room we got didn’t get hot water and I had to be up early and just wanted to shower and go to bed. The person on staff was nice but seemed overwhelmed and I think he forgot about the issue so when we went back to ask about it again he had closed the front desk but thankfully he was still there and answered when we rang the bell and he got us into a new room which had hot water. The dishes in the new room were dirty so we had to wait to run the dishwasher until we could eat our leftovers, I just suggest that the staff run the dishwasher before new arrivals. It was a good stay over all though!

The room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. It was also very quiet and the heating and air conditioning system was excellent and quiet. I love that it had a kitchen with a full-size (and quiet) refrigerator, But the kitchen didn’t have a single pot or pan in it, so there was no way to take advantage of the stove or heat water to make your own tea or coffee. Is there awkward items to travel with, even if you’re going to stay for a few weeks. Paper towels would also have been handy to clean up spills in the kitchen. A box of facial tissues would’ve been nice as well. This items are common things to find in hotel rooms with kitchens and it was odd that they weren’t there. Still, I love that the place is dog friendly and there’s a nice area all around the building to walk your dog. They’re also restaurants for lunch and dinner nearby. There are no breakfast establishments nearby though, so be prepared to make your own breakfast without a pot or pan unless you bring it.

Courteous, however bathroom maintenance that was requested was neglected and not fixed during entire stay. Also only 1 roll of bathroom tissue paper was given for 3 night stay. We suspect staff is extorting tissue paper on 2nd floor only.

Great ! Staff was great and the young lady Jazmine was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. She was friendly and approachable. My experience visiting LivAway was excellent I will be returning.

Expedia stated check in was at 11am. We tried to check in but couldn’t, they informed us that check in wasn’t until 3. Staff was awesome though and made it happen. Had a room cleaned early so it didn’t throw off our schedule for the day in Seattle! Place is brand new so not all the amenities were totally finished but that was fine by us, just needed a clean room for a night. Only complaint - the Top Golf facility next door blasts blinding light late into the night right onto the side of the hotel. Even with blinds drawn we couldn’t get the room totally dark. It was like the sun never set.

After bouncing around Seattle looking for an affordable and descent place finally found this hotel. Extremely clean as it just opened. Convenient location, walking distance to restaurants, groceries and shopping center. Plenty of parking space. Excellent customer service and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. It is new and there are little things that were immediately taken care of by maintenance. Would recommend 100%

The property location is good with easy access to the freeway, shops and restaurants. The hotel has been operating for two weeks, so there will be some growing pains. Upon arrival there were two police vehicles speaking with a female in the parking lot. I don’t know what that was about. The doors to the property is not automatic so you have to open it yourself. There’s no handicap button to activate the doors, so getting into the property with your luggage may be cumbersome. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable. Overall a nice overnight stay.

I recently stayed at this brand new hotel (open for only about three weeks when I visited) and found it by chance — what a great find! The location is perfect, within walking distance to The Landing shopping area, Topgolf, Target, and several restaurants. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The gym is small but convenient and well-kept. Housekeeping is bi-weekly, which didn’t bother me, but good to know in advance. Overall, a great stay and excellent value for the area. Highly recommend!

This is a very nice new property and also affordable. This is an extended stay property with kitchenette, but no dishes or even a coffee maker! Nothing in the cupboards. The lobby coffee maker had no cups, so by 9:00 a.m. no one could get coffee in the lobby either.

The room was clean but doesn't have enough to "live away". Full fridge, microwave, and dishwasher but only 2 plates, 2 glasses, a fork, spoon and knife. There's a 2 top burner, but no pots, pans, utensils, or any way to use it. No coffee maker.

I think they should sell prepackaged food. They have a vending machine, but the desk is staffed, so they should add some food for purchase. I think this would make them a good profit and it would be a huge convenience for the guests.

I think this place is pretty new so everything is in great condition. It's very basic, which is reflected in the low price. Units have microwaves, refrigerators and dishwashers but no coffee pot. There is a coffee/latte maker in the small lobby that is open early so that's helpful unless you have a number of people waiting to use it. No breakfast provided, and I'm not sure if there are restaurants in the area that are open then. Bathroom contained a shampoo and bar of soap, but no conditioner or lotion. But the price was great and I had no problems figuring out the self check-in. Wasn't sure how to check out, however. No key drop that I could find and no one covering the front desk.

The room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. It was also very quiet and the heating and air conditioning system was excellent and quiet. I love that it had a kitchen with a full-size (and quiet) refrigerator, But the kitchen didn’t have a single pot or pan in it, so there was no way to take advantage of the stove or heat water to make your own tea or coffee. Is there awkward items to travel with, even if you’re going to stay for a few weeks. Paper towels would also have been handy to clean up spills in the kitchen. A box of facial tissues would’ve been nice as well. This items are common things to find in hotel rooms with kitchens and it was odd that they weren’t there. Still, I love that the place is dog friendly and there’s a nice area all around the building to walk your dog. They’re also restaurants for lunch and dinner nearby. There are no breakfast establishments nearby though, so be prepared to make your own breakfast without a pot or pan unless you bring it.

Vending machines are located on-site, the 1st floor, a snack, a drink (out of service during my stay), and an ice machine. The room was quiet, very clean, and efficient for my needs. Hotel was very basic. No front desk staff unless you ring for them. Checkin and Checkout are handled by an iPad kiosk or online. On Checkin I didn't find out my room number so had to ask at the desk. On checkout the Kiosk wasn't working. I prefer to have a human interface. The price is great for those who are staying longer and prefer the autonomy.
