Average hotel at best. Decent location but the parking lot is a joke. Have like eight spots for entire hotel so we ended up having to park in lot of neighbor hotel. Was informed at check in that the pool was closed for "cleaning". Yet saw nobody in there the day we were there or the day we left. If you advertise a pool on website and don't mention it is closed it should automatically be a 20% discount. I have kids and that is the number one thing I look for when picking a hotel. I would not have stayed here had I known the pool was closed. Breakfast was the best part. Family enjoyed the Texas shaped waffles. Rooms looked more run down then pictures showed. Splatters of paint everywhere for some reason. Also had a weird chemical or powder smell in rooms. AC ran non stop and was loud. If you turned it off it got too hot in room. Found a dead roach under furniture in room. Better places to stay but decent if need a hotel under a hundred.

We liked the easy access to the hotel as we were passing through Witchita Falls, TX. The room was spacious, and the staff was all very friendly. Our only complaint was that the only exercise bike in their gym was broken. The dashboard had been busted, and you couldn’t program or start any pre-stored exercise options. We let them know it wasn’t working. Hopefully, they will replace it with a new one! Otherwise, it was clean and a nice place to stay for the reasonable cost!

I booked this room to see my granddaughter so an indoor pool was important. I really wanted a pool with a hottub because pool water is usually too cold for me (especially in the winter). Since I could not find the perfect indoor pool, I thought I was settling for this one, but it turned out to be fantastic. The entire pool was heated making it the perfect temperature to play for hours. In addition to the pool, the staff was all super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was your typical hotel hot breakfast. I will stay here every trip to the Falls.

The elevator was very loud and the sign warned 4 people max though rated for 2500lbs. When our group of 4 got on, we slowly made our way to the 3rd (top) level but the doors never opened. Then it decended after an agonizing minute to the 2nd. We couldnt open the doors or get anyone in the call button. Finally reached young lady on the cell phone, bless her heart, she was doing her best to get us out because she knew by the sound it made when we went up, something was wrong. We then dropped abruptly to the 1st floor and she was able to open the doors. We escaped, signs were put on and by morning, they were gone but we still used the stairs. We had 2 rooms for our party. Though they were both clean like, our guests had a roigh time with their toilet and our vanity light kept going off. But I have high praises for the front desk lady.

The manager was kind to us as we checked in very late at night. The lobby and facilities are well kept. The pool was just enough to relax and let the kids move about. We had 2 dogs with us and the fee was not bad compared to others in this area. I would stay here again.

Pros: Price was fair. Acceptably clean. Check-in easy. Breakfast up to par with other hotels of similar stars. Easy access from main road. 2 Cons: elevators broken; had to climb to 3rd floor with Luggage. Water pressure in shower HORRIBLE ... took 5 minutes to wet and rinse 6 inch long hair.

The staff was friendly. Our room was really dirty. There was hair in the shower, on the towels, on the hair dryer, and on our sheets. We also had stains on our sheets. The floors didn’t even look vacuumed. We didn’t even feel comfortable sleeping in there. There were dead bugs in the hallway on the stairs as well. The pool says it’s open until 10, but it was closed when we got there around 9.

We got to this hotel checked in at 3 but there were no towels, wash clothes or anything in the room. They were running behind so at 630pm is when we got towels because I had to ask them. There were to many kids in the pool and one got sick so everyone had to evacuate pool and we were told they weren’t going to clean that. A sign was put up that it was out of order. When we got ready to go to bed I felt something bite me so we got up moved the bed and found a ton of bed bugs. The guy up front was very nice about everything and assured us we would get a refund. We then had to check out and drive our kids home at 1130 pm for a 2 in a half hour drive. The stay was by far the worst we have experienced

We checked in and decided to go explore the town once we got back I decided to put the kids to bed and I got into the other bed about 10 mins later I felt something on my leg so I pushed the covers off me to find I was laying in a bed full of bed bugs. I jumped up freaking out because I had never been put in this situation ever. I put one in a cup and rushed Downstairs to the front desk the gentleman at the front desk looked at it and I told him I was gonna show him a picture of bed bugs online to show him it was for sure bed bugs but He told me there was no need because it was bed bugs. And that he was sorry and decided to give us a full refund. We checked out immediately we had to trash all of our blankets and pillows that we had brought. We never received a call from a manager or higher staff to Apologize for what we had gone through. Property is very ran down. I was quite surprised that the front desk didn't try to argue or contest the fact that they were bed bugs. I felt like they knew they have had a bed bug issue for a while. Please stay clear of this place. Unfortunately, that night, me and my family had to sleep in the car because all the other hotels in town were sold out. I don't want anyone to have to go through what we went through. Stay clear!!

I was disappointed. Typically this is a great hotel. But it's gone down hill, since the last time we stayed. It's not as clean, the bathroom was not clean. There were black mold looking spots on the walls in the bathroom. Only had 2 Towels in the room. None of the charger ports in the lights worked. The breakfast was not good, tastes and looked like it is cheap powder eggs. No milk, no coffee at 830am when breakfast ends at 10am. Very disappointed. On a good note. The front desk staff was amazing 👏 she was incredibly friendly.

I found a bed bug on my pillow. I took it to the front and they moved me rooms to upstairs which was inconvenient since I had my twin babies. Then the next morning I found a cockroach in the bathroom. I let the front desk staff know and told them I was disappointed and all she said was “the bed bug situation has never happened before, and the cockroach could have came from outside.” Poor cleanliness and poor customer service. Will not be back.

Unlike our last hotel, they have four wheeled luggage carts that are stable, sturdy and maneuverable for bringing the mix of luggage we’re traveling with. Interesting tile decor in the lobby with a comfortable mezzanine area for reading and relaxing. Bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious enough to accommodate all of our things.

Property was clean, staff was friendly but only 1 bath towels and shower didn't work but I only stayed 1 night and didn't try the shower until the next morning to late to complain to the front desk just went home unshowered. The hotel industry must have a hard time finding maintenance people everywhere I go lately things are needing repairs and with the price of rent it just doesn't add up.

The property was good the staff is horrible! This young lady is rude, unfriendly, doesn’t like her job, argumentative. When asked about the hold and how much the hotel will be holding she got an attitude and told me “well, I need to see your ID before I can tell you how much it is!” I understand there is a hold although that was not clearly stated when the reservation was made on Expedia. I am traveling on a budget and when a hundred dollars is held and not released for 3-5 days it can be challenging. I needed to know how much the hold was and she had an attitude. Not the level of customer service that I expected from this hotel brand!

We actually did not end up staying because the front desk woman was so incredibly rude and hateful when we tried to check in (after we finally found her!). She had the worst attitude, wouldn’t look at us but just immediately started yelling, like we were bothering her by trying to check in. The entire place smelled like marijuana as well, so we decided not to stay. We felt unsafe with her yelling and the weed smoke .

We have stayed at this hotel three times. The staff is excellent, courteous, very helpful. The rooms are clean but show some wear and tear typical of a hotel room. The most recent stay, our room did not have towels when we checked in. A quick call to the front desk and within a few minutes towels were delivered to our door. We will stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Big clean room with comfortable bed. Easy check in and out. Breakfast was great with several choices. The coffee here is really good! The staff here is top notch! Very friendly workers. We will definitely stay here whenever we visit Wichita Falls!

Great staff and breakfast! I stayed there one night while going to Colorado and coming back. Both times the staff was amazing and breakfast was delicious. My bathroom door wouldn’t close correctly but it’s a minor inconvenience for a good safe place to stay the night. I will be looking for hotels with yall name on my next vacation for sure

The room was great, but the staff when checking in was rude. Also, you need a ticket for the continental breakfast and basically have a babysitter while in the breakfast room. We gave her out tickets, she wrote it down and then asked us again for our tickets like 5 minutes later. I stay in a lot of hotels for work and pleasure and this was the most ridiculous I've seen. The selection wasn't great, either.
