We had a great stay! The room was super modern and very clean! The hot tub on the porch was a wonderful addition. Customer service was outstanding. Anytime we had a question or issue it was taken care of immediately. Madi so sweet and helpful. She needs a raise! ;) The only thing I would say is that parking in Greece is very complicated. Pay for the extra price for the parking on premises. It’s worth it!

Lovely presented, well equipped, clean property. Beds very comfortable. Hot tub and downstairs gym area was a lovely bonus! Local area great location for tourists, supermarkets and eating spots nearby. 2 stops to central Athens. Tram and underground train 5 mins walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed in the one-bedroom maisonette with jacuzzi and there is only two issues that keep me from giving this hotel a 10 out of 10. Instead of using one mattress there were two mattresses joined together which made sleeping in the middle weird. Also, the couch on the first floor was dirty. Other than that, everything else I loved about my stay.

Apartamento moderno con muchas comodidades. El lugar es tranquilo, no muy bonito en las afueras pero si seguro. Otra gran ventaja es que tiene buenos casilleros para guardar las maletas y así pudimos aprovechar todo el día sin preocuparnos de hacer el checkout. Lo volvería a alquilar

Lovely near new apartment with good support and housekeeping. Carparking was available at a cost, should be free with an apartment of this price. Car park access was tricky with a narrow street and a tight turn in, made extra difficult if cars/motorbikes are parked on the street.

Very nice place. AC was fantastic. Modern and clean. Parking entrance and exit is an issue and if there’s a car parked opposite of entrance then it’s almost impossible.

Modern luxury in suburban Athens. Great bedroom and bathroom facilities. Parking available for a small fee, easy to use once you work out the angles (tight streets). No laundry facility which would make it perfect. Still highly recommend, cabs are cheap and local dining was excellent.

Hotel was clean,We had the room with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The beds were very comfortable, the mini blinds were a huge plus once closed no brightness at all. The air conditioner could have been a bit colder. Hallways and elevator were very clean. Would be nice if they had washer and dryer. It felt home away from home. The bathrooms were clean and had towel warmers.

Die Unterkunft ist mit der Metro sehr gut zu erreichen. In der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Supermärkte und Restaurants/Imbisse. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind sehr sauber und bei Bedarf gibt es täglich die Möglichkeit, Handtücher zu tauschen oder die Unterkunft reinigen zu lassen. Dank der Klimaanlage immer angenehm kühl. Wenn man die Schlafcouch nutzt, ist es es Abends sehr hellhörig aufgrund des Hausflurs. Bei Selbstverpflegung ist zu beachten, dass es nicht sher viel Besteck/Geschirr gibt. Aufgrund der zahlreichen Imbisse in unmittelbarer Nähe ist das jedoch zu vernachlässigen.

New unit, very clean and comfortable, also very secure. Only thing I didn’t like was that we had to use a code to access the unit and entrance, not very convenient when you are traveling from a foreign country and your internet is not working! There is nobody to talk to. We were so lucky that the cleaning lady was there and she helped us talk to the owner to get the code to come in.

Would’ve given 5 stars if a cleaner didn’t steal food from our fridge. Other than that the apartment is a 5 mins walk to a metro. A few coffee, grocery and bakery shops around which was great. Apartment itself was nice and cosy. Exactly how it was pictured. Coffee machine was good. Bed was comfortable. Shower and toilet were separate which was great. You also had an option to draw blackout shutters for privacy. We had a balcony in the front (kitchen) and at the back (bedroom). Sound from the hall does travel but it was peaceful at night. Apartment was cleaned every few days with fresh towels and I think bed linen. Really nice stay defo worth it

Lovely stay! New building made it even nicer. Considering it was an apartment in Athens it was still very spacious. The 3 balconies were nice. The stays were a little challenging but manageable. The security blinds were made it feel safe and dark. Bed was comfortable enough. House keeping services were appreciated. Quality of the building material may not be the same in 5 years as it was already showing that it’s falling apart. And if motorcycle park across the street from the tiny parking garage doors than getting the car into the parking lot is a nightmare, especially with the unnecessary garden walls/curb getting in the way. Would definitely recommend they change that. Overall an enjoyable stay though and would go back. It’s close to a subway station and very fairly priced for March/April.

Happy with our stay. Rooms were very nice. Beds and pillows comfortable but teenagers complained fold out couch a bit hard. Kitchen had everything we needed had full size fridge and freezer. If walking from metro when reach street look for sign that says DS automobile as Lux&easy entrance just before it. Things that took us a bit to figure out. Wifi is QR code near front door. Each window has electronic rolling blackout shutters. Controls at side of window. Each bedroom has 1 usb and 2 usc outlets along with type c plugs for adapters if needed. Housekeeping comes every other day. Only suggestion to make stay better. Ice cube tray in freezer and exercise mats in gym.

At first glance, the accommodation was okay. Over time we found more and more weak points. The sink cabinet was very broken, on the balcony was only a “sun chair”, although the accommodation was up to 4 people. The whirlpool did not work on one side. The worst thing about the whole accommodation is the noise. You could hear every word of the neighbors (even the night activities). On the positive side, all the staff were very friendly and the bell system with the camera was really great. Otherwise it looks like the pictures.

Très bon hébergement pour 4 avec tout ce qu il faut dans un quartier typique d athenes. Grande qualité des équipements. Mais pour 6, le canapé lit qui fait couchage pour les 2 personnes en plus ne convient pas du tout. Literie de petite qualité et drap trop petit. Nous étions 6 donc 2 ont mal dormis.
Très bon hébergement pour 4 avec tout ce qu il faut dans un quartier typique d athenes. Grande qualité des équipements. Nice property, however there was no communication between the reservations team and the housekeeping team. I specified on two occasions of the bedding required for each room and only one out of three rooms was correct.

The property is modern and beautiful. Very clean! Only down was struggled to get a response from the property for over 2 hours regarding parking but overall was a great stay.

New unit, very clean and comfortable, also very secure. Only thing I didn’t like was that we had to use a code to access the unit and entrance, not very convenient when you are traveling from a foreign country and your internet is not working! There is nobody to talk to. We were so lucky that the cleaning lady was there and she helped us talk to the owner to get the code to come in.

We recently (July 25) visited as a family of 4 for 2 weeks and would 100% stay here again. The area is perfect travelling distance using the metro and tram and you can be at the Acropolis etc within 10/15 minuted journey. The area of Neos Kosmos is a busy area that isn’t over run with tourists, but mostly locals going about their daily life, it’s a perfect escape from the heavily populated tourist areas. The apartment we stayed in isn’t perfect, it’s not a show home and has very minor repairs and touch ups needing done but it was perfect for us with 2 children under 8 years old. The staff are absolutely lovely and treated my children so well, standing having conversations with them, remembering their names and generally being very welcoming as were all of the locals we met and chatted to in the area. I would 100% recommend if you want somewhere to relax after exploring Athens

Excelente opción para hospedarse en Atenas si vas a conocer. Cerca hay supermercado, café, repostería, farmacia, etc a 1 minuto caminando. La estación de metro está a 4 minutos caminando y solo son 2 paradas para llegar a la estación principal ubicada en el centro de Atenas, un recorrido en metro de unos 10 minutos. Las condiciones de la propiedad son EXCELENTES. Limpio, moderno, todo nuevo, aire acondicionado súper bien, las camas cómodas, las ventanas tienen shutters y los puedes cerrar durante el día y descansar como si fuera de madrugada. No se si será posible encontrar un hospedaje mejor que este en Atenas. Gracias por todo.

We were in a very nice two bedroom apartment in a cute little neighborhood. We had everything we needed in the unit, and they even had a room service food delivery company that we used quite often. It was a quick walk to the metro so that we could get to all of the attractions nearby. The people who worked there were a very good to us and everything was exceptionally clean. You will definitely need to travel a bit to get to restaurants. However, there are many coffee shops and some cute little markets near the suites.

Die Unterkunft wurde auch während dem Aufenthalt geputzt, frische Handtücher wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Küche hat alles was man für einen Auftenthalt braucht. Der Jacuzzi war auch Spitze. Das Fitnessstudio hat 2 Laufbänder, Fahrrad und ein Multigerät mit Gewichten. Die Metrostation ist 2 Minuten Gehweg von der Unterkunft entfernt, 2 Stationen bis zum Zentrum (Syntagma). Danke an die Unterkunft. Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderschönen, erholsamen Urlaub :)

Modern luxury in suburban Athens. Great bedroom and bathroom facilities. Parking available for a small fee, easy to use once you work out the angles (tight streets). No laundry facility which would make it perfect. Still highly recommend, cabs are cheap and local dining was excellent.

We had a lovely stay - Lux & Easy Athens Metro Suites was comfortable and clean, and spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 teens. It is a bit out of the way - not near the touristy areas, although you can walk to the Acropolis Museum in about 35 minutes or take a taxi, which ranged in price between about €8-€12 each time. It was nice to be out of the extremely busy, touristy areas at night and as a result, it was very quiet and pleasant. There are a few, small, local restaurants nearby that were very good value for money. Overall a great stay!

Taxi is easy to get. 10 minutes from the Plaka and 15 from Acropolis. We had a great time there. Very quiet room. Definitely recommend!
