This was a great hotel, it was a very spacious room with two beds, one king & one double, a big jacuzzi tub with a disco light ball, a nice big bathroom with a big walk in shower. It was a great price and was a very neat room, recommend!!

I guess you get what you pay for. I expected a bit more given all of the positive reviews. Our room had stains all over the walls and ceilings. The couch in our room was stained. The bedding was relatively clean luckily. Parking is extremely limited. We left for a while and came back to a full lot. We asked the person at the front desk if there were any other parking options and were told that we could park at the restaurant across the street and that we “probably” wouldn’t get ticketed or towed. Ceiling was leaking in the hallway, fitness room was extremely limited and smelled musty, one of the side entrances that was supposed to require a room key to enter was propped open and wouldn’t fully close. Definitely wouldn’t recommend for more than a one night stay in a pinch.

Stayed here before but first time in a non-jacuzzi room. Clean. Almost too clean as it had a strong bleach smell. The room was in the olderer section (220's). Tidy, but not modern. Layout was backwards with the king bed so close to the bathroom, the bathroon door does not fully open. The artwork's glass was cracked. Had a kitchenette - but be forewarned - no plates, bowls, glasses or utensils are provided. All in all, saved $50 by not getting a jetted tub but still had a comfy bed.

Good value, roomy and comfy. The mini-kitchen was nice, but we did not use it. Noticed that there were no plates, pans, utensils or anything to allow us to use it if we had wanted to. Also, were unable to get the TV to work, but were too tired to ask for help. Neighborhood felt safe, and we enjoyed the Washington Wild Things baseball game, just 6 min walk away.

There's a ton of damage on the property, in the elevator and in the room itself. Broken tiles, cracks everywhere, clear water damage. The room itself was not clean. The only clean parts about it were the heavily used areas like the bed was clean and the bathroom was clean, but the curtains had stains and splatters on them, the floor was definitely stained and there were dirty surfaces on other areas of the room.

Woke up in the middle of the night and found a bed bug crawling on me. Took it down to the front desk only for them to deny that it was a bed bug. I took a picture of it and Google lens confirmed it was a bed bug. Terrible property that obviously isn't willing to even acknowledge they have an issue!

When I pulled up to the lobby, I noticed many of the outside plants were dead. That was a red flag. I had to wait for someone to help me to check in for 15 minutes. The hallway carpets were soiled, and the walls were dirty. When I got to my room, I opened the door to find the carpet old and covered in burnt spots near the front door. I turned the sheets over to find a long black hair and a small gray hair. There was also some food stains and smudged fingerprints on the walls. Though, the bathroom was clean.

This might be my new favorite place to stay. I’d never been there before and definitely plan on going back. Room was exceptionally clean compared to other places I’ve stayed. Front desk was helpful, quick, and personable. Room was quiet, spacious, and well maintained. Bathroom was just as spacious as the rest of the room; the towels were all freshly cleaned, folded, and plentiful. Can’t say enough positive things about this place. 10/10

C- It looks like they did a remodel on this place and hired the cheapest most inexperienced crew they could have hired. The hotel was trying to make the rooms a little higher grade or fancier, but it just came out to look and feel cheap. The shower barely worked with minimal hot water. The walls were thin and over all the room was no noisy. The overall cleanliness was OK and the staff was just fine. I would probably rather stay at a Motel 6 and save the extra $15 about the same thing.

We stayed for one night in the room with the jet tub and it was very comfortable! The shower with the two shower heads was luxurious and spacious. I loved that the tub area had a separate TV and a disco light (although the disco light seemed to be close to dying, still fun to have). The only negatives are the very small bath towels, and, in the jet tub suite the toilet is not private, and it doesn't have a vent. There is no way for the person using the toilet to be completely closed off from anyone else in the room, even if they're in the bed. Strange design.

Check in was very nice. The room was clean but very noisy. Loud humming coming from above that went on all night. Loud AC unit - had to turn it off. Paint peeling around shower. Furnishings were dated and a little beat up. All in all just average.

Internet service was unavailable. No reimbursement or discount was offered. This appears to be an ongoing problem at this hotel. The front desk staff was sympathetic and understanding. The carpet in our room was heavily soiled. We needed to keep our shoes on when traversing the room. Breakfast was a mere snack. ( Fruit bar/ oatmeal)

Everything was fine except the room temperature . The AC was not turned on and when we walked into the room it was hot! It took a couple of hours to cool off.;(. It was already close to 11:00pm when we arrived.

Upon checking in, an additional 10% of 'hotel fees' were added to the bill. It's too late to cancel or they charge the whole night so there is no avoiding it. Hotels.com 'encourages' their partners to list all fees but they don't have to, so if you book here, you will be stuck with extra charges. I recommend booking elsewhere with better price transparency.

Jevon checked me in and I have rarely felt so welcome at a hotel. He was the perfect person to represent your business. Additionally there was not coffee pot in my room and he went to other rooms and made sure to procure one for me. Customer service is alive and well at your location as long as Jevon is employed there.

One of the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever had. Breakfast was nice with eggs, sausage, waffles. Staff was friendly. Hotel was in nice condition. Just one caution: if you are a light sleeper, request a room not facing the highway.

The stairwell to the 2nd floor could use a little cleaning; but, other than that, the stay was very pleasant. Staff was very polite and cooperative; although, there was no one at the desk when I checked out. Very convenient location; close to shopping and Wild Things baseball stadium. Angelo's across the road is a wonderful place to eat! Would definitely stay again!

The place was clean, the room was nice and the staff was quite helpful. I will stay here again, if and when I'm in this area. Well done and a better continental breakfast than anticipated. Eggs and sausage were available and that really needs to be added to their selling points. (We didn't eat there, but knowing this would be a game changer for many looking)

We stayed for one night before our flight from Pittsburgh International Airport. The room was spacious and clean. The location is a bit further from major attractions but is near a few shopping centers. The breakfast was minimal (a waffle maker, some sausage patties, pre-packaged cereals, and coffee/milk/water) but still delicious. The only strange thing we saw we an assortment of slot machines provided from a nearby casino in the hotel lobby. Overall, this a solid hotel for its price, the room is clean and you have decent breakfast so it is an excellent hotel for its value.
