I loved the staff. They were very kind and helpful. We stayed two nights and were under the impression that we would have room cleaning during the day. We came back to no new towels or room cleaned. I was a little disappointed in that. I had to send my husband to get towels for us while I was in the shower.

The hotel smelled very strongly of air refreshers and deodorant sprays. I love a clean smell but this was not a clean smell- more like a spray to cover up smells such as the many large dogs I saw on the property. I used to stay at Hampton Inns because animals were not allowed and my child had allergies. He wasn’t with me so I stayed in this one. However, I was nauseous from the very loud smelling sprays. The room floor was also sticky and not clean. I do love the showers and beds in this hotel and the check in lady was very accommodating and friendly.
