I had an amazing stay. The pool was lovely the food for breakfast and diner was great. All included in your stay btw. Me and my family truly had a great time the gym was clean like everything else was. The only complaint I have which isn’t any of the staff fault was that there was a group of young wild teens and an older adult trespassing coming into the pool and taking up most of the space making it uncomfortable for me and my family to enjoy the pool. They were there both days of my stay maybe I should have informed the staff but I didn’t. Other then that it was a clean comfortable and convenient stay

The hotel room furniture is a bit old, but nice sized rooms. Loved the scent in the lobby area. Gym was clean and empty!! Nice to not charge for laundry machines. Nice to offer grills outside and ample seating. I would definitely stay at another Staybridge. Priced well !

Absolutely terrible, untrained and unprofessional staff at the Front Desk. Took an hour to get into my room, including five trips upstairs and back down because the keys did not work. Received a bill that I shouldn’t have, so went to complain to the front desk and the receptionist threw the bill at me across the desk. So if you don’t want to get a headache dealing with unprofessional people just don’t stay here. There’s a lot of nice hotels all around. The hallway carpet smells very bad.

I have family in this area and have stayed at a number of the properties nearby. Frankly, every one of the other places I've stayed has been pretty disappointing. This is now going to be my new go to when staying in this area. It is clean, it is quiet, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast is good, it just seems to be well-run with good management. My room was like a mini-apartment with a little seating area and a small but functional kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.

The shower took over 15 minutes to get warm. I ended up using a washcloth to clean myself because I had an appointment I was going to be late for. The shower head was filthy. The surfaces were dusty. A drawer for the bathroom sink did not open because of faulty construction. And worst of all, I got absolutely no sleep because of the pull out mattress. It was completely ripped and there was no support or padding at all. I was offered to switch rooms, but that mattress was also exactly the same. Horrendous!!!

Staff was lovely and tried to be helpful as possible, and room set up (a two-bedroom suite) was great for traveling with children and grandparents. BUT. Facility was not clean--vomit in the public bathroom on the first floor, halls and elevators unvacuumed, and weird stains on the floor and furniture of our room. Outside, there was dog poop all over--I appreciate that they allow pets, but providing a dog run or some specific area for pets to go to the bathroom would have helped.

We had a big room. Nice beds. Questionable cleanliness of couch/seating. Smoke alarms in bedrooms flash lights to show they are working but it lights up the room every 15 secs. Annoying

We stayed just one night to rest our heads for a day trip. The breakfast was great in the morning. Your typical options but everything was hot and ready. The lady was always around to help and provided us a bag so we can take things to go. The front door of the room wasn't sealed for noise. so we heard footsteps, talking, and anything happening in the hallways. It's a good thing we had a second bedroom. The room had everything we needed to create a meal, but we ordered out. It was nice to have plates, utensils and actual glasses to have with our meal. Service around 7pm came to ask if we needed our garbage taken out which is a nice touch. This way our room wasn't smelling with food from eating. We did smell others who were cooking, good thing it smelled nice.

Our stay was very nice. The staff at the front desk were friendly, knowledgeable, and simply great! Overall, the facilities were clean; however, the suite we were in had blue toothpaste still in it, the bathroom vent wasn't secured, nor was the door to the ventilation near the window (should have been locked but was left open). The furniture and the curtains were a bit worn, threadbare and rips, and the dishwasher did not close because of the screws holding it into the cabinet were sticking out thereby preventing it from closing. Not worried too much about the less than good condition of the furniture because the building is pet friendly. I would stay there again because of the location and the excellent staff. And I can always request another room.

Great studios and suites. Could do with having the wooden furniture and cabinets either touched up, or better still, replaced. You can tell that they’re old. Super comfortable beds! You have to request housekeeping services if you want it or they don’t seem to come on their own. Usually breakfast is quite good, with fresh fruit and do it yourself waffles. They have a happy hour Monday to Thursday with great beer and decent wine plus bar food. Overall a very good hotel if you don’t mind the furniture being a bit rough.

Very nice stay. It’s so nice to have a full kitchen, even though we only used the large refrigerator! It’s also nice to see dressers and closet space to put our clothes away! We recently stayed in a brand new hotel and there was NO PLACE to put our clothes!! Entire hotel was clean and staff friendly

My experience was phenomenal from the reservation to my request for minor changes every step everyone was friendly, the listened well and they were helpful. I will definitely come back as long as my money allows. Peace, safety and free parking go a long way with me. My family was happy and they kept saying how they loved everything.

I stayed at the hotel for a few days. Housekeeping never came thru. When asked they said that rooms are only cleaned every 4days unless requested. I requested service and no one showed up. Then when asked front desk said they left n they could not provide me with linen because they didn’t have any due to guests stealing them. Such a tacky lie

Great studios and suites. Could do with having the wooden furniture and cabinets either touched up, or better still, replaced. You can tell that they’re old. Super comfortable beds! You have to request housekeeping services if you want it or they don’t seem to come on their own. Usually breakfast is quite good, with fresh fruit and do it yourself waffles. They have a happy hour Monday to Thursday with great beer and decent wine plus bar food. Overall a very good hotel if you don’t mind the furniture being a bit rough.

Everyone was kind. The check was smooth and front desk was helpful and gracious throughout our stay, even late at night when I went downstairs to ask if they had hot decaf tea available. He was so kind and even bought me out hot water for the tea bags and I was able to get honey for my tea! He also granted our request for a late checkout for the next morning! My husband and I really appreciated that since it was already late at night and we had a long drive home the next day. Overall - excellent! We would come back.

I traveled well over 4 hours for this visit. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was barely visible. Food was bland and kitchen necessities were misleading. Upon leaving there was nobody at the check out desk and I still have not received my deposit back...my visit was in May.

Very friendly front desk staff, clean hotel. Breakfast was better then most these days at hotels with a variety of hot and cold option and in weekends till 10:30am. Close to shopping centers with great stores. Great for families because of the suites.
