The staff was rude . The room was dirty & clearly not cleaned, as there was garbage in cans & cigar shavings all over bathroom.The pool was slimy & hot tub had so much product in it evrybody turned red & skin was burning. Also the electricity went out on xmas day evening & the attending lady at counter locked herself in office for some reason & wouldnt answer any Qs.

The property is clean and well kept. The pool is great for families with littles as it has a 1 and a half foot depth splash area with a children's slide that entertained my 2 and 6 year olds for hours. The larger pool offers a volleyball net which my 11 year old liked. There is also a hot tub; the jets worked well and felt great. The pool attendant let us borrow balls. Beds were fair. Showerhead had adjustable attachment which I like as our family has all different preferences. The free buffet breakfast was great. Eggs sausage and potatoes as well as muffins toast fruit yogurt and varipus beverages. We are a family of five and were comfortable in the double queen with what I thought would be a rollaway but turned out to be an intex air mattress which my 6 year old was happy to sleep on. The room we stayed in offers 5 wristbands for the pool. Will definitely return!

It would have been nice to be told that the the pool would be closed for maintance for the 3 days we were booked for, especially since we booked ahead of time. With 4 rooms reservations and our phone # on file a courtesy call would have been nice, we would have look elsewhere to stay for the family.

I rented my room at this property solely because of the kiddy pool. I arrive only to find that the pool is closed until 8/18/23. Nothing was mentioned about this. I would have gladly booked a cheaper hotel elsewhere had I know prior to arrival. Will not be booking at a Hampton again in the future.

Excellent stay! The entire experience felt like an upscale resort. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Immaculate accommodations. High-end elements such as linen, bedding and decor. Full breakfast with a multitude of options, freshly prepared onsite. Both the kiddie pool, with its frog slide and water features and the regular pool were invitingly warm. Not to mention the hot tub…Everyone from all ages enjoyed themselves during my visit. From the families with small kids visiting for a cheer competition. To the lovely senior citizen lady I met during breakfast, who brings her grandkids every few weeks since she discovered the place during her son’s wedding in 2008. I’m definitely hooked!

We had a birthday party there with five kids and four adults and they would only give us five wristbands for the pool which I've never had a hotel a regular hotel give wristbands for a pool like that so we had to keep putting them on each other so people could take turns going down watching the kids and you cannot buy more

We stayed in a holiday weekend and you'd think that might affect cleanliness/etc but not at all. It was clean, quiet and homey. We didn't end up using the pool area at all so can't really comment on that. Our room was clean, had everything we needed and the little "store" at the front desk had what we forgot. Would definitely stay again.

Room was a bit dated and showed wear. But it was clean and comfortable. The pull out bed was not good, but not sure I’ve ever slept on one that was. The pool was decent. The hot tub’s jets weren’t working and the pool is smaller than it looks in the photos. The breakfast area and lobby/dining area is beautiful! Check in and out with the app was absolutely flawless!

Husband and I stayed in what looked like an updated room. We’ve lived near the hotel for years and I even think we saw it built. We took our kids here decades ago in the winter so we could swim, so I’m pretty sure we were in an updated room. It was comfortable and the shower (I can’t believe I’m rating a shower) was fantastic! A good hard stream! 😂 I know it matters to some people Overall good experience. My husband enjoyed the breakfast. There was always one meat but don’t get there near the end of breakfast because it will be gone. Great stay. They have maintained a steady place in the Aurora/North Aurora community for a long time. Nice upgrades. Sweet decorating touches using big paint strip card type deco. I thought that was genius. I use those for bookmarks. Well done!!

It was clean and bed was comfortable. Appreciated the one bedroom suite/refrigerator/microwave. There was road noise and also children running up and down the hallway but we brought a noisemaker and with the unit fan running at night, it did not interfere with sleep. Overall, would stay again.

I stayed here on a work trip. It was conveniently located only 5 minutes from my office. Hotel was clean, looked to be remodeled recently. Room was modern, clean and comfortable. The only negative I would say is the walls are a little thin, but that didn’t disrupt my sleep or anything. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Let’s start with the good - great staff and very clean facilities and room. Spacious room and great bathroom. Now for the cons - bed was rather firm and it was noisy all night. We were on the first floor - can’t imagine how loud it must be on the upper floors where you’re sandwiched by noise!

Got there at check in time and room wasn’t ready until 30 minutes after and they gave us another room all together so ours was still not ready. When we asked for a 30 minute later check out to accommodate for late check in we were told no. Fairness doesn’t appear to matter and no apologies for horrible check in situation.

When I got there at 10:00pm and no one was at the front desk to check us in. We had to wait for 10 minutes. I called the hotel number and spoke to someone… not on the property. We started to leave and was in the parking lot and a kid yelled out a guy was there now, so went back. The hotel was very nice once we got checked in.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel as the bed was big. We enjoyed the pools and loved the fact that there was a volleyball net and beach balls to play with. Very relaxing atmosphere. The hotel was quiet for the most part which was relaxing. It was out of the city but close enough if you wanted to spend the day in the city. We just had a wonderful experience there and would recommend it to others.
