We loved staying here! Convenient to most everything in Florence. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Hubby said breakfast was too notch! They also had an indoor pool open late, which we appreciated. The beds could have been a little softer, but not a huge issue. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at this hotel before and had a great experience so I didn’t think twice before booking at a higher price than other comparable hotels. It is currently under renovation and we were not aware of this until check in. No cleaning service/fresh towels/made beds. Staff was unhelpful and rude. One staff member actually argued with us whether or not the ice machine was working on our floor. (It wasn’t. We went floor to floor looking for a working machine). Argued with another staff member about which restroom my son could use upon leaving the pool. The restroom she recommended was blocked off for renovation. She told us to go back up to our room while my son had already run ahead to use the not blocked off restroom that the staff told us was off limits. Would she have rather he peed in the pool? Or elevator ride to the third floor? There is a way to renovate a hotel and keep customers happy. Discounted rates, clear communication, and helpful customer service. This experience was worth half of what we paid for it.

Property is in a safe area and convenient to restaurants and other area attractions. Was disappointed to be a Hilton member and not able to have a late checkout when the hotel was not booked. Property is also under construction, which was not mentioned until check in.

The hotel is undergoing a renovatio, but the warning to travelers is not near strong enough. This place is torn up! You an barely get in the front door and there is no vending of ice available. The staff at the front desk is very rude. They even entered our room and stripped down the beds before we were ready to check out (we had left to run an errand and informed the front desk we were coming back) this was all BEFORE checkout time. Traveler beware... avouid this hotel if possible.

Really clean room and hotel. Everyone that worked there were very sweet and helpful. We loved our stay so much that we checked out, and decided to stay another night and checked back in that night. My daughter also left her important stuffy and I was able to call and get it sent to us!

Took family, room was great size for 2 wild kids. Plenty of sleeping room for all. Beds did squeak but were comfortable and warm. Very clean all around. Quick check in and out. Staff very friendly. Really can’t complain!

I was a bit surprised by the hotel compared to the price I paid.. I expected a little more luxury. Price was at least 30 to 40% higher than it should have been for that quality hotel. But there was a good bed and things were clean. I was most impressed with Melanie at the front desk. I arrived at 1:30 and had to be at a meeting dressed in Business attire by 4. She told me it would be impossible to get in my room before 4:00. When I insisted in a nice way and told her the pressure I was under to be at this meeting as a special guest, she started making calls and found a way to make it work and gave me a different room I appreciated that so much and every other time I had any interaction with the front desk. They were very gracious and friendly.

Breakfast wasn’t good at all even compared to other Hamptons we’ve stayed at. Weird. Maybe an off day but I literally saw a stuff member open a cardboard box with the “fork” that’s used to pry the waffle out of the waffle maker.
