Property is extremely clean and everything is functioning. Looks grate inside. The only minus is no alcohol is served in the restaurant. Breakfast is good. Stuff is helpful and responsive.

Well situated, safe valet parking and clean rooms and facilities that have a luxurious feel. If I was to have one criticism it would be for the very limited fitness centre. Two cardio machines and no benches, two free weights of about 5lbs each. No issues at check in staff was very friendly.

Staff couldn’t have been friendlier and rooms are huge and it’s worth it to pay a little extra for the parkside view. Note that there is no alcohol-bring wonderful local wine from nearby stores.

We choose this hotel because of the roof top terrace - but it was closed. Linen broke and fake wood cover in bathroom does not suit a so-called five star hotel. Breakfast not good at all. In room only red roibois tea was available and only two coffee capsules without the possiblities to get more - and no milk.

Nice hotel and room. It was clean. Service was nice. The rooftop was still closed. And we got a room with no sun, that took it down for us. Location was ok, we walked everywhere, but if you don’t want to walk it was close to the tram.

Everything was nice, except I had to pay extra money for fried eggs even though breakfast was included… Plus the gym is not ok at all.. it is a very small rom round 20 kvm… But I recommend this hotel!

Cleanliness/fumigation not done properly found many cockroaches In bathroom when asked for the spray receptionist said you buy. Internet was not working properly complained many time at last I went to reception and stayed there and fixed the issue. Breakfast was same both days.

Breakfast buffet was amazing - great selection and delicious. Staff were all helpful especially the ones out front. Room is large and comfortable. View from the balcony was great too! Only issue we had was a pest in the bathroom. Thankfully I managed to kill the roach but we didn’t leave our luggage open on the floor just in case.

Das Hotel ist definitiv kein 5 Sternehotel. Ein Handtuch war mit roten Flecken bedeckt und nachdem wir um ein neues gebeten haben, hat die Servicefrau unhöflich reagiert. Zusätzlich dazu gibt es für zwei Personen nur zwei große Handtücher und nur ein kleines, was man ZUSAMMEN benutzen muss. Das Frühstück war auch keine 5 Sterne wert. Wenn man lange vor dem Ende da ist, gibt es kaum noch was, nur ein paar Überreste. Das Inventar in den Zimmern ist veraltet. Die Couch hatte Flecken und Löcher. Im Bad gab es teilweise verschimmelte Fugen. Alles in allem war es das Geld definitiv nicht wert.

Ce qui a rendu l'expérience désagréable est : 1- j'ai trouvé un cafard dans le frigo en arrivant, compartiment des fruits et légumes. Je l'ai montré au personnel de ménage. J'ai fait aussi une plainte au directeur mais aucun retour. Je n'ai pas quitté l'hôtel pour cette raison vu qu'il était très tard la nuit pour appeler Expedia et aller ailleurs. 2- Odeur de citronnelle très forte et permanente dans les couloirs. Elle donne mal à la tête. Ce qui me fait penser à un problème sérieux d'insectes dans l'hôtel. 3- Les suites comme la 605 ou 805 sentent très mauvaises à l'occasion. Il faut maintenir la climatisation pour ne pas sentir des odeurs provenant de la salle de bain. Personnel extraordinaire du portier jusqu'au personnel responsable du ménage. Petit déjeuner très ordinaire. digne d'un 3* Suite correct sans plus. Propre dans l'ensemble mais loin du 5*. Le lit est confortable.

No hot water for an entire evening, TV did not work. Shower did not work overall, only the handheld portion worked so I managed to shower with that. I booked a king suite but the bed was at best queen size so I’m not sure why they call it King bed suite.

The room was great, had an entire kitchen but the cabinets were completely empty. No plates, silverware, pots, pans….nothing? Wonder why have a full kitchen you don’t provide the other accessories. Other than that the hotel room was nice, freshly updated.

The wifi was awful. The tv said it was smart but was not. The tv had very minimal channels. The top floor retreat area was eating only. No bar or food unless u get on the phone and order from the main restaurant. Also the roof top is not accessibility friendly. The room was very noisy. There were no dishes in the kitchenette which made it useless. The bathroom is very small. The front desk staff was not overly friendly. The restaurant staff and cleaning staff were great! The location was good for us but I can see why it wouldn’t be great for others. Not a lot of restaurant choices around.

Sound proofing was not good as we could hear the music being played in neighboring rooms and talk in the hallway. The property was in good condition however the air conditioning was not very effective. Also pillows were very hard. The room was very clean and very well maintained otherwise.

The Hotel Casa Diamond was a good choice for us . The rooms my son and i stayed in, both had a balcony. The suites were spotlessly clean. Location was good for the old market, very close to the beautiful park and not far from the sea.

Hotel condition is great, BIG rooms. Location great as well you can walk to Medina, Mosque and different areas. ! Housekeeping should inspect a little extra the room because there was only 1 very old towel with one big hole in it. They have mini bar menu but nothing inside of it. There was 1 one remote control for both TV (tv area and bedroom)

Ladies during the day at the front desk were outstanding. If you needed something such as a cockroach in your room at night you are out of luck...they said they would send someone and no one came. Hotel is very clean ( with the exception of our little friend who came to visit at night) Cleaning staff is exceptional, breakfast is very good!

Location and room was very good, unfortunately the staff don’t know how to communicate properly. Incredibly poor customer service, the only member of staff who wasn’t rude was the night manager. Was told on arrival that the breakfast bar in the room was complimentary, only to then be told at checkout we had to pay for everything. Prices are incredibly extortionate,(£4 for a can of coke) paid almost £60 for 4 small cans of Pringles, 4 bags of nuts and room service(£12). Would definitely not recommend to anyone, shame as the hotel itself was nice but it’s obvious they’re looking for ways to extort you.

Excellent location, fantastic suites. Very comfortable and safe. On the downside, the breakfast buffet was just ok, not great. When we asked for help with a taxi to the station, the staff just asked us to get one on the street. We couldn’t get one for 15 minutes and then insisted that they call us one, which they finally did. End result - we missed our train. Shockingly bad service.

Concierge was pushy about a tip. Took my bag from the ground floor to the first floor, showed me my room and then just stood inside waiting. As a Brit, I don’t usually tip. However, I took out €1.50 and when he saw that he said, oh I like your Queen, give me a note with her on it. Meaning he wanted £5 as the bare minimum. I showed him my wallet and said I don’t have pound sterling with me. He then gave me a short lecture on how €1.50 is worth nothing and that he doesn’t want it. He then left the room and a sour taste in my mouth. All other staff are fantastic. Property is really noisy and there are roadworks outside at night making it very difficult to sleep.

From the moment I walked into this beautiful hotel I was impressed. The decor is very opulent and the rooms are beautifully appointed. My room was gorgeous with hints of dark wood and gold accents. During my second day at this hotel a couple days later, I was in a suite which was also beautiful and comfortable. There is one issue, however, with the television as it did not work very well, and there was only one English speaking channel. After a day or so that channel no longer worked. I would advise management to maybe consider adding more channels for English speaking guests. The Staff, especially Minal, Fatima, Anas, Ahmad and Hussein were very helpful and always pleasant. The location was very walkable however it is on a very busy street. There are cafés and eateries nearby. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and absolutely delicious and I looked forward to it breakfast every single day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers to Casablanca.

Location is great, it is easy to get by foot to the market on medina and to several other sight seeing spots (Arab League Park is just across, Marina is ca. 15 min by foot). There are also several restaurants in the area. Hotel is renovated and feel relatively new. Our room was very good, comfy and cosy. The bed was good and the pillows too. Bathroom was super functional and practical. Breakfast was not excellent but good, with plenty of choices. Everything was clean, the room, bathroom, breakfast area, common hotel areas... Staff was okay-ish, some were very nice and some rather rude. This is definitely something that could be improved.

Very good location if you enjoy walking a city rather than catching cabs anywhere. Staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast had some excellent options try the bread pudding. We had a spacious balcony overlooking the Arab league park out to across to the cathedral and Mosque. Very happy with our stay

Five stars should have certain issues resolved: breakfast where replacing items is slow, ex.: fruit. I had to wait till both cups and glasses were cleaned as there were not sufficient in number to cover those having breakfast. The front desk girl: EXCEPTIONAL ! Speaks English and French perfectly and is an asset trying to resolve any problem.

My wife and I stayed for a week at this lovely property. Breakfast was great to have everyday. It was served from 6:30a-10:30a. Though the options were the same everyday there was a great variety including veggies, fruits, breads, meats, cheese, honey and olive oil. Not to mention Moroccan tea brewed the traditional way and various coffee combinations via a dispensing machine. However, the dining options in the restaurant for dinner service was below average. But at least room service was 24 hours! We stayed in a suite with a king size bed where we got the best sleep we got all year! Room had a fridge, microwave, electric tea kettle and coffee maker that used pods. Above all else the staff was very accommodating, helpful and genuine! Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful hotel, we loved our junior suite room with one bedroom, a kitchenette and a large balcony. We were on a busy street and there could be a little noisy sometimes from cars and trams but it didn’t bother us. Convenient transportation close to the hotel, stores and a great park with multiple playgrounds for kids. Breakfast was good, though some items once gone were never refilled (for instance both days cheese plates were empty and never refilled. When I mentioned it to the staff that said it’s coming, but never actually “came”).

Honestly, this is the best place for the money — a five-star experience in every possible way. I also really like the location. The room is extremely comfortable and luxurious, with beautiful bathrooms and very friendly staff. I highly recommend this place. The only area that needs improvement is the food and breakfast. They should work on that. I ordered room service and it was very mediocre, and I mentioned it to the front desk. The restaurant quality does not match the rest of the hotel. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
