Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich aufgeschlossen und Hilfsbereit. Sehr guter Service. Parken kostenlos im Hof sowie in der Tiefgarage. Jeden Tag Reinigung der Zimmer sowie das auffüllen von Handtüchern Hygiene Artikel und jeden Tag 2 Kapseln Kaffee neu. Frühstück war gut .Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Check in could have been a bit faster as we already sent all data online. Further the information given were not enough (breakfast time, etc.). The room was big, well equipped and very quiet. A lot of international TV programs, Wifi was good. Fridge, coffee machine (capsules), comfy bed, good new shower and AC. Windows could been opened. They were really noice cancelling. The motorway was not to hear at night. Curtains could be closed and they blocked the daylight very well. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, nothing bad. Coffee was ... not worth talking about. The location is ok, nothing really in walking distance but with a car easy to reach. Parking is free (underground parking available) and area is closed at night. Motorway/Ring in 2 min. distance). Ahoy Center in 10 min. City center in 15 min by cab. Bar selection is ok but a bit more expensive.

Hotel conveniently placed at the outskirts of Rotterdam, only 10 minutes away from centre. Quiet location with free parking, excellent staff and fantastic room quality with great view. Highly recommended, and undoubtedly will book this hotel again upon our next visit to Rotterdam!

Helaas erg tegengevallen. De kamer was smoezelig en er was erg veel lawaai (van rennende kinderen tot zeer luidsprekende personen) op de gang tot midden in de nacht. In de ontbijtzaal stond een medewerker die geen woord Nederlands sprak achter zijn desk zonder hygiëne maatregelen getroffen te hebben (geen handschoenen of koksmuts) eieren te kloppen en te bakken, die hij dan vervolgens steevast afleverde bij gasten die helemaal geen omelet hadden besteld. Ook werd er weinig tot niets aangevuld. Opvallend was dat bij het uitchecken niet zoals gebruikelijk werd gevraagd: is alles naar wens geweest? Mij is duidelijk waarom, waarschijnlijk al teveel klachten ontvangen.

Pasjes die niet werken. Zeer vieze wc’s met strontsporen. Kamer niet schoon. Was duidelijk gerookt op de kamer!!..!! Echt ranzig. Was mijn 100 euro per kamer niet waard. Zijn heel veel plaatsen waar ik alleen een cola ga drinken en de omgeving schoner is.

Had a nice stay for one night! A little cooler, coffee machine and a safe was in there. Everything was clean. For somebody with no car. The closest station is 20 minutes walking away. That could be an issue. Other then that EXCELLENT one night stay.

Wir haben als Paar vier Nächte hier verbracht. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet (Kaffeemaschine, TV, Stauraum, Tresor etc.) Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem Straßen-Knotenpunkt, jedoch hört man durch die Doppelfenster davon nichts. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück könnte etwas mehr vegetarische/vegane Auswahl beinhalten. Man sollte mit dem Auto oder Fahrrädern anreisen, da es sich mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schwierig gestaltet. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man via angenehmer Strecke innerhalb von 20 Minuten in der Rotterdamer Innenstadt. Wir würden das Hotel wieder wählen.

Great hotel, very attentive and pleasant staff. Room was very clean and nice, beds super comfortable. Washroom was clean and well designed. Main train station is only 20min walk away. Cons: not convenient to get to due to the construction around it. Not close to any food/restaurants, 15min walk minimum to any food/stores.

Ma chambre numéro 734 est très bruyante, la gaine de ventilation principale provenant des étages inférieurs est contre le mur de la chambre. Ce qui entraîne un bruit permanent du ventilateur. Simplement a éviter cette chambre. Ce qui n’est pas digne d’un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Bonjour, L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent, cependant l'accueil à l'arrivée n'était pas très agréable. De plus, il faisait très froid dans la chambre et la température semblait être bloquée, ce qui a rendu la nuit très difficile.

A very lack luster hotel. Think old outdated Travelodge & you'd be about right. Decor is tatty and the whole place could do with a makeover. The place is mainly used by construction workers who are working nearby. The roof below our room was covered in cigarette ends, a trainer and alcohol bottles so obviously it never gets cleaned.The expresso machine in the room literally had 2 pods. I had to ask for a kettle etc to make tea. No teaspoons just wooden stirrers which bent when you tried to squeeze the teabag out. The beds are awful. Very uncomfortable and slide about on the base when you move. Wouldn't stay here again.

I stayed here for one night, as it was the closest hotel I could find to Kralingse Bos parkrun. Incidentally, it is a 9 minute walk to the entrance to the park, but a 25 minute walk to the start of the parkrun. 12 o'clock check out is a bonus. The view from the window wasn't great, just various roads, but I wasn't there for the view. The room was nice, it wouldn't pass a white glove test, but that doesn't mean it wasn't good enough. They only have a coffee machine in the rooms, but happily gave me a travel kettle when asked. My phone was using a lot of battery and they were happy to print off my boarding pass in case it died before my evening flight. They also leant me their scales to weigh my case and bag. You can't say fairer than that, customer service at its best. I didn't eat there, so can't comment on the food. The pancake house in Kralingse Bos park is a must!

My phone was using a lot of battery and they were happy to print off my boarding pass in case it died before my evening flight. They also leant me their scales to weigh my case and bag. Hotel conveniently placed at the outskirts of Rotterdam, only 10 minutes away from centre. Quiet location with free parking, excellent staff and fantastic room quality with great view. Highly recommended, and undoubtedly will book this hotel again upon our next visit to Rotterdam!

We stayed here as my wife was having a medical procedure at a nearby clinic. The first room we were given stank of smoke and we were changed to a different room the following day. This room was fine. I had requested an extra hour (1300) for late checkout which the staff at the desk told me would be no problem. At 1155 I had a knock on my door and a staff member rudely told me that we needed to leave and didn't believe me when I mentioned our late checkout. I brought this up with the staff at reception and was told that there were lots of staff on and she didn't know about any late checkout. This marred an otherwise good stay and I would definitely be less likely to recommend this hotel to anyone and I will be warning people about requesting late checkout.

Check in could have been a bit faster as we already sent all data online. Further the information given were not enough (breakfast time, etc.). The room was big, well equipped and very quiet. A lot of international TV programs, Wifi was good. Fridge, coffee machine (capsules), comfy bed, good new shower and AC. Windows could been opened. They were really noice cancelling. The motorway was not to hear at night. Curtains could be closed and they blocked the daylight very well. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, nothing bad. Coffee was ... not worth talking about. Due to construction on the surrounding roads the hotel was not accessible by road. Even google maps could not provide an alternative route. We did finally get there but had to drive on a sidewalk/ bike path. The hotel should have contacted guests with some alternative.

Great hotel, very attentive and pleasant staff. Room was very clean and nice, beds super comfortable. Washroom was clean and well designed. Main train station is only 20min walk away. Cons: not convenient to get to due to the construction around it. Not close to any food/restaurants, 15min walk minimum to any food/stores.

Had a nice stay for one night! A little cooler, coffee machine and a safe was in there. Everything was clean. For somebody with no car. The closest station is 20 minutes walking away. That could be an issue. Other then that EXCELLENT one night stay.

Wir haben als Paar vier Nächte hier verbracht. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet (Kaffeemaschine, TV, Stauraum, Tresor etc.) Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem Straßen-Knotenpunkt, jedoch hört man durch die Doppelfenster davon nichts. We hadden aangegeven weinig tijd te hebben om te kunnen eten met de vraag of dit dan wel zou lukken en op tijd klaar zou zijn. Na drie x vragen kregen we ons eten en hadden daar 20 minuten de tijd voor overgehouden om te eten. Er was geen witte wijn, die was op. Bij het ontbijt konden we geen gekookt eitje krijgen omdat het apparaat het niet deed. Na een kwartier bij het ontbijt werd er alsnog een omelet of een vers croissantje aangeboden, dat was wel wat laat als je al gegeten hebt. Zachte bedden. Helaas geen fijne ervaring

This was one of the best hotels I ever stayed in in the Netherlands! Life Marie was so informative and kind! I am so happy to have met her and I will recommend people who do not want to stay in Amsterdam to stay at this hotel!!! Also, THE BREAKFAST was delightful! I would certainly stay here again!

Leider gab es dort keine Fahrräder zum ausleihen, was ich bei einem Laut website 4 sterne hotel doch erwartet hatte. Auch war die auswahl beim frühstück an wurst und lkäse sehr begrenz auf 2 wurst und 2 käsesorten. Aber alles in allem ist es ein nettes hotel was für einen kurzurlaub definitiv ausreicht

Please DO NOT EAT at this hotel. Hygiene is shocking in the restaurant. Food was over cooked and unappetising. Have nausea the next day. Dirty utensils on table. Floor was covered in hairs and food debris. Complaints about food not taken seriously.

Niet zoveel te melden. Simpel hotel. Maaltijden minimale keus en bij de keus die je had was het nog niet compleet. Luxe kamer geboekt maar vraag me af wat de luxe was. Gratis parkeren ligt aan de snelweg in de buurt van shopping mall. Beden redelijk tot goed, kussen zeer zacht. Wel schoon.

A very lack luster hotel. Think old outdated Travelodge & you'd be about right. Decor is tatty and the whole place could do with a makeover. The place is mainly used by construction workers who are working nearby. The roof below our room was covered in cigarette ends, a trainer and alcohol bottles so obviously it never gets cleaned.The expresso machine in the room literally had 2 pods. I had to ask for a kettle etc to make tea. No teaspoons just wooden stirrers which bent when you tried to squeeze the teabag out. The beds are awful. Very uncomfortable and slide about on the base when you move. Wouldn't stay here again.
