Great service and nice property. But the pool was closed and one of the restaurants was closed. And it’s a dry property—it can hardly be called a luxury resort with the ability to serve a guest a glass of wine after the guest has spent a day touring.

Four seasons review We were very disappointed with this hotel. We are not sure if it was just the particular days we were staying there, maybe someone inportant was staying at the hotel. They have an xray security scan at the entrance so everytime you come in you have to go through it, definitely not a 5 star feeling? Not only through the front entrance, but when we were walking along the beach, we entered through one of the side entrances and the security asked for our room number and we had to go through the security xray scan as well. This is definitely an older property, rooms are a bit outdated. The hotel just looks a bit bare, it looks like any traditional hotel. They didn’t have turn down service. We left our shoes for shoe shining inside the bag provided for housekeeping to come and take them. When we came back, our shoes were untouched and not shined. Overall experience was just not something you think of when staying at a Four Seasons. Utterly disappointed with the branch in Casablanca.

I choose a Four Seasons hotel when I want the highest level of comfort and personal attention with excellent amenities and no surprises. My experience with this hotel was consistent with others in the chain, and my stay was very enjoyable. It is nicely situated on the beach. The pool was closed for repair but I was notified in advance and it was not an issue. My partner was very pleased with the spa. If there was a disappointment it was with the main restaurant Bleu. I’ve come to expect Four Seaon restaurants to be destination dining spots in each city, with a top chef and innovative cuisine. Bleu was perfectly adequate and served the purpose, but was not exceptional compared to other places in the city. You may wish to explore a bit before you eat here.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This property is awful. It does not feel like a Four Seasons. It was so overcrowded and there were children literally running and screaming everywhere from 7am until midnight. There was no clean, quiet place to sit in the lounge or dining area and the pool looked like a kids pool at the community center. No seats. Filthy. The room was filthy and disgusting. The staff was nice but very slow and poorly trained

Not your typical Four Seasons hotel. Although it is very nice, it was not up to the typical standards. Upon arrival in my room, the coffee maker did not work, which was frustrating after a long flight. I was also not able to get a room upgrade, even though I am a VIP Expedia member, and the hotel is not full. The view was not great, either. I paid for a deluxe partial Oceanview, and it was on a lower floor, so the view was limited. Also, some of the plugs did not work at the bedside, which was an issue charging devices. The spa was also closed, which it has been apparently for many months. Cleaning staff repeatedly left the patio door unlocked, and being on the lower floor, was actually a safety issue. Overall a nice hot el, but not one expected for a five star rated hotel, and not your “typical” FS.

I stayed one night it was a great experience but few complains not enough choice for restaurant the cleanest I would rate it as medium not to the standards of Four season around the world. Windows should be constantly sparking clean not the case here. As for the uniform for the staff needs a bit more attention for the presentation. Needs a little ironing. Overall acceptable in many hotels but when you represent the Four Season these few attentions are extremely important. Thank you

Everything was amazing at this Four Seasons! The service is always impeccable , the rooms spacious and comfortable and the food delicious. One thing to note is they do not have any alcohol on the property because of the proximity to the Mosque.

The property is beautiful with a huge beach area right behind it. You can see the large Atlantic Ocean waves rolling in from the restaurant. The food at the restaurant was very good, especially the local cuisine. The room was spacious and very modern. And the best was the staff. They took care of us very well throughout our stay. And it wasn’t one person but everyone. Very big focus on customer service.

The hotel is very nice and the staff are very very good. I would have given 5 stars across the board but there was a wedding the hotel and the festivities lasted from midnight to dawn - right outside our room. Did not sleep at all with the noise throughout the night. I wish they would have given us another room or notice that this was going to happen. Lack of sleep and no real foresight by the front desk sullied what would have been an otherwise great stay - the rest of the staff were top notch.

Very nice hotel -- really a self contained resort -- on the Ocean, in the heart of Casablanca. If you are going to Casablanca, there is no other place I'd rather stay. The rooms are big, have great views, huge bathrooms, and lots of closet space.

Super well trained and very hospitable team. Each Individual from the moment u enter the property all the way to hk staff are so very helpful and thoughtful. Each one goes above and beyond their duty to ensure your complete comfort . Amena, Nawal , touria, Younis, Twafeek , Khalid , munia and lots more people were amazingly cordial , knowledgeable and super friendly and helpful. It sure made our stay magnificent. Thank you.

It was a perfect hotel, the staff is so friendly and nice. Really makes you feel special and you can ask them anything. They helped with any questions we had and were able to get us into some restaurants that needed reservations. They also found out it was our honeymoon and upgraded us as well!

The staff in all areas are amazing. They are all focused on one thing and that is the care and satisfaction of their customers. Everyone is always asking how they can help you, and if you do need help, they provide it. So it’s not lip service but actual customer care. The dining experiences were all wonderful and the hotel is wonderful. After staying at this Four Season hotel I look forward at staying at more. Yes their price is on the higher end but you definitely get what you pay for - great accomondations, fine dining and extraordinary hospitality

Another great stay at the Four Seasons! Hotel facilities are outstanding and the staff makes you feel at home. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Walkable location along the seawall and the main sites and a short taxi ride. Would recommend.

This is not the best Four Seasons Hotel as its a bit older and not as fancy as others. But the staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant has good food. No liquor license is a major limitation of this hotel and it really is not well advertised. It also seems that much of the area is in transition with not a lot of dining or entertainment options nearby.

Love this hotel, the room was exceptional, the staff is amazing but the only negative this hotel has is no alcohol! Don’t know why but that’s a negative for me. Other than that, highly recommended! Shopping mall walking distance (3min) and restaurants nearby.
