Majestic Mirage Costa Mujeres, All Suite Resort - All Inclusive

It was very nice

We returned Monday from Majestic Mirage Costa Mujeres and couldn't have been more pleased. My companion and I travel extensively, have stayed at 5-star properties worldwide, and live in one of the best food cities in the US. Our hugh standards were met! The property is stunning and our oceanfront room with private jacuzzi was extraordinary. Room 3241 sat at the corner of the property along the ocean and the pool. It has two balconies: one overlooking the ocean with the hot tub, and a second facing the pool with two lounge chairs. Our butlers, Manolo and Gustavo, were exceptional. Friendly and engaging without crowding us, they handled everything from breaking large bills to filling floats, pool towels, laundry service, and confirming reservations. They checked on us in person daily, not just by text. The food was top notch. We didn't love every dish, but the detail and quality were there. Highlights: the Mexican Fiesta, L'Essence (mushroom soup, Coq Au Vin, potato dish with bacon cream), and an off-menu chicken and black bean Huarache at the Mexican restaurant. The club room was a favorite. The fresh orange juice was amazing, and the pastries, sandwiches, salads, and sushi were a great convenience. One criticism: the motion-activated bathroom light is too sensitive. It turned on when we rolled over in bed or raised an arm. We covered ours. The placement should be reconsidered so it only triggers on entering the bathroom. We had a wonderful time and hope to return.

The service at the Majestic was exceptional. All staff throughout the hotel, at the bars and the restaurants provided excellent service, always very nice, friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and spacious and comfortable beds. Anai our room steward always made sure our room was clean, she was the best!! Majestic really stands out for their service model. We have stayed at many hotels in Cancun but Majestic goes beyond by providing butler service. Our butler, Derian provided exceptional service. He made sure we were happy from the moment we checked in. He made sure we had everything we needed until the last day. We will definitely return to this hotel again.

The rooms are large and comfortable. All the staff is super friendly, our butler Jesus was amazing, he got us everything we needed with lightning fast speed and was always available trough our stay. The property is beautifully and well maintained. We will be back!

Clean and spacious rooms, good service and staffs are very helpfull. However the food can be better and beach are full of sargassum.
