There was dried poop on the side of the toilet, when I made multiple members of staff aware I was only told "I will put it in the notes"

enjoyed the first stay. Got Out deposit back. Tried to stay again and was told we couldn’t without any explanation. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. we stayed at the Laquita inn and they are by far the nicest staff I have met in a while at a hotel.

Too many live bugs in the room. Spraying pesticide didn’t help. They have a bug problem. The staff was very nice and professional. If it were not for the abundance of bugs (beetles, ants, etc.) in the room, I would give them a higher rating.
