Ibis Casablanca City Center

Hotel with potential in a nice location. The hotel lobby is nice and neat. We had some issues with changing rooms several times, due to problems we were not informed about. The flow of information was bad. The rooms are run down and in need of upgrade. The air ventilation is very bad. The location is great.

Great location but overall the hotel has some issues that could be improved and not really up to other ibis i have stayed at. - only one shower towel per guest without any hand towels or anything else. - no inroom fridge, water cups, coffee etc - Overall sheets appeared possibly dirty - Breakfast is very. basic - in hotel restaurant was empty and still incredibly slow service and went to grab our food ourselves when we saw on the counter and waiting for so long.

The property is in a great location. Its close to all the sites and Casa Port train station is across the street. What i didnt like was the front reception guy. He wasn't friendly very friendly or welcoming. Also if you want food the restaurant is only open certain hours. The windows beed to be sound proof. You can hear all the traffic outside. I dont think I would stay here again. There are better hotels in that same area.

Ibis is a very basic hotel, but ok for the money. Ibis Casablanca is hard to get to because of the ongoing construction. The lobby is nice and seems like they have a nice bar and restaurant to offer. Breakfast is $6 a person, this ibis had better options than ibis Tangier. The rooms are very basic almost too basic. There could be more towels and amenities in the rooms. Overall 3.5/5 stars. Also, for whatever reason they couldn’t find our reservation so it took awhile before they gave us our key and just took our IDs to finish the checking in process. We had to pick them up in the morning which was kind of a hassle because there was a lot of guests waiting to checkin

Staff were busy talking to each other when we were checked it and when we turned the key- lots of choice at breakfast- one of the elevators did not work so on one occasion we had to take the stairs from the 9th floor- overall an okay place to stay for a night

L hôtel est très proche de la gare ONCF Casa Port, en plein centre ville ++ Les ascenseurs fonctionnent aléatoirement ainsi que les cartes magnétiques pour ouvrir les chambres Il faut faire des améliorations, mais je recommande tout de même car les chambres sont spacieuses et la localisation est top

The only thing there's no parking in the area.

Nous avons choisi le Ibis Casablanca City Center pour sa proximité avec la station de train Casa Port. Nous questionnons la propreté de la chambre… déception pour nous.

세계 여러나라 이비스를 이용해 봤지만 좋지도 나쁘지도 않는 중간 수준이었지만 여기가 꼴등이네요 화장실 불이 너무 어둡고 타월은 1인 바스타월 1장이고 욕실타월매트도 없어서 다들 이 한장으로 사용하니 타월은 거의 걸레 수준이어서 마트에서 키친타월 사서 타월 대신 사용했다 조식도 별로고 추천 안합니다 침대해드 조명을 방향 돌리니 먼지가 와르르 떨어졌다 청소도 제대로 안되는듯 하네요 좀 더 세심한 관리가 필요하고 카사블랑카 역앞이 위치는 나을듯하네요 여기는 위치도 별루입니다

Very nice hotel close to Casa Port train station. Quiet clean and safe ideally situated in the downtown and very reasonably priced.

Room was both spotless and superb. Staff all excellent and very knowledgeable.

レセプションなどはきれい目なのですが、部屋に入ると一見きれいそうで実はカビ臭く、水回りも汚かったです。 スタッフの対応も素っ気なく、Wi-Fiのパスワードも説明もありませんでした(部屋に掲示があるわけでもありませんでした) 部屋の電話でパスワードを聞こうとしたところ、電話も機能していませんでした。このホテルに泊まるなら別のところに泊まった方が良いと思います。

Dans l’ensemble le séjour a été été correct l’hôtel est plutôt correct rapport qualité prix (prix que j ai payé!) aspiration sur les plaintes de poussière et tout ce qui est autour de du lit ça n’est jamais fait par les femmes de ménage

A/C did not work initially but got fixed. Towels were threadbear and no hand towels available.

The property air conditioning in the room was not adequate, but overall, the hotel visit was a success. Very centrally located, plenty of transportation, shopping and dining options.

Great location just a block from the Casa Port train station, and next to the novotel and sofitel hotels. Very basic room, but a good price.

Breakfast was bland. Room fire detector was pulled out with exposed wires, tv doesn’t work, bed were extra extra firm (if you like that)

Air conditioner was not working

Staff were great, but the rooms smell highly of cigarettes (even the non-smoking ones.) The rooms were also in semi-poor condition (sinks that leak all over the bathroom counters, showers that leak all over the floors, outlets that don't work, etc.) It's in a decent location right next to the train station (Casa Port) and walking distance to the medina and Corniche so it's fine for 1 night, but if you're looking for something remotely "nice", go elsewhere.

The rooms facing train station will have some road noise and train announcements noise but it goes down after 11p.m which is sleeping time as trains stop functioning at around 11p.m

I love Ibis and returned for a second time to this hotel mainly due to the great location. But both times the check in has been super slow, the staff I find unwelcoming and unhelpful. When it came to help with a taxi and a time change issue the staff were downright rude. Secondly the beds are quite hard and there is no air con in their winter which is weird when it can be 20s during the day. I found it too hot to sleep. I stay in international hotels at times when abroad for the comforts of home and help when needed. This hotel did not deliver.

The location was great and the price was very good. The cons were the a/c and cigarette smell. When we walked in the room, it immediately smelled like cigarettes. Additionally, the A/C did not turn on which made the room very warm and humid. The beds were very hard as well, but it wasn't too uncomfortable.

Receptionist never picks up your call

Stayed for 2 nights (Sept 24-25, 2024). First day, when i entered the room, there was no available towel in bathroom, i have to request repeatedly. i had to go down to the reception twice for it, as there was no telephone directory on how to call the Reception/Room Service etc. i was dialing "0" but failed. WORST was twice a guests managed to open my door even if im already inside and resting. First, a lady managed to open with KEY, then she was so sorry to find out room was already taken. SECOND was when im already sleeping. A guy managed to open my room again and when i said it is already taken, he was so shocked and confused. It was HORRIBLE experienced. When i confronted the Lady Receptionist, why guests repeatedly managed to open my door, they replied it was a mistake in their SYSTEM. What if im out for tour and someone got inside with my THINGS! Another worst exp was MY ROOM KEY failed to work twice. I have to asked the reception to fix it. Also, i know it is not mandatory, even 3 star hotel im been too, they are providing WATER KETTLE to have a HOT Water drink coffee or tea. There was no COMPLIMENTARY BOTTLED Water, Coffee, SLIPPER. It was worst IBIS Hotel. The only consulation is, it is near train station and medina and marina malls and sea side. other than that FAILED. I will not recommend this hotel, Even the reception guy Mansour did not return my change although was only 7 dihrams, as promised.

Excellent service, cleanliness, and comfort. Despite Casablanca being a chaotic and dirty city, the hotel is located in a surprisingly nice, clean, and organized area. A safe and reliable option.

The staff were fantastic, really friendly. Particular thanks to the member of staff who put on the Scotland v Denmark football game for us to watch! Much appreciated. It's a good location and breakfast is excellent

Excellent service

Good location, close to Casa Port train station. So, transfer by train from the airport to city centre is convenient. Also, travel from Casablanca to Rabat is easy. Close to some tourist attractions.

Excellent location right in the middle of the downtown. Very safe and a soundproofed hotel so no disturbances which is excellent. Cleaning to a very high standard daily. Recommended - a well run and comfortable hotel in an excellent position and very close to Casa Port station also taxis available right outside, United Nations Square and the old Medina a 5 minute walk Hassan II mosque 20 minute walk away. `Perfect.'

Very central location. Clean property and rooms. Breakfast a bit overpriced but convenient for early morning departures. Taxis and train station ( Casa Port) are literally across the hotel. Walking distance to many shopping and dining areas including the corniche.

Next to Casa Port train station and CTM bus station so good location. Unfortunately no train to airport directly from Casa Port so keep that in mind if you have to catch a flight. Hotel itself was fine. Room was ok and clean. But would be nice if there was a bath mat available in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok. Staff were nice.

Small property but enough to do a one night maybe 2 night stay. Food options for breakfast was a good variety; however, for me, the quality was not good enough for the quantity. To say it in simplest terms, the food was NOT fresh and lacked of consideration. Everything tested old or came from a can container. The juices were also insipid and mixed with other juices that tasted awful. Tea was terrible. Hummus was rancid and covered with good fresh olive oil to compensate with the recycled ones(over and over from left overs). The good thing about it was the Glovo delivery option we had to get better food to be dropped of at our hotel. And, to be fair, it was very close to the Casa Port train terminal. A few steps away around the corner. You can see the hotel across from the train station but you have to walk around it - no problem 5-10 walk on how fast you walk — that was the best because the train takes you to the airport port in 45 minutes. Overall; you his was an okay hotel. Better the food, the better my ratings will be. Good luck!

カサ・ポール駅の目の前で、空港から悪名高いタクシーを利用せずに済む。ハッサン2世モスクへは近くのバス停から5番のバスで行ける。 ビジネスホテルに過度な期待をしなければ、清潔でホットウォーターシャワーの機能的な部屋で何ら問題なく過ごせる。朝食はフレッシュジュース、ミントティー、タジン料理の野菜、パンがとても美味しかった。かなりコスパのいいホテルだと思う。

Room lighting in bathroom was dim so shaving was difficult. Women would have trouble doing makeup. Breakfast buffet was plenty and tasty many options
