Good clean hotel in a convenient location, walkable from the Voyageurs train station. Easy to get to the mosque on the waterfront and to the old Medina. Air conditioner wasn’t very cold, but windows opened for fresh air. Good hotel for the price and location

Trevlig personal, nära allt, finns kafé och restauranger med livsmedelsbutiker nära, tvärbanan stenkast från hotellet och en station från tågstationen där man kan resa till övriga städer i Marocko, växelkontor med många banker i närheten där kan man ta ut pengar, hotellet har bevakning och Wi-Fi överallt, frukostbuffé, moderna fina och rena rum, rekommenderar hotellet.

For the price it was an average hotel. No breakfast, no gym, or swimming pool. But I understand that you would have to pay for all that. The room's bathroom was however too small, and there was no shower curtain, and the shower's floor was the bathroom's floor.

Although the website claims the room has an AC, it actually only has a heater, not a cooling system. The humidity was unbearable, and had we known this earlier, we would have checked out and found another hotel.

Excellent value for money, very good location and clean facilities including rooms. Security and safety is present all the time. However only thing is that elevator is from ground floor and up. Would have been good if elevator went to the basement underground parking garage as well.

Pour le prix c’est bien mais les toilettes n’ont pas été nettoyé ( tracé d’urine sur la cuvette et odeur d’urine )la réception de ma chambre. L’esquipe est très réactive et professionnel

Mon séjour aurait pu être mieux. L'hôtel est bien situé, il est reposant. Le personnel de l'hôtel est aimable, réactif pour regler les problèmes qui ont des solutions dans l'immédiat. J'ai aimé le lit qui était bien confortable. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas mal mais il faudrait que l'hôtel pense à rajouter autre chose comme des céréales, de la charcuterie,... parce qu'après 4 à 5 jours, on commence à ne plus avoir envie de manger la même chose. Au niveau des draps, il y a un effort également à faire car il y avait très souvent des tâches sur les draps. On sent qu'ils ont été lavés mais pas très bien lavés. Mais ce qui m'a le plus déçu, c'est l'état de la douche. Franchement la douch est sale. La femme de menage faisait de son mieux pour entretenir régulièrement la douche mais, elle n'avait pas de produits pour enlever la saleté incrustée entre les joints de carrelage. Les joints étaient par endroit rouges ou marrons ou même noirs. Après 2 plaintes auprès de l'accueil, j'ai été informée que ce problème se résoudre rapidement et pour me satisfaire je pouvais changer de chambre. Comme j'étais au 7e étage, la belle dame m'a proposé de visiter les chambres libres de cet étage mais l'état des douches était pire que celle de ma chambre. Alors j'ai préféré rester dans ma chambre et "attraper mon coeur". Cet hôtel a un réel potentiel mais les responsables devraient être pointilleux sur la propreté. Personnellement à cause de la saleté, je ne pourrais y retourner sauf si ...

Mauvaise expérience... forte odeur du chlore sort de la litterie pour les allergiques..... draps et couette humide. Pas de tél dans la chambre en cas de besoin je dois descendre du 7e au zéro. Même pas un p'tit verre dans la chambre. De bon matin l'eau coule du plafond. Mauvaise odeur dans les toilettes.

The reception is a nice area and staff are reasonably friendly and helpful. However when we entered the room the ground was sticky, and there were no towels, soap or spare toilet paper and a dirty pillow without a pillowcase and a stain on the duvet that looked like blood. When we asked for towels we were only given one, the towels also seemed very old and tattered. We understand it's not a high end hotel however even for a budget hotel we expect a bit more cleanliness and amenities as advertised. Location is okay and close to tram which would be a positive.

The location of this hotel was great and the check-in process was smooth. However, the condition of the room was disappointing. The bathroom, in particular, was in need of serious attention. The trash can was rusty with a broken lid, and the shower door was also rusty and wouldn't slide easily on its hinges. The bathroom door was also broken and wouldn't close all the way, which was a major privacy issue. The towels were old and thin. These maintenance issues made the bathroom feel unclean and significantly detracted from our stay. I hope the hotel considers addressing these basic repairs to improve the guest experience

This is a quiet clean affordable hotel in a central spot. You can walk to Gare de Casa Voyageurs in 10 minutes, and easily to the fun Anfa district, Marche Central, Parc du Lingue Arabe and, if you’re ambitious, to Hassan II Mosque. And if you would rather not walk, the tramway is located a block away to go to all these places.

I have stayed here before. It is an amazing hotel with friendly staff, friendly roomservice, clean room and property overall is pretty new.

Très déçue de l'hôtel. Vous annoncez une note à 8.2 qui est faussée ! Draps tâchés ! Insectes dans la chambre ! Sol où l'on a pas envie de marcher pieds nus.

L'endroit était très sécuritaire, le personnel était super, mais la chambre était plus qu'ordinaire, minuscule, la propreté laissait à désirer, il y avait énorménent de bruit à l'extérieur, l'insonorisation des chambres est zéro. Le lit était extrêmement dure, le matelas est clairement à changer.

入室時にシャワーノズルをチェックしたら、壊れていて使えなかった。部屋に電話がないので、フロントまで出向いて、修理を依頼。

Das Zimmer extrem klein, kleineres Bett würde helfen mehr Raum zu haben. Die Duschentür aus Glas geht nicht zu...Die gesamte Dusche müsste überarbeitet werden. Ich habe nur Kaffee getrunken, da mir das Frühstücks-Buffet nicht zusagte.

Très bon accueil et très bonne information, remerciements à Soumia qui était très souriante et professionnelle, n’hésitez pas à lui proposer des questions car elle connaît bien son métier. Hôtel très bien tenue et petit déjeuner correct tout ce qu’il faut pour un bon séjour merci à la direction et à l’ensemble du personnel (cuisine et étage bien entendu). Cordialement

In two consecutive days , first day bed left untidy, the seyday my toom left unclean until 19:00, although I left hotel in the early afternoon. I informed the receptionist from the first day but the did even worth in the second day. I wasted my time going up and down to inform them.

Omar at the front desk was really great. The lady that cleaned my room found my ring under the bed and brought it to me....great staff!

The hotel is clean, great service, and offers free breakfast. The rooms are small, not tight. The bathroom is comfortable and it has good water pressure. The service is good. I should say outstanding our suitcases were delay and Soumia had a great attitude she helped us with no attitude I was amazed of her kindness. Soumia understood my needs. Soumia is an asset to the hotel.

Décevant au niveau du service de chambre(cinq jours sans passage d’une femme de ménage)il faut toujours leurs demander de changer les serviettes sans succès…Et il faut aussi réclamer les papiers toilette !

Lounge is updated but it’s an older hotel but for the price it’s affordable. Staff is very friendly.

Brother Abdur Raheem and sister Latifah were very kind and accommodating and all of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was small but was maintained everyday and everyone was very lovely and welcoming.

To begin with the place is a dump. I made a res through you and paid for the room. I booked for a friend in Morocco. The res was automatically in my name. I called the hotel and sent an email with his name and details. They would not admit him, and were beyond rude. They threatened him and through his passport in his face. They denied my call to them and said they never got the email although I know they did based on info in my own email. This was a humiliating scene for my friend. Absolutely outrageous behavior for a hotel staff.

Saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und vor allem in guter Lage, um den ein oder anderen Ausflug vom Bahnhof "Casa Voyageurs" durchzuführen. Ein gutes Budget-Hotel!

Facilement repérable par sa proximité avec le Grand Mogador, l'hôtel n'est qu'à 10/15mn à pied de la gare Casa Voyageurs, par l'avenue Mohammed V. Proche des arrêts de bus et tramway de la Place Al Yassir. La plupart des sites "touristiques" tels que la Medina, la Mosquée Hassan II, les Habous... sont même accessibles à pieds en 25 à 35 mn. Pour Sour Jdid emprunter le bus L139 à 2mn de l'hôtel. Le personnel est aimable et efficace. Très appréciable petit-déjeuner américain buffet : tomates, concombres, salade, pommes de terres sautées, œufs durs/brouillés, yaourts aux fruits, nombreuses viennoiseries, gateaux, spécialités marocaines variables, pain, thé, café, lait, jus d'orange. Un regret toutefois, l'absence d'une bouilloire électrique ou machine à café dans les chambres...

El hotel está bastante bien amén relación al costo. A 15 min caminando de la estación de trenes de Casablanca y menos de 5 en taxi. El staff fue de lo más cordial durante la estadía y fueron muy útiles para recomendar lugares que visitar. Queda cerca de dos rutas de autobús que te llevan a los principales spots de la ciudad (a nivel de la playa).

L’hotel pulito e personale gentile ma in camera mancava sempre un asciugamano, in tre giorni non ne hanno mai messi due ma sempre uno. Noi eravamo in due. La colazione vedeva poco cibo. Quando scendevamo dovevamo sempre dire al cameriere che era tutto finito dalle persone precedenti.

I needed a hotel within walking distance of the train station, and this hotel fitted the bill. It was everything I needed - not luxurious, but clean and functional. Good breakfast - lovely coffee! Dinner had to be taken at the nearby Hotel Campanile, where I was underwhelmed by the waiters, who didn't seem to care about the customers, but I would certainly return to the Hotel Premiere Classe. Good value hotel.

De verbinding naar de stad was ideaal. Alleen bij inchecken werd er een hogere toeristen belasting gevraagd wat er vermeld stond in de tekst. En het ontbijt was beperkt.

La chambre est très petite, c’est le strict minimum sans frigo 😴. Il ya eu des fuites d’eau . Le petit déjeuner n’est pas varié. L’accessibilité est bonne, le quartier est en sécurité.

In bagno si aggiravano insetti non identificati , per doccia etc per due persone due asciugamani. Colazione pagata siamo dovuti andare in un altro albergo indirizzati dalla struttura. Non era possibile reperire neppure una bottiglietta d'acqua . Pessima esperienza .

The hallways are not maintained, the breakfast hall is near the front door which is kept open even when the weather is chilly outside. The lift buttons are hard to press, does not work properly. The breakfast was OK, the orange juice was less than OK.
