The indoor pool needed more signage as it was difficult to find. Pool towels were small but were available. Pool temperature was cold. Sad it was not a heated pool. Room service was disappointing. Limited menu when ordering to room from full available dinner menu. Food was not delivered but they called for us to come down to restaurant to pick up food in Togo containers and take back to room. Food was not hot. Pizza was stacked in smaller container. Order was incorrect. Breakfast was fantastic. Made to order omelet station was perfect. Parking was easy and safe.

The indoor pool isn’t heated, the sauna was broken. For the amount we paid I expected the facilities to be operational. The shower has no water pressure and bathroom door didn’t lock.

This is maybe my favorite hotel in America for the combination of price and amenities. I love the layout with the rooms circling and facing into the central open area. The breakfast is exceptional because of the omelet station. The happy hour is unparalleled. The staff, to a person, are friendly and helpful. Parking is easy. For someone like me who likes to walk in the mornings, the surrounding area is well laid out and safe. It makes me happy just thinking about staying there. I was there for a conference, and it has wonderful conference facilities as well.

Let me say first off that all of the staff were amazing to take care of the issues. But we checked in and were informed that renovations were going on, but no mention of that on the website. Our original room had a water leak and smelled very strongly of musty carpet. They quickly moved us to another room that didn’t smell as strong but at least it was dry. Luggage rack was broken, no exhaust fan in bathroom, weak water pressure, sticking doors, security brace on door was loose. Had to hold toilet handle down to flush. Talked to other guests who had similar situations. But it was as clean and taken care of as well could be expected. Just way too much money to spend for two nights for all of that. But once again, all staff was top notch.

The room wasn't cleaned, and there was a strong odor as soon as you entered, as if it hadn't been cleaned properly. The carpet smells bad, and the three towels were not cleaned and had spots. I was told by faculty that you all do not use bleach. The mirror in the restroom was dirty and looked as if someone had just checked out.

The room was old. The furniture was stained and needs to be replaced. The shower was moldy and stained in the tub. We had to get our own linens. We were given 3 washcloths for 6 people. We spent an hour getting access to the internet that should be a click of a button. The pool had so much chlorine the kids eyes burned. The employees cared more about smoking then checking us in. Even though we were given a room key we were not checked in and that's why we didn't have an internet code. My advise would be to stay at other hotels and see how it is done. The breakfast staff was rude as if we were eating their own food. We will never stay at embassy suites again and this was the most expensive room!

Our room 521 had black mold showing around the tub. At some point, someone had applied a clear caulking over the mold as an attempted fix. The shower faucet handle was also extremely loose and ready to fall off. At check in, the staff had trouble locating our reservation. It took about 20 minutes to resolve. As an attempt to make things better, we were given a $50 voucher for the on site restaurant. The restaurant was never open during our stay. Very disappointed.

I loved the room, all except the view. We looked out at the rooftop. The room was a suite and very comfortable. I don't think they should charge you for parking when they have a parking lot! It's not in a big city with limited parking spaces and for them to charge you to park your car is ridiculous!

Mixed feelings about this hotel. It is very large with rooms built around a large center atrium. Rooms open into atrium- see pics. It was very full with lots of kids being loud and b/c of the 10 story ceiling atrium, it was extremely noisy. All sound and action down in the main floor area (lobby with multiple seating areas, center fountain etc) was magnified. Thankfully the rooms are suites so even though the sitting room of our suite was loud, the bedroom in the back was quieter or else we would have had a hard time sleeping. Probably a great place for families and large groups of teenagers who don’t mind the noise and chaos but just not our vibe- we prefer quieter hotels so will avoid this one in the future. The pictures are from this morning so not nearly as full of people/kids as last night.

Great stay at this Embassy Suites over a very busy Memorial Day weekend. They were well staffed and everyone was friendly, helpful and very attentive. Great made to order breakfast. I was very impressed with the staff. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative is the size of the beds in the rooms with two beds. They are only a double size. The rooms with a single bed are a king size.

I liked the bed...very comfy but the sofa bed was horrible. My granddaughter slept on couch because you could feel the mattress inner springs. I've slept on sofa beds but none of the mattresses had inner springs!! The room was also warm...never went below 72. Needed room service Sat. evening but they weren't operating. My granddaughter got sick and I couldn't leave her alone to get food. Had put some fruit in frig which leaked and base was broken. Also it was VERY noisy...lots of kids but not supervised... running in hallways screaming. Kids in adjacent room were bouncing ball off my wall and were also very loud. We checked out a day early and were charged $75 but will attempt to get reimreimbursed. All in all not a great visit.

I have mixed feelings about the Embassy Suites. What I liked: we were able to check in an hour early (4pm check-in is absurd) and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good...what you expect from an Embassy Suites hotel. The not so good: we REALLY needed wifi and it wasn't working at all. When my husband went down to the front desk for help, they didn't apologize or offer any help at all which left us in a bind. We had a young child with us who wanted a bath but the bath wouldn't hold any water (kept draining). And they raved about the free happy hour but it was a pitiful display of cheese and crackers and goldfish. And I was annoyed that they charge $10 for parking. The hotel isn't in a city, it's the burbs...there is absolutely no need to charge for your car to be with you. This hotel also could use a cosmetic update -- it feels very 1990's. Overall not a bad stay but wouldn't be my first choice in the area.

It never got above 67 degrees. They said they were having problems but that didn’t help that it was freezing. The front desk staff were rarely available to help guests. They were not available initially. The room was clean and well taken care of.

We booked a prepaid room on Expedia and were delayed at the airport until the next morning arrival after midnight. The hotel would not provide us the room we prepaid for even though we arrived early the next morning before check out time. We had a weddning to go to so we had to get dressed in lobby bathroom even though we had prepaid for a room. Terrible service. Front desk was awful and rude about it. Don’t ever book here.

The property was nice. The staff to resolve issues was non existent. First day we called cause the safe wouldnt work and they never fixed. The second day we called becuase no one cleaned the room. We left for dinner and came back and room was still not cleaned. we called again and the front desk was like talk to housekeeping.... terrible service. When i asked for manager they said no longer there and they would call me today and the manager never called

Overall the hotel was fine but we unfortunately stayed on a night that a high school was having a banquet. Teens were wandering around and at one point were trying to drop candy from the top floor to see if they could hit people on the main floor. I also called for different pillows and was told they would bring them up. They never came. I asked again and was told “ we don’t have any” The room was clean and the bed was fine. If it had been a different night it likely would have been a different experience.

Staff was wonderful. The room was pleasant. Couch was extremely uncomfortable. The bed was not great. We chose this hotel because it had a restaurant on site and we had eaten at other Embassy suites haven’t very good in the past. Our dinner was not good. Fish was horrible. The chef did not cook it properly. The inside batter was still mushy. The fish itself was not good tasting. We sent it back. The chicken wings were really good. The southwest eggrolls were a disappointment. Mushy inside.

Not sure why someone will decide to put breakfast food at some corner and you have to ask the cook at the kitchen for him to give you two pieces. If you can't do breakfast buffet, change your policies and let guest know. Pool was NOT heated even though the weather was 70s outside and it is still spring. This is the worst experience with Embassy Suites. Disappointing

Hotel is nice. We generally look for Embassy Suites and enjoy the larger room space. The breakfast options were subpar. The serving staff was overwhelmed and as a result many of the basic breakfast items were lacking for more than 30mins (scrambled eggs for instance). Omelette station was 15-20 deep at the same time - we just left and got breakfast elsewhere but disappointing since it was included in the price. Meats (sausage and bacon) were managed by the Omelette station guy who was overwhelmed. A mess.
