The room was really nice and staff was friendly. Not happy that we picked that place for the heated pool and it was not heated. We found out they were closing it for renovations the next day and didnt know the place was under construction. There were also bugs all around the pool and in the hot tub.

The stay overall was great! The only down side was that the pool was sooo COLD. And the hot tub was like a lukewarm bath. Being the winter it sucked!! And that is the reason we decided to choose this hotel because it had a hot tub and pool… but now we know! The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel overall was very clean.

Ema, front desk clerk was great. Hotel is good condition, but the fitness room was below average. Three of the treadmills and elliptical were malfunctioning. However, there was hot water and great water pressure.

We were on the fourth floor, which was under heavy construction. Only one of the two elevators was working. Our stay was noisy with construction and going out or down to the pool took forever waiting for the overworked elevator that was doing the work of two.

The rooms were nothing to write home about but it was good for a one night stay before our flight out. The indoor pool was nice and the gym was awesome! There's even a water bottle refill station inside of it. The breakfast was good! No complaints here!

Stained carpets, chairs in lobby so worn and dirty that I didn’t want to touch them, we arrived at 4:30 but waited over 10 minutes before anyone even manned the desk and then she didn’t speak at all. The room was fine, except conditioner and body soap dispensers were empty, linens great, bed lovely, breakfast was good.

Room as nice but needed some attention as far as cleanliness. There were long dark hairs in our bathtub, and all over shower curtain. The bathtub was slippery from oil or something. Thankful we were on first floor, because elevator was on the fritz. Front deck lady was nice.

I was not greeted when I entered the building to check in. The employee barely looked up from her phone. She couldn’t find my reservation even though I showed her my confirmation. She insinuated that I was at the wrong hotel and then miraculously found my reservation and checked me in. My room was clean but there was not extra toilet paper and no full rolls on either holders. On Saturday morning, same employee that checked me in was asked by multiple guests for coffee. There was only decaf. After about 15 minutes she finally brought the coffee out. Sunday morning was a completely different experience. The employee at the desk was friendly and the coffee was filled and I saw it refilled without anyone asking.

Check in could not have been any worse. Took over an hour because the girl could not find my reservation and evidently no one else was working. I ended up having to call a corporate number from email and he found the reservation immediately and wasn’t sure why the girl at desk could not find it. But he said it showed up on his end dating back to the time I made it. He gave me the confirmation number and after an hour+ standing around and now late for my concert I finally got checked in.

We stayed for 4 nights and never received cleaning service. We asked on the day it should have been done and a guy was working by himself on a Friday night and it was so busy. He did bring us garbage bags and towels and said we would have our room cleaned first thing in the morning. That did not happen. We asked twice and never got our room cleaned. Garbage cans are tiny so garbage was overflowing. Towels were piled up in the corner in the bathroom. We most not have been the only ones because we saw garbage cans and piles of towels in the hallway. I would like a refund.

The front desk attendant was super kind & helpful. Really appreciated her smile when we walked in. She always asked if we needed anything when we walked by. She did an amazing job. I hope all other employees are as good as she is.

We didn’t get the room we were supposed get. They put us in a room that someone else was to have they didn’t have a record that we were in the room. The man on duty kept trying to enter our room to see who was in it we were scared to answer so he kept calling. At 2:30 am he entered our room and I screamed he left. I called the desk and at 7:30 am he called us to talk. It was a total nightmare!

Scott the hotel manager is absolutely the most WONDERFUL person ever. He has made this stay SO enjoyable! I will be highly recommending this place due to him making it super friendly and inviting! The location is also great! Directly across the road from the Tanger Outlets! Easy access towards the Casino as well if you are into that sort of thing! They are also going to be renovating soon, so this location will be even more beautiful!

Horrible I don't know if the property changed hands or what but .....Issues with elevator....Only one worked and that wasn't working either..... When checking out we weren't even asked how our stay was... The girl was on her phone I felt like I was bothering her.... No coffee both days available or cups..... Again I felt like I was bothering the worker for coffee..... The first night we got there the girl was very nice and there were even cookies after that forget it.... No hospitality at all..... Couldn't even get a hold of the front desk with the phone from my room.... Called multiple times... This property definitely went down, I definitely will not be staying here again in the future...

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. We wanted for breakfast potatoes and when she brought them out they were ice cold. The attendant was very pleasant but unfortunately she didn’t understand English which I feel is important in dealing with the public. There was no ketchup or maple syrup for waffles. When I asked for some she either didn’t understand or they were out of both. My daughter asked for a coffee cup, since there were none and she brought out another pot of coffee.

The complimentary breakfast was consistently marvelous!! Daily there was a choice of 2 flavors of waffle, an assortment of pastries, 3 assorted cold cereals plus daily oatmeal and yogurt. Additionally there was hot foods consisting of a meat, an egg dish, potatoes or biscuit & gravy. The bed was very comfortable. There were many restaurants in the area in addition to a harness racing track, a casino and outlet shopping. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Room rate was very reasonable. Very pleased.

We always stay here if nearby. Breakfast was meager this time. No coffee was available for quite a while, every cooked option had peppers, which I cannot eat. AND, the toaster was broken.

We had a wonderful experience with this hotel!! Close to what we needed, clean, our room smelled fresh when we walked in, free breakfast ..good ..eggs, maple sausage, waffles , basically your standard continental breakfast, everything was hot and fresh ,we will definitely stay again when in the area!!❤️

The breakfast both Saturday and Sunday were not up to the usual standards for a Hampton Inn. There were no pastries or doughnuts. Sunday, there was no batter for waffles. There were only two cereals on Sunday. Saturday, there was no hot chocolate.
