Staff were very helpful and friendly. Property appears newly remodeled -- very clean, modern and appealing. Parking is plentiful, safe and NO EXTRA CHARGE. Hotel is fairly quiet considering on a busy street. Breakfast is better than usual included-breakfast fare. Will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel about 15 minutes from Universal Studios Hollywood. Modern, clean, and comfortable. Free breakfast was good. Free parking onsite, although too many spots for "compact cars." A little too tight for most vehicles. Overall, would definitely stay there again.

The property is relatively new, but the condition is disappointing. When I opened a cabinet door, it immediately fell apart and nearly landed on my foot. I reported it to the front desk, and someone came to remove it. The issues didn’t end there. The coffee machine was unusable—it couldn’t be plugged in anywhere, and the tray didn’t fit the machine properly, making it impossible to close or operate. The gym was also in poor shape, with a couple of machines out of order. Even the drinking water at the front desk was questionable. The container hadn't been refilled since the previous day, leaving the same water sitting out overnight. It felt gross and unsanitary. Overall, I’m extremely unimpressed with the facility. I can’t believe this property is owned and operated by the Hilton Group. Although the front desk assured me they’d credit Hilton points to my account as compensation, nothing has shown up. This experience was far below expectations, and I would not recommend this location.

Clean and quiet location with updated rooms and a good lobby. Small workout room typical of this type of hotel. I found this to be more updated and cleaner than some of my other experiences when this level of hotel. Will be part of my regular rotation in this area.

Plenty of free parking, clean hotel, nice staff and a good breakfast. The only lowlight of my stay was that the room was very loud from road noise, it was as if the window was open - I often sleep with ear plugs anyway so it didn't actually bother my sleep but it'd have been nicer if it were quieter.

Everything is good. The buffet selection is great. Just one little downfall was that the room had a little bit of moldy smell when we entered the room. Had to open all the windows. The smell was still lingering but we didn’t stayed in the room much. We just used for few hours of sleep and showering. This trip was very busy so we were bearly there!

The room was clean but the hotel might have a roach problem. We checked in at 3pm. We all got ready for the evening and returned back to the room before midnight. As I opened the door we found a really huge roach about (4-5 inches) crawling on the floor. I immediately stepped on it but it didn’t die. I was able to pin it between the floor and my shoe. I could see its large antennas poking out from my shoe. We called the front desk and asked to come up and removed the huge roach from the room. A man came up from the front desk with gloves on and finished the job. He said it’s the biggest roach he’s ever seen and apologized for it.

Our room hasn’t been clean for 3 days while we were there. They never change towels, beds sheets or empty the trash cans. We were out of the room during the day and the staff had plenty of time to clean the room. I called the front desk at 7pm to complain and the answer was that no-one is available from the house keeping. I requested at least to provide us with new towels. The front desk guy was surprised that our room hasn’t been clean from a housekeeper. He told me to complain at the front desk in the morning. The trash can was full with ants. Another issue was internet access. Appeals you have to sign up with internet by putting your last name and room number. Didn’t work! The front desk had issues setting up our room keys cards…Definitely this is not Hilton’s quality. I am requesting my money back! Very disappointed.

I stayed with family and had a pleasant one. Only con is the noise of traffic because our room was facing the road. Pros The property is close to Universal Studios 15min drive without traffic. There is Costco and target nearby. Breakfast is free and had decent options not plenty.

The property overall, the condition of the room, etc were excellent, but you know what made this location special? The staff, when we arrived, WOW, they were so kind, accommodating, extremely helpful and above all Jesus at the front desk gave us a recommendation of a place to visit based on the conversation we were having, it took us away from our goal to leave early back home by like 3 hours but the experience was so wonderful and life changing, totally worth it, in case you want to know it was the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale, if you love art and peaceful surroundings is a must see. Thank you Jesus for your kindness during check in and to Maria who went out of her way to help us when the keys where not working correctly, not only did she stopped what she was doing, helped us up to the room, took the keys down, fixed them, brought them back and all with a big smile on her face. All of this while I was wearing a SF Giants hat in L.A., imagine if I was not wearing it, haha. People like them set companies apart, they are their backbone, they help them succeed and are assets that standout from the rest, thank you Jesus and Maria both of you guys are fantastic!!

The front desk guy was surprised that our room hasn’t been clean from a housekeeper. He told me to complain at the front desk in the morning. The trash can was full with ants. Another issue was internet access. Appeals you have to sign up with internet by putting your last name and room number. Didn’t work! The front desk had issues setting up our room keys cards…Definitely this is not Hilton’s quality. I am requesting my money back! Very disappointed.

We have stayed at this location a number of times , never had serious issues or problems , but there was a FIRE at the location Thursday Morning 9/7/25. We were having Breakfast when the Fire Alarm went off . The staff in the dining area said not to worry false Alarm , we continued to eat. After 15-20 minutes the dining area staff said we should go outside , as we were exiting past the reception desk , water was flowing down from the ceiling, like Niagara Falls . There was no management at the hotel other than the reception clerk! No one directed us or informed us that there was a fire . People an hour later exiting the hotel said other than the alarm no one went door to door alerting guests . The hotel over next few days had exhaust fans all over the main floor lobby , wires Blue Xs on the floor walls and ceiling. When asked about receiving a discount for our inconvenience, they said , Contact Hotel.com

Too expensive, they didnt disclose the pet fee upfront & when I asked about it at check in, the clerk said, "it depends on the day" which made no sense. She also didnt even know they had a pet relief section on the premise when I asked. She said, "most people take their dogs for a walk around the block" My TV didnt work (& was offered no discount) & she didnt let me use my AAA discount because the front desk woman said, "you have to give that before you book" which again, made no sense because I hadn't even paid yet.

Great customer service, as always! Sam at the front desk is so nice and helpful. After a long, hot drive, we really appreciate his kindness. The hot breakfast buffet is really good. We love the options! So happy we always stay here when we're in town!

The area wasn't so good but the hotel was safe and the staff were great. The staff were very accommodating because we had 2 dogs and made us feel very welcome. The security was great when we walked out dog at 2:30 am in the morning.

This inn is at the perfect location to go to different areas of LA by taking the freeways nearby or the connect streets to other areas of LA. Though most shopping and meals are a close driving distance away, they are far for walkers. One thing that could be a bit better is some of the items in the room need to be upgraded by the end of the year.

The property is close to the freeway (I-405). It is convenient to get off from freeway and to get on to the freeway. Because I arrived late on Sunday night, I did not have an opportunity to visit the area for the dining options. However, it is not critical when selecting this hotel. One of the key criteria is breakfast. So, I would have it in the relaxed atmosphere in the hotel before taking off for golf outing in Tarzana (five miles away from the hotel). In essence, I was here for one night to avoid heavy morning traffic from Orange County for one day golf outing at Tarzana. In other words, I did not want to drive from Orange County to Tarzana on Monday morning due to heavy rushhour traffic (especially from LAX to Sherman Oaks via I-405).

We stayed for one night and it was great! The check in/out was a very easy process and the staff was great. The room and other areas were nice, clean and comfortable. Best part was the delicious breakfast. The waffles were nice and crispy with various toppings, the fruit was super fresh and there was various options with the cereal. Would stay here again when visiting the area.

Beautiful hotel in a not so beautiful area. Free breakfast was better than most hotels. Only complaint is the mini fridge does not keep the items cold. Had maintenance check and they said that is the coldest it will get and it is a common complaint of guests. They did offer to hold my food in the employee fridge which was a nice gesture but a bit usual. They need to upgrade their fridges in their room and this would be an excellent place to stay. One last thing, after I checked in, I saw their rates dropped significantly for the same dates on hotels.com. I was going to ask about it but I was exhausted from the travel and wanted to go to sleep.

There is no lounge, no restaurant and no pool. All of which would offer valuable convenience in this part of town. We were told DoorDash delivers, however. The hotel was clean and modern. The hotel staff were nice, especially the breakfast staff. Breakfast included protein from sausage and scrambled eggs. The location is conveniently right off the freeway, but parking can be tricky as there is only one entrance. In summary, if you just want a nice clean place to sleep, this hotel does that well enough. For my family of four with young kids, we would've liked more.
