There are areas in the parking lot that are a little dark but other than that the Drury Inn is our favorite place to stay. Breakfast and the happy hour are great. Good quality food. Nice spacious rooms. Always clean

Will definitely stay again! It was spotless! From the lobby to our room. Looked and smelled clean. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. There was one elevator that needs some work. Made alot of noice.

Love this hotel The indoor/outdoor pool is awesome and the hot tub is big They even provided us with a fan and adjusted the air vents in our room after i called the front desk to ask about how to lower thermostat temperature because it would only go to 66

This is a very nice hotel with large breakfast buffet and large seating area, spacious lobby. Room was clean with the exception of stains on the carpet and the TV stand had something splashed on the side-like someone spilled coffee and it never got cleaned up. Bathroom and beds were clean. Have stayed before and would stay here again.

Carpet in the rooms were very dirty. Turned socks black from walking on it. Found random hairs on the bed sheets prior to using them. Stayed in the same hotel back in 2021 and it was super clean then, but not anymore. The staff were all very professional and polite.

Overall I liked the property a lot but experienced a lot of freeway noise at night even on the 6th floor. I was on the south side of the building and I would recommend staying on the north side of the building as far away as possible from the freeway.

Hotel is very nice. We had a very comfortable suite. It was really strange, but there was a constant thumping (almost like a door slamming or someone dropping something) the entire time we were there. It was very faint when awake but trying to sleep was hard with this happening every 12 seconds or so. When we brought it up to Angel at the front desk, he shook his head and said, "I have no idea," then looked back down to his paperwork he was working on and would not look up or talk to us anymore. Just COMPLETELY ignored up. He was rude. The noise was weird. The hotel was nice and clean and in a fantastic spot.

The hotel (from the parking lot to the room) was very clean and inviting. The staff we had contact with was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and the linen was fresh and didn’t have that hotel smell that so many have. The mattress was a little too firm for my husband but was fine for me. The only complaints were that the room never really cooled off despite the temperature being very cool outside (indicated it finally got down to 73• by morning/0800, but it definitely wasn’t. We tried adjusting it even down to 66• but it never went below 73. Also, the toilet paper was waaayyy too thin! Thinnest paper we’d ever seen! Otherwise, we’d recommend the hotel.

The hotel is pet friendly and extremely clean. Very large dining area. Internet was fast and easy to sign in, they didn't make it overly complicated. The king-sized bed is incredibly comfortable. The room itself was spacious, large TV, microwave and refrigerator where nicely hidden away but accessible. The round glass shower door is very cool! I like the liquid soap dispenser instead of bar soap, so that was a nice touch. Lots of counter space around the sink. The only minor issue is with all hotels, where 2 guests check in, but rooms only have towels for one guest. That's a minor inconvenience, I'll happily book the Drury again.

We always love staying at Drury’s and we like the Franklin Tennessee location. Its updates are very nice and the staff are great. My only complaint this trip is the pillows. They were tiny small pillows. They went flat as soon as you laid on them. We were in a king bed. The pillows were the size of toss pillows. Had to stack them..

Wish the room could regulate its temperature better. The lowest it got, even overnight, was 70. We paid 250 for a room whose ac didn’t work properly. Pretty bummed as it’s not an uncommon thing for drury hotels. We’ll be staying at another chain from now on.

At 10:30 we had to call as there were a group of drunk guys outside our door banging on the walls and being extremely loud. I was told they would send security up, never heard anyone come up and the noise continued until around 2 an when i guess they either passed out or got tired .....ridiculous i had planned on coming back to stay at this hotel on my way back through but not after that experience

The stay was great. Strict checkin at 3:00 makes no sense for customer or business when lobby is full and waiting and staff is just standing telling people to go sit in lobby. Amenities were great. Hot breakfast and dinner for free was GREAT. They never ran empty and had staff to accommodate. Pool area was clean. Room was clean. Overall very good experience. Will pick Drury again for family stay.

This was the 7th day of our week's vacation and the Drury was by far the best hotel we stayed in during the week. The staff was friendly, personable and professional. Everyone of them always smiling and looking to help if needed. The beds, I believe, were the most comfortable we've ever slept in at a hotel. Our teenage daughters really liked the bathroom, hot tub and pool. My wife and I were shocked by the free dinner and breakfast. They sure saved us money. In the future when we travel we'll be looking to stay at a Drury if at all possible. The area had recently experienced a significant storm which had damaged some of the landscaping but I noticed the gardeners had almost all the areas repaired by the time we were leaving. I will recommend the Drury to all my family and friends.

We love the Drury for the comfort, free parking, breakfast and evening snacks and drinks. It is a great value. The Drury is located close to shopping and restaurants and is a reasonable Uber ride to downtown Nashville.
